Ordered item in November with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. Still waiting for my item. Roseland have been non-committal about ths whereabouts of the item.

I have bought three pieces of the Chichester range from Roseland over the past few months. The furniture itself is very attractive however on separate occasions the sideboard and the TV stand both arrived damaged. The MDF back panel on the TV stand was not attached, Roseland refunded me £20 to fix this myself. The sideboard arrived with a huge hole on the top of the wood and looked like it had been smashed in. I had to return this item and wait 2 weeks for a new one to arrive. Delivery and collection were terrible, as Rosleand advise a day and time will be provided in advance which is not the case. The courier contacted me on the morning of delivery out of the blue to say my furniture was being delivered which resulted in me having to leave work last minute to let the driver into my house. When I queried this with Roseland they said only some of their couriers offer pre warning about delivery times, however this is not communicated at any point during the purchase of furniture from them.

I was wondering what kind of review I can write about hte Roseland Furniture, as I have not received my order. To the point I emailed Roseland Customer Services past the delivery deadline to find out what has happened to my order as the indication was that the consignment was picked up by the XDP delivery service about a fortnight ago. I have not heard about my +GBP300 order since. I had another order in mind but since I have not got what the company promised to deliver within 5-7 working days I shall stay away from it and start contemplating a refund.

I was very excited when I received my chatsworth tv cabinet and now we ordered a matching sideboard unfortunately it has a crack at the back, I reported this can’t replace( now discontinued) or refund and can’t return the TV set, I’m stuck in limbo.

The two front legs are identical, but after assembly the right leg is 1cm off the ground and we have to support it with 2 beer mats. This means that the chair has not been properly constructed. We have put the chair in various places and it makes no difference. This is most unsatisfactory and we would like to have your opinion.

Ordered 2 sofas back mid November missed Christmas cut of day by 2 days , no delivery date given until mid January saying delivery would be week commencing 31st January , still waiting after numerous phone calls to them , very stressful purchase, thought I would support local businesses, how wrong could I have been , would never use them again.

Advertised as black with white hands the Jazzhands sideboard we received is a cobbled together poor example with beautifully nicled finished hands.

Used roseland furniture on a few occasions. First experience my furniture got delivered to incorrect address which I did get the day after. I have recently ordered a desk which came in poor unusable condition. I had to arrange for that to get collected and wait for another one to be sent out, which was another week with a broken one stuck in my house and for the new one. I got my message from the delivery company an hour into my two hour time slot with the time of delivery, I then had to leave work quickly to get home in case they came as it was already an hour into my slot. Luckily enough the driver was picking up my broken one which should have been being picked up separately. I spoke to roseland furniture and they said there is not a lot they can do other than change it or refund. I got my new desk and there was still slight damage underneath it but it didn’t effect the use of the desk and I could repair myself Not really the customer service I would expect considering it was £180 Don’t think I will use this company again

I received the wrong product and still have not received the correct product. It is proving very difficult to arrange collection and redelivery and there is no way of directly contacting their delivery partners. A stressful and disappointing experience so far.

Hello, We are sorry this was not delivered as expected, the order was placed over the bank holiday weekend and the couriers were not back until the 4th January. Unfortunately, this had a delay in freight going out and added a few days onto our deliveries. Kind regards Roseland

I would rate "ZERO" if that was an option. The Sales and Customer Service Teams were the very worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I am disgusted with their total lack of interest and customer care. I rang and emailed to obtain information about a specific product, regarding package sizes to ensure the product would fit up the stairs, to prepare for the delivery. Except for all the lies I was told, when I did speak to someone, I never, to date, received a single reply to my emails. I truly can't believe they are still a trading concern, with such poor sales support and rude, obnoxious customer "support"! I would highly recommend, you purchase elsewhere!

It’s been ages since I’ve ordered my mattress. Was supposed to delivered in 2-3 days. Still not received weeks on. And they keep telling me they’re going to give me updates on how long it will take but then don’t get back to me.

I've ordered two pieces of furniture from you. To date no delivery has been made. Well according to XPD they tried to deliver today 31.12.21 with the word carded. I was at home all day waiting, checking the location and yet had the audacity to email a card to me. Not happy at all
