“Purchased a Tall 5 Drawer London Oak chest of drawers recently, delivery was nothing like I have ever experienced? Given a window of time & they delivered it 6 hours later?... Quality not as expected, all handles discoloured & rough, very well packaged! Wouldn't buy again”

“This was the 3rd piece of furniture we brought from you. The quality is great and prices reasonable. I have 1 negative and that’s your choice of courier company’s. Very unhelpful just dropping the item on the path. As a woman at home during the day on my own it makes it difficult to bring items indoors.”

“We ordered a sideboard in November which we knew would be on back order. The Roseland team kept us informed when the item was expected to be in stock. Once it arrived. It was delivered quickly. The delivery guy was exceptionally helpful. Great service all round & we absolutely live our new sideboard for our landing.”

“I found Roseland very responsive to communication, the furniture is very sturdy and good value, however the carrier they used was very poor. They first of all kept me waiting in all day for a delivery that did not arrive, then they delivered the following day and about half an hour after the delivery, I received a message informing me of when they were going to deliver.”

“Small damage to unit pictures sent and and a £20 refund offered. I emailed back (twice, a week apart) asking for £30 and have heard nothing The sister unit we bought from them has square edges and the new unit has bevelled ones, so the units don’t actually match. No overly impressed and doubt I’ll buy from them again”
