Arrived cracked and glad to say a refund was agreed in principle. Not yet achieved collection, nor refund.

Refunds and collections are like pulling teeth with this company. They use literally the worst delivery company I've ever encountered. They failed to collect my item 3 times and were unable to explain why and refused to offer any compensation for completely wasting my time. The products they sell are perfectly fine, however if you shop around I've seen similar items on wayfair that sell for a third of the price. The book case that I had to return was designed by someone who hates books as the shelves were too short to fit any actual books on it.

Dear Sam Bryan We apologise for the delays in collection , we book these as soon as we are requested to . Couriers are then requested to collect asap. WE do expect them to collect at our request. I cancelled my furniture due to non delivery, three times I waited in due to the courier saying they were on their way, and three times no show. Then I get notification that it has been delivered and I signed for it!. To this day I still haven’t received my furniture!.

Was a huge fan after discovering you last year, even recommended you to my customers. Won't be doing that anymore and won't be ordering from you again, on my last order I was accused of lying and was told order would arrive every day of 1 week until the Saturday when told was lost and I cancelled order. I haven't yet received a response to my complaint email either, but don't expect to now. Customer service is my bug bear, if you want customers you need to look after them.

Dear Liz King, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that the delivery was not up to expectations. It was not our intension to make you feel in anyway bad. We can only go by the information we are given. We did contact you on this delivery and explained that we, as well as yourself had been misinformed by the courier on the dates and times. this was looked into extensively and we emailed you with the results. unfortunately the results from the courier did not have the best outcome and we refunded you for your item. The one star is solely based on the state of the product. The staff would have received 5 stars. Regrettably the corner TV unit was badly damaged, however Roseland acted immediately and offered us a full refund or a replacement. A replacement was our choice.

It was delivered in to my garden with no advance notice from the courier service. They did not tell me it was out for delivery or that it had been delivered. It sat in my garden for a night before it was seen by my neighbour as I was away. Once home I unpacked the item and it was damaged in several places. When I contacted Roseland they asked me to look for the quality control label so they could see who had checked it before shipped, no label, no one had checked it. Returning it was a headache and I had to chase to get it collected while it took up space in my living room. A poor quality product and the customer service was no better. I would not recommend.

Goods arrived damaged and I was told to repack them for collection and return. I chose to accept a very poor monetary refund of £75 and kept the damaged item. I will not be ordering anything more from Roseland furniture.

Very difficult to write a review when I am STILL waiting on my delivery . I know the furniture will be nice but absolutely disgusted at length of time and the rubbish courier company they use. Lack of communication and no one ever responding with a solution . I won't be buying from Roseland again due yo the courier service they use.

Still to receive my Oak Dresser despite having chased the courier company twice by email. So unable to rate the piece of furniture as I haven't seen it yet. Very disappointed still to be waiting for delivery.

Disappointed the chair looked lovely on line but is has arrived and it very faded all round the edge if the top and the bottom It was expensive too.

Just wasted three weeks waiting for the item they emailed to say was despatched, but actually never left the warehouse , they then said they would get in touch with their distributor and then nothing , gave up and they refunded, ( yet to receive the refund mind you ) so good luck with this company , amateurish at best !!

Furniture great but delivery service absolutely awful. No tracking, and furniture dropped with an elderly neighbour who didn’t have space for it despite our request to deliver the furniture at a later date. Delivery signed for by driver isn’t appropriate either!

50% of the furniture I ordered was either faulty or damaged from the factory in Vietnam the quality control is diabolical the packaging of the items comes in for questioning and tends to get bashed around as well

Somehow you lost my order in transit and I have phoned roseland many times to ask about my order to be told different excuses on different days. Customer service is appalling.

I’m afraid that the promised delivery date from Roseland furniture was not met, so I am still not in possession of the product I paid for and have been told it will be another week! I telephoned the company to ask them to deliver earlier but they were not very helpful at all and kept blaming the courier and haven’t even come back to me. The delivery company they use apparently only deliver to each area once a week so they won’t even try to work round this if they cancel due to ‘sickness’ or any other excuse. I have no idea when my table will turn up but I hope that it arrives undamaged as the courier has had it over two weeks! It is a shame as there were other items I was going to order but this puts me off.
