Extremely pleased with the product. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the carrier. However, Roseland staff did all they could to assist, but Tufnell’s did your company no favours at all.

ordered 3 pieces of Farrow furniture on the monday morning and had the order by thursday afternoon. Furniture very well wrapped . Im very pleased with furniture. Good communication from Roseland and one courier.

Easy use website, no hassle ordering, a little difficulty in changing delivery date as unable to contact deliverer direct but Roseland soon sorted this out. Bookcase just as advertised and ideal for requirement - a good solid nice looking piece of furniture. So good, I shall probably be ordering another one soon.

The furniture is good quality (from previous purchases) but the customer service is poor and so puts me off buying from here again. My latest order still hasn't shown up and the only efforts to find out where it is have been for Roseland Furniture to email the couriers but leave it at that. I have to chase to hear anything back from Roseland about the progress (or even lack of) and otherwise I think it would just be forgotten. Really disappointed in this lack of communication.

Sadly the piece of furniture I had chosen was in poor condition when it arrived. A variety of faults with quality. My complaint was dealt with speedily & efficiently, my emails were swiftly responded to & I was offered a refund with arrangement made for the goods to be picked up & returned. I will most definitely reorder when further stocks are available.

Disappointed with the overall quality of the product. The first table I got looked used and of very low quality. I then send the pictures and was offered £40 refund or an exchange so I went for an exchange. This meant that I have to re-pack the table and then arrange for a pick up. Delivery of the new table and pick of the old table was on separate days so that meant taking days off from work and managing other things. The old table was picked up after 5pm on Friday. The new table arrived and although its better than the first one, the quality is still sub-standard and not worth the £249 I paid for it. Paint has chipped off and am very sure that in the coming days the same will happen. The wood on the nested table is not properly fitted too. Very disappointed.
