Item just dumped by courier, no contact whatsoever. Furniture is shoddy. Trying to return for refund proving difficult. It seems you have no control over courier even though presumably they are your representative. Would not purchase from you again or recommend you to others. Very sorry state of affairs.

Table is 12 days late. Every excuse from the delivery company, from trying to deliver to the wrong address, to breaking down on the way to delivery. About to cancel my purchase if it doesn’t arrive by Tuesday

I recently purchased a console unit and waited 6 weeks for its arrival. On arrival it was damaged and due to monetary value offered by Roaeland furniture I was unwilling to accept to keep unit as the damage was to the front leg and noticeable. I was then offered an exchange and received a replacement which was done timely and new unit was undamaged. I arranged collection of the damaged unit as per instructions and although I did receive notification on the day this was going ahead with a 2 hour time slot and then notification my collection was next, no one arrived with from 1300 that day being totally ruined. I made attempts to contact the courier used by Roseland furniture, to discover that was virtually impossible. I have then had to contact Roseland furniture direct to have them re arranged this. When this was re arranged by Roseland furniture it was 15 days after the original collection date…with a Roseland furniture informing me that even this date was not a guarantee… This is still ongoing and to date the damaged item has been in my house for almost 3 weeks. I can barely move in my hallway because of this. The order of 1 unit so far has meant I have now had 4 days of disruptions and after complaining to Roseland furniture they seem to think that saying sorry makes this all ok. It definitely does not. Please be aware should you consider purchasing anything from Roseland furniture. As after this experience I certainly won’t be again.

Hello Lisa, We are sorry that they have failed so far to collect this item. I spoke at length to them this morning and reiterated this is unacceptable. We have been told that they will collect the item tomorrow as the date chosen is a bank holiday and they are not working. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Roseland

Sorry to say a disastrous experience. I ordered , courier attempted to deliver 3 days late and then aborted the delivery. Without any discussion, one week after order placement Rosedale unilaterally cancel order and issue refund because “courier is unable to deliver to my address”. No apology with this advice ,just an explanation that XPD have no suitable vehicles . Five days later ,while I am out furniture is actually delivered. Clearly not so impossible after all. I now have to coordinate with inept courier for return of goods. Fortunately I find alternate source for same furniture £40 cheaper and delivered in two days with no need for tractors or 4x4 vehicles. A very poor reflection on Rosedale and XPD and extremely negative attitude to customer service from all, but at least it helped me to find a reliable supplier.

You have taken my money but not delivered the goods! I placed the order a fortnight ago. It took a few enquiries to find out why they had not been delivered or even when I could expect delivery. I am still waiting for their delivery.

I ended up cancelling my order as at no time during the online purchase did I get notification that the ‘already assembled chest of bedroom draws’ would be delivered by courier in a one hour time slot, which I would be told of one hour before hand (eg a whole day off work rather than either am or pm) and that the courier would leave the chest of draws at the main door and no further!!!! How as a 65 year old woman who lives alone was I supposed to get a chest of draws upstairs to the bedroom???? Had this been made clear at purchase, I would NEVER have gone ahead with it. Also the delivery date ended up being just a text message a week later than expected. I shall NOT use Roseland Furniture again. All I can say is thank goodness I rang them to enquirer re delivery when I got the text.

Ordered blanket box - delivery was great however product was not. There were chips on paintwork and it had grubby marks on it. The paintwork was poor only looked like 1 coat was applied and at £170 was not worth the money. When I attempted to return it eta was between 2-4 - no one turned up - waited until 7pm still no one showed with no explanation. They arrived on the Monday (when I was at work). I had received no communication to advise me of this. They advised by text they were collecting today, but by the time I had got the text I was at work. So havd had to take time off work to wait in again. Would not order from this company again as the courier service is shocking. There is no way to rearrange collections or to get in touch with them. They didn’t turn up again so am now back at home waiting again!

I placed my order and got an email saying delivery within 4 to 6 weeks, they took the full payment when I placed my order, after 6 weeks of hearing nothing from roseland and their website now saying delivery within 1 to 3 working days I emailed them to see where my order was, within half an hour I got an email saying my order had been dispatched, but have not had a reply to my email explaining where my order was. My item was then delivered within a couple of days. Still not had a reply to my email, poor customer service, when my item did arrive some assembly was needed and a poor finish in places and poor quality materials

Hello, Some of our items were taking this time to get to us in Truro ready for delivery. I can see you have had 2 items from us both with a long lead time. My furniture was delivered to the wrong address even though I had a txt saying it had been delivered correctly xdp were to retrieve it from the wrong address and return it to me a week later and I still had not received it Rosalind furniture told me that it was the fault of the delivery company and not there problem

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. I placed the order on 28th March as it stated the garden furniture was In stock and would be delivered within 5 to 10 working days, however 7 weeks later and several follow up phone calls, after being informed on the 3rd of May the items had been shipped I am still waiting. No date has been confirmed and the money was taken out of my account on 28th March. If I have not received a definite delivery date by Monday 23rd May I will be lasking for a full refund.

We were very disappointed with the lack of communication between Roseland furniture and ourselves concerning our order. We placed an order for a large sideboard in October 2021. The website stated that it was currently out of stock but we could order it and as soon as it was back in stock it would be delivered. As we had been searching for a suitable item for a long time, and this seemed to fit what we were looking for, we placed (and paid) for our order. Two months later we were still waiting. Contacted Roseland to be told it was expected back in stock in March!! Still we waited. Contacted them again in March and was told it would be Mid-April. No communication from Roseland by the middle of April so contacted them again. (The item was now showing as back in stock on the website with a delivery of 2 weeks). We asked why we hadn't received our order as it was apparently back in stock. We were told it would be despatched to us in two weeks: the end of April. Finally on the 27 April , SIX MONTHS after we placed our order we received an email from Roseland advising us that the item had been despatched.....to the courier!.....and to await contact from them about delivery. We waited......we began to track the item which apparently was in a warehouse waiting to be loaded. A couple of days later it was on a vehicle and the vehicle would arrive between 15.58 and 16.58 that day! No email or text message, just read it on the tracker. We quickly changed our arrangements to ensure we were home for the delivery.....and it didn't turn up!! Next morning at 10.30 it finally arrived. The only positive I have is that the furniture arrived undamaged. It is nothing like the colour I expected (hard to show a true colour on a website I know) and the drawers are very rough sliding in and out, no runners, which sometimes causes them to twist and makes it difficult to close smoothly. Overall, extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from Roseland Furniture again.

I'm sure the furniture would have been lovely if it ever turned up. It has still not been delivered and there has been no communication about if/when it will be delivered or offering me a refund. So far I have paid for a bookcase i have never received. I'm very disappointed

I ordered this memory phone topper weeks ago they said 3 to 5 working days they take the money out of your bank five weeks later I still haven’t received it now it is on its way and their careers of decided to take it back to head office not impressed with the Delivery service or the company

The item was showing on the website as in stock and available for delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered in Feb. Within a day of me ordering I had an email to state it was not in stock and wouldn’t be for 8-12 weeks. I decided to wait for the item and 10 working days ago I received an email to say it has been dispatched. Still not heard anything and when I’ve emailed they cannot tell me where it is?! I ordered this in Feb. It’s also still showing on the website as In stock and says 3-5 working days delivery, none of which is actually the case.
