“Recently bought small farrow cream sideboard for my mum excellent quality and arrived within days . Excellent customer service ordered the mini sideboard by mistake and upgraded to the small sideboard they did with no problems thank you”

“It’s my first buy from Roseland but very happy with my item. Couriers service needs to be changed though. He left me with furniture in box between 2 double doors to my apartment and I had to get it in and then in lift with great difficulty and take it up myself”

“I've never written a review like this before but felt compelled to after my purchase from Roseland Furniture this month. I purchased a King Sized Bed and mattress which arrived separately. The entire process what easy to navigate, I was contacted swiftly with delivery times from partner companies and I believe the whole set had arrived within ten days. I have been engaging with different furniture companies quite frequently recently as we have recently moved and this was the most positive experience I have had. The bed is also of fine quality and looks fantastic. I also had the benefit of discounts on both products in the January sales. From this experience, I couldn't recommend Roseland Furniture more. I will definitely be purchasing more products from this company.”

“Item was out of stock for several months. When it arrived was badly damaged. Was offered a partial refund even though the item was clearly unusable. Telephoned 3 times before I got a satisfactory response. Replacement item is still out of stock so having to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement”

“Very happy with the delivery of my wardrobe (which came in 2 boxes.) Thankfully it looks great now that it's assembled. However, I do have one criticism: both boxes were filthy dirty with grime, and one box was covered in boot marks.., it's a wonder that the contents weren't damaged.”

“I received the wrong product and still have not received the correct product. It is proving very difficult to arrange collection and redelivery and there is no way of directly contacting their delivery partners. A stressful and disappointing experience so far.”
