“The unit was ideal for our requirements and did not require assembly, which was a bonus, we bought his to compliment the same previous unit, which we where more than satisfied with.”

“Ordered a bookcase weeks ago. Tracking was sent and I get a notification that it will be delivered the next day but it has never come. Tried e-mailing/ phoning but no one gets back to me.”

“Quality wood chest of drawers at a fair price, initial problem with faulty handles was quickly dealt with by the firm, I would certainly recommend them, and would use them again for quality ready-made wood furniture.”

“Recently bought the Surry Oak Consol table for my hallway. Love the design, matches the lounge units l bought from you. However the quality and the way its made from bits of put together piecers of wood, falls sort of solid furniture stated.”

“Purchased a 3 door London oak sideboard for the hallway. Communications from Roseland was very good notifying me of dispatch and the delivery company handling the order. Arrived within a few days. Packaging was very secure and substantial. Quality of the sideboard is good and feels very solid. Ideal for what we wanted.”

“I ordered the Abbey oak chest of drawers. It arrived well packaged , however I was disappointed with the quality. It is rather flimsy and wouldn’t last long for everyday use. The joints on the corners of the chest are not completely in line. As it’s only furniture for a spare room it should be ok with minimal use. I am still waiting for the matching bedside cabinets to arrive. I was hoping this furniture would be good quality as I planned to buy more living room and dining room furniture from Roseland. I think I’ll go elsewhere now.”

“No complaints. Ordered a sideboard and it was delivered when they said it would be. Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Also the delivery was free unlike some firms that.wanted to add on £45.00 delivery charge. Very happy.”

“Delivery was quick as the goods were in stock. But the first chest of drawers we ordered a Surrey Oak large chest of drawers despite it saying it was heavy on the box and needed a 2 man delivery was delivered by one man in a white van with no tail lift. The item once unpacked was damaged, one leg was completely detached from the main body of the drawers and there was a large split in the centre of the chest where the drawers met. To be fair to Roseland the customer services were efficient and very polite but there was no replacement in stock so we ended up having to order a different item at a vastly increased cost. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, despite asking. The second chest a Zelah chest, 3 over 4, arrived very quickly, this time with a 2 man delivery but this wasn’t perfect when unpacked either, with the hardboard back which was simply stapled on, detached at the top in several places, which we tacked into place ourselves. However the chest looks good, but for the price I would have expected it to be perfect. Overall I like the furniture but do think it is overpriced for the quality.”
