Sadly the item that I ordered never arrived. Emailed twice. No response. Rang and helpful staff tried to sort. Turned out the item was lost. The order was sent again but never arrived - damaged by courier. Rang again item was placed on order but not due to arrive for another 7 days. So that would have taken me to a month after the initial order was placed. Cancelled it and got a refund. Disappointing experience all around.

Ordered 2 coffee tables, two weeks ago. Contacted Roseland Furniture to see where they were, who promised to look into it and come back to me. Never did. Very disappointed and now getting close to cancelling order

I will not use again - just turn up with deliveries, no advanced notice this is of no use to me. It was lucky I was in.

Hello Kim Adams We are sorry you were disappointed with eh delivery service, you should have had a notification on eh morning of delivery with a 2-hour window. Painfully slow service. Delivery company possibly more to blame but Roseland pick them and are then uncommunicative to questions around delays. 2 weeks to deliver on a 1-2 day delivery. No tracking information and boxes damaged on arrival

At the moment even 1 star is too many. I placed and paid for my order on 20th Feb and still no goods. They are sitting with your delivery partner, status "in delivery depot" since 2nd Apr and I still have not been given a date despite several email chasers and promises from your staff that the delivery partner would get in touch to schedule a date? I will email again to cancel this order and request a refund and also report this fiasco to trading standards on Thursday if I do not get any satisfactory progress by the close of business on Wed 13th April. I have given a very poor rating as, as of today Monday Ive still not seen it, it’s been stuck in the couriers depot for delivery very very bad after complaining twice already. Can’t answer any more of the questions,

Hello Paige Steele, We apologise for the delay in your delivery, we are unable to find any communication via email about this. We have contacted the carrier to get his out for delivery. Our mainland courier does have to hand over to another courier to come across onto the Island. This may have caused some of the delays. Kind regards Roseland

Product is poorly manufactured. Some bolt holes not machined or tapped. Had to make adjustments.

The delivery company worst than useless the tv unit has been sitting in there depot for at least a week ordered 3 weeks ago come this morning 11 April refused the item already bought another one from next

I waited for 2 weeks and the furniture failed to arrived. I have been on the tracking site everyday to check the status. Even when it said it would deliver on particular days, they didn’t show up - not even a courtesy call or email. Clearly they just don’t care. They even stopped updating the status on the tracking site. I have been in contact with your support centre. They got fed up too as they got no way with the delivery company. They even lodged a complaint with their support centre. Anyway, the order has been cancelled and I’m waiting for reimbursement.

I ordered a chest of drawers , two bedside tables and a tall boy and was looking forward to receiving the new furniture. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to inform me when delivery was scheduled, turned up unannounced and attempted to leave all these items on my doorstep. I was unable to accept the goods due to being unable to lift them into the house without assistance, which I would have arranged given the advance notification that I was meant to receive. The delivery driver explained the there was a problem with their systems. Roseland Furniture customer service was disinterested, instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the delivery company they choose to deal with had messed up and I was inconvenienced , suggested I should pay an additional £25 to have these items delivered with advance warning. No customer service at all. Needless to say I cancelled the order and have purchased replacement items from John Lewis at comparable price and with free delivery to room of choice. Very disappointed that Roseland Furniture don’t seem to care about what happens after the goods are despatched. And very happy with my John Lewis furniture.

Dear Suzanne Rennie We are sorry that the courier did not inform you of teh pending delivery, they are supposed to inform you with a 2-3 hour window on the morning of delivery. All the items ordered are designated to our standard delivery. Unfortunately without notification of difficulies to lift items, we would no know to offer an upgrade. The upgrade is chargeable I'm afraid as the required delivery for these items is the standard delivery. Absolutely shocking, take an order for an item of furniture then after two weeks email to say it’s not in stock. Offer replacements with nothing similar to the original item of furniture. Wouldn’t use again.

Delivery did not come when you said it would and then furniture left on doorstep.did not ring bell and I was not told when it was coming.I had to ring a neighbour to see furniture in and she had to get help absolute chaos

Hello We are sorry if he courier was outside eh times given. The times are estimated only and the deivery can be outside of this depending on how well earlier deliveries have gone. If I had received the furniture I would be pleased to comment. It has been in transit for almost 2 weeks and still no sign of it arriving. Your customer service dept have been a waste of time in tracing my delivery and I still have no idea when i am going to receive the goods

Furniture is lovely and quality is good and price good. Unfortunately they say in stock but it's in a container in another country and you have to wait upto six weeks. Customer Service staff were really helpful apart from one really un helpful one who was rude and nasty pity .
