Furniture was left outside the house while we were indoors. Absurd and careless. In winter! No communication at all from the delivery company. I would not recommend simply based on the appalling delivery services. Not sure yet about the furniture itself, not used yet.

ordered a Windsor IVORY small sideboard, it arrived and it was nothing like the colour on the website, more pale grey. I then informed them of such told to repack the item and wait for their delivery service to collect it. They use a company called XPD who never came to collect it the first time, useless App they ask to download where you CANNOT track them! Second time reallocated and again did not turn up, guess it was third time lucky, took over a week and half before it was picked up. Had to pay an extra £20 for collection after having spent £259.95 on the product!

I ordered this small TV stand in November, the other reviews stated it was good quality. On arrival, it proved to be anything but, the construction was a mix of rough cut and splintered plywood with an assortment of offcut timber for the frame held together by random staples. The item was also water-damaged with discoloured areas and a warped casing at the back. I contacted Roseland to arrange a return and 16 days later I'm still waiting. The courier they use is useless, I waited in for days but they missed every appointment, they've now instructed a different courier but I'm frankly despairing of ever getting my money back. Total disaster from start to finish.

A bit of a nightmare - but it could have been retrieved, but for the astonishingly casual and cavalier attitude of the Roseland Customer Serices, and the delivery company they employed. Driver said - after the event - he broke down - but didn't tell the customer about it! So I waited in. No-one manning phones at the delivery company that evening, no-one responding at all for the delivery company for two further days. I spoke to Roseland the following day - no guarantee from Roseland of when it would be delivered - arrogant staff attitude - told me to cancel the order if I wanted to. Wrote to express my disappointment - only to find the reply from Roseland exonerated the staff member, and found me to be at fault! Remember, I personally was not expecting to have my character or actions scrutinised - I was just trying to buy a piece of furniture! Roseland had failed to supply it when they said, and apparentlyI was at fault. The wors 'sorry' was in short supply. I cancelled the order immediately. Ironically, so poor were Roseland's communications with their delivery company, that 4 days after my cancelling it, they turned up at the door trying to deliver! I had bought my furniture elsewhere by that time ...

I ordered a piece of bedroom furniture on 22/11/21 and was emailed on 24/11/21 to say it had been shipped (with no tracking number). After waiting 12 days (8-12 working day delivery lead time) and not receiving it, I contacted Roseland Furniture to be told DHL can’t locate it-would I like a refund! Did this really happen or did Roseland furniture sell out despite its web site saying “only 5 left”. Not a happy customer. Only gave 1 star because the furniture suited my needs perfectly.

We have been waiting nearly 7 weeks for our order. I appreciate issues in the haulage industry but your website implied a delivery within 4 weeks. The time we have waited has become unacceptable.

Ordered three items of living room furniture tv unit sideboard & coffee table tv unit & coffee table were badly damage customer service were very rude, in the end I told them that I wanted to cancel the order they wanted photos of the damage included boxes, when you are a OAP this is not easy if you don't know how to do it, then the carriers wanted labels printed, waiting now for the carriers to come & fetch theses item,another thing the furniture is very lightweight I can pick the items up very easy

Stated as Solid oak top On inspection this was vennered plywood with oak edging strips attached Very poor quality, even the so-called " Oak" shelves were plywood with a red deal edging Very small drawers not full depth of unit ( front - back) Not worth the money paid

I ordered a marble table - missed an entire day at work awaiting its arrival - however the first one arrived broken so I contacted customer service which arranged for me to have another one delivered. I waited another day four of the new table to arrive, that table was also broken. I contacted customer service again to have my money back… they said they couldn’t give me my money back until they had both tables at their depot and also first requested hundreds of pictures of both tables before even arranging a collection. When the item was due to be collected I waited another day but no one came. I didn’t contact the customer service again and said I was not happy with their service and they swiftly arranged the first table to be collected but also said that they could collect the second one at the same time if the driver would say that this was fine. Driver was friendly and collected the item. I Then contacted customer service again saying that I know I wanted my money back but they claimed not to have both tables in the system so therefore I would have to wait. The next day I had a new collection appointment set up for me - I contacted customer service again And told them that the driver had collected both items on the same location. They cancel that collection, and now a few days later I’ve had a new collection email from the Company. This is been the worst shopping experience of my lifetime. I have been shopping online for the past 25 years and I have never ever experienced customer service this bad. I am so upset and disappointed. And yes… I’m still waiting for my refund.

Hello maria Jansson I am sorry that the collection did not meet expectations, unfortunately, the carrier had not updated their system correctly which meant we were chasing this. We do ask for pictures ( not hundreds) for our records, we cannot as am sure you can appreciate refund on just a word, we do need some proof.
