We were very disappointed with the lack of communication between Roseland furniture and ourselves concerning our order. We placed an order for a large sideboard in October 2021. The website stated that it was currently out of stock but we could order it and as soon as it was back in stock it would be delivered. As we had been searching for a suitable item for a long time, and this seemed to fit what we were looking for, we placed (and paid) for our order. Two months later we were still waiting. Contacted Roseland to be told it was expected back in stock in March!! Still we waited. Contacted them again in March and was told it would be Mid-April. No communication from Roseland by the middle of April so contacted them again. (The item was now showing as back in stock on the website with a delivery of 2 weeks). We asked why we hadn't received our order as it was apparently back in stock. We were told it would be despatched to us in two weeks: the end of April. Finally on the 27 April , SIX MONTHS after we placed our order we received an email from Roseland advising us that the item had been despatched.....to the courier!.....and to await contact from them about delivery. We waited......we began to track the item which apparently was in a warehouse waiting to be loaded. A couple of days later it was on a vehicle and the vehicle would arrive between 15.58 and 16.58 that day! No email or text message, just read it on the tracker. We quickly changed our arrangements to ensure we were home for the delivery.....and it didn't turn up!! Next morning at 10.30 it finally arrived. The only positive I have is that the furniture arrived undamaged. It is nothing like the colour I expected (hard to show a true colour on a website I know) and the drawers are very rough sliding in and out, no runners, which sometimes causes them to twist and makes it difficult to close smoothly. Overall, extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from Roseland Furniture again.

I'm sure the furniture would have been lovely if it ever turned up. It has still not been delivered and there has been no communication about if/when it will be delivered or offering me a refund. So far I have paid for a bookcase i have never received. I'm very disappointed

I ordered this memory phone topper weeks ago they said 3 to 5 working days they take the money out of your bank five weeks later I still haven’t received it now it is on its way and their careers of decided to take it back to head office not impressed with the Delivery service or the company

The item was showing on the website as in stock and available for delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered in Feb. Within a day of me ordering I had an email to state it was not in stock and wouldn’t be for 8-12 weeks. I decided to wait for the item and 10 working days ago I received an email to say it has been dispatched. Still not heard anything and when I’ve emailed they cannot tell me where it is?! I ordered this in Feb. It’s also still showing on the website as In stock and says 3-5 working days delivery, none of which is actually the case.

Am still waiting for this piece of furniture a week and a half after it was sent out for delivery. The courier has given me a delivery time 3 times which has then failed. When I contacted Roseland I was told they can only communicate with the courier via email and could give me no information. They said they couldn’t give me a delivery date and asked if I wanted to cancel the order! Pathetic customer service! I’ve only hung on because I want the piece of furniture but am literally about to ask for a refund. I have now been told I might get a delivery at the end of this week. If it doesn’t materialise I will ask for a refund. It’s no way to treat customers - basically act as if it’s too much trouble for your query to be investigated and just go straight to offering a refund.

Not too happy with the level of customer care. Waiting delivery of garden furniture quoted as 5 days delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later and it is still not here. Cannot make contact with delivery contractor as telephone is not being answered.

More than 2 weeks on and I’ve not received my furniture. Their chosen delivery partner has been struck off by companies house since 2020.. makes you wonder why they are still using them!!

Hello, The delivery company have not been "struck off" this is an old address that unfortunately had a major fire in September of 2019. Yet to receive the item, still waiting, 2 weeks in. 2 phone calls to Roseland Furniture, was informed i'll get a call back but didnt have one. They believe the item was initially lost somehow. My review would have been much better if i had a call back from the company. i understand mistakes happen but when they do i should be informed whats going on as they have my money but i dont have any goods. Meant to be 1-3 days delivery times. I'll update this review with what happens. Very disappointing so far.

Ordered and paid for a sofa on 10th April. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days however still waiting ☹ Tracking shows me that the sofa arrived at the delivery depot on 20th April but no indication of when I will actually receive it. Very disappointing 👎

Very poor customer service. The armchair I ordered and paid for turned out to be discontinued. I had to call twice to find out why it hadn’t been delivered. The lady I spoke to the second time was very rude on the phone. A proactive phone call to let me know the situation would have been appreciated, rather than just an email (which never came through to me) and holding my money until I called.

The furniture is good, although the quality wasn’t checked and one drawer knob was missing…still waiting almost two weeks later for a replacement. Very poor after sales service.

I waited over two weeks for delivery and was constantly fobbed off by customer services, when the table did arrive it was quite significantly damaged. We were offered a £40 refund which given the experience we have had, and at less 10% of the price of the table is a bit of a joke. Speaking to customer service on the phone I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing their day. Not one (of the 4 members of staff I spoke to) just said sorry or apologised in any way. Poor communication, poor product given the price point.

Sadly the item that I ordered never arrived. Emailed twice. No response. Rang and helpful staff tried to sort. Turned out the item was lost. The order was sent again but never arrived - damaged by courier. Rang again item was placed on order but not due to arrive for another 7 days. So that would have taken me to a month after the initial order was placed. Cancelled it and got a refund. Disappointing experience all around.

Ordered 2 coffee tables, two weeks ago. Contacted Roseland Furniture to see where they were, who promised to look into it and come back to me. Never did. Very disappointed and now getting close to cancelling order
