Hello, We are sorry this was not delivered as expected, the order was placed over the bank holiday weekend and the couriers were not back until the 4th January. Unfortunately, this had a delay in freight going out and added a few days onto our deliveries. Kind regards Roseland

“Amazing piece of furniture and really easy to put together. The only thing is they are charging at a rip off price and I saw in Asda the same stool for £25 I paid triple that so not very happy about this. Also the tracking they use XDP are absoutley awful - the tracking system doesn't work and they didn't deliver in the time slot promised nobody to contact. The tracking wasn't updated and turned up next day no warning however I was on my way out. Overall good product but not sure I will be ordering again due to extortionate pricing and the courier they use.”

“Purchased a Tall 5 Drawer London Oak chest of drawers recently, delivery was nothing like I have ever experienced? Given a window of time & they delivered it 6 hours later?... Quality not as expected, all handles discoloured & rough, very well packaged! Wouldn't buy again”
