Very happy with quality of my TV unit. Good size, and ample storage also. Not happy with delivery company, mind you, my unit was left on my front door whilst i was at work!

Our order was dealt with efficiently with prompt delivery too. The bed that we purchased was of excellent quality so very happy to recommend.

Very pleased indeed with the furniture delivery another matter. One man left box on doorstep although all over the box it said two people to lift?

I ordered an item which was damaged, the replacement was also damaged and then the next replacement was damaged! All the damage appeared to be during manufacture or packing, not during to shipping to me. To give them some credit Roseland sorted out the problems quickly, but in the end I had to cobble together unbroken bits from two deliveries to make up one good item.

Used roseland furniture on a few occasions. First experience my furniture got delivered to incorrect address which I did get the day after. I have recently ordered a desk which came in poor unusable condition. I had to arrange for that to get collected and wait for another one to be sent out, which was another week with a broken one stuck in my house and for the new one. I got my message from the delivery company an hour into my two hour time slot with the time of delivery, I then had to leave work quickly to get home in case they came as it was already an hour into my slot. Luckily enough the driver was picking up my broken one which should have been being picked up separately. I spoke to roseland furniture and they said there is not a lot they can do other than change it or refund. I got my new desk and there was still slight damage underneath it but it didn’t effect the use of the desk and I could repair myself Not really the customer service I would expect considering it was £180 Don’t think I will use this company again

Ordered online very easy, delivery sooner than expected which was brilliant and must say how impressed I was with how the furniture was packed and protected for delivery. Very pleased with the piece of furniture it is exactly what we wanted.

Same as every other 'oak furniture' shop. Reasonable quality furniture, imported from Vietnam - beware the "pre-order" which may be stuck in a container somewhere. Had regular emails updating me with potential delivery dates, but hard for them to be specific.

Very good. Ordered a TV unit and it arrived within a couple of weeks. I did email a few times as hadn't heard when delivery was going to be and had no option to choose online and received prompt replies. I love the unit. I ordered the London Oak version and am very pleased with it. The only feedback I have is that they could offer a timed delivery service for the customer to choose when delivery will be. I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra for this.

It was disappointing that our goods arrived damaged hence inky 4 stars. However, the customer service I received thereafter was exceptional with a replacement being received a few days later and ticks all the boxes. I would certainly use Roseland Furniture again .

Beautiful furniture at a very reasonable price. My only criticism is l didn't receive a text when it was arriving and it just arrived unexpectedly.

Really pleased with the unit we ordered. Bit of confusion over who was delivering the item but sorted by email. Some of the handles were tarnished but these were quickly and efficiently replaced. Overall positive experience despite a couple of hiccups. Would use again.

FIrst time I have used this company.After a lot of searching the internet to get the right product that looked like it fitted the bill I decided to go for this company. Let me say in all honesty I cannot praise this company highly enough.My order arrived early,well packed and undamaged.The whole process from start to finish was flawless & I am delighted with the quality. Product is stone grey, not the lighter grey displayed on the website photos. Delivery clumsy. Delivered by XDP, tracking service next to useless. They don't even know the difference between AM and PM. It arrived 6.30pm which was OK, but not as tracked. Zero communication from XDP on the day. The product quality is reasonable, but Roseland you need to improve your delivery service as the customer has no control of when these products will arrive, along with no weekend slots.

Dear Gary Shortell, We apologise that delivery did not meet expectations, the times are an estimate only and delivery can be outside times given. this can be due to hold-ups, breakdowns or other anomalies.
