“Great quality product. Packaged very well. Great prices on the website. Good communication via email. Delivery took a little longer but ordered just after Christmas so had a few bank holidays within that time.”

“Delivery was quick as the goods were in stock. But the first chest of drawers we ordered a Surrey Oak large chest of drawers despite it saying it was heavy on the box and needed a 2 man delivery was delivered by one man in a white van with no tail lift. The item once unpacked was damaged, one leg was completely detached from the main body of the drawers and there was a large split in the centre of the chest where the drawers met. To be fair to Roseland the customer services were efficient and very polite but there was no replacement in stock so we ended up having to order a different item at a vastly increased cost. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, despite asking. The second chest a Zelah chest, 3 over 4, arrived very quickly, this time with a 2 man delivery but this wasn’t perfect when unpacked either, with the hardboard back which was simply stapled on, detached at the top in several places, which we tacked into place ourselves. However the chest looks good, but for the price I would have expected it to be perfect. Overall I like the furniture but do think it is overpriced for the quality.”

“I'm very happy with the furniture and the speed of delivery, also no flat pack I can't srand them..... however I have made 3 orders which the first two were delivered quickly but I had no infirmation on when it was going to be delivered so I was out on the 2 deliveries . I am waiting for my third order to be delivered the only message I have had is 3 to 5 days no one can stay home for 5 days, I wish you could give me a day it will arrive.”

“We are really happy with our furniture. The only criticism I have is the parcel delivery man left it outside our front door and did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. We are both in poor health just now and had expected the item to be lifted into our hallway.”

“I would rate "ZERO" if that was an option. The Sales and Customer Service Teams were the very worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I am disgusted with their total lack of interest and customer care. I rang and emailed to obtain information about a specific product, regarding package sizes to ensure the product would fit up the stairs, to prepare for the delivery. Except for all the lies I was told, when I did speak to someone, I never, to date, received a single reply to my emails. I truly can't believe they are still a trading concern, with such poor sales support and rude, obnoxious customer "support"! I would highly recommend, you purchase elsewhere!”

“It’s been ages since I’ve ordered my mattress. Was supposed to delivered in 2-3 days. Still not received weeks on. And they keep telling me they’re going to give me updates on how long it will take but then don’t get back to me.”
