Disappointed the chair looked lovely on line but is has arrived and it very faded all round the edge if the top and the bottom It was expensive too.

Just wasted three weeks waiting for the item they emailed to say was despatched, but actually never left the warehouse , they then said they would get in touch with their distributor and then nothing , gave up and they refunded, ( yet to receive the refund mind you ) so good luck with this company , amateurish at best !!

Furniture great but delivery service absolutely awful. No tracking, and furniture dropped with an elderly neighbour who didn’t have space for it despite our request to deliver the furniture at a later date. Delivery signed for by driver isn’t appropriate either!

50% of the furniture I ordered was either faulty or damaged from the factory in Vietnam the quality control is diabolical the packaging of the items comes in for questioning and tends to get bashed around as well

Somehow you lost my order in transit and I have phoned roseland many times to ask about my order to be told different excuses on different days. Customer service is appalling.

I’m afraid that the promised delivery date from Roseland furniture was not met, so I am still not in possession of the product I paid for and have been told it will be another week! I telephoned the company to ask them to deliver earlier but they were not very helpful at all and kept blaming the courier and haven’t even come back to me. The delivery company they use apparently only deliver to each area once a week so they won’t even try to work round this if they cancel due to ‘sickness’ or any other excuse. I have no idea when my table will turn up but I hope that it arrives undamaged as the courier has had it over two weeks! It is a shame as there were other items I was going to order but this puts me off.

The items purchased were fine as was the response to our phone calls. However , the delivery service was worse than awful. Because we were going to be away we asked for delivery to our daughter’s business. The initial ETA was between 6.02pm and 9.02pm, outside office hours so we waited till 9.30pm only to receive an email ,with a photo of somewhere no one recognised , saying there was no one to take delivery. There were then two further non deliveries before the goods arrived in heavily damaged packing. A week later a perplexed driver arrived saying that he had four parcels but couldn’t find them, our daughter explained that that was because they had already been delivered. In light of this experience we will think twice before we order anything from Roseland again unless delivery by a recognised outfit can be arranged.

Customer services rude and unhelpful, didn’t wanted to hear they were behind and deal with their delivery partners who have all their drivers sick with Covid?! Two wardrobes I e ordered end of July s’aimer to be delivered within 5-10 days, with no guarantee to deliver any time soon! And they wont refund me immediately after asking them to cancel the order, because the same delivery partners that are holding my items have to deliver the items back to them and only then I can get my refund?! Awful

I can see that we have asked the courier to return the goods to us for a refund. Once they confirm that the goods are on the way back then we will issue you with your refund as requested. Delivery company used delivered bookcase a week late when it arrived had s hole in back panel and one of feet was damaged and had been painted over.

The Blanket Box which I purchased was damaged in transit. I have been offered an exchange but have not yet received it. The damaged box has been collected. Roseland only let you know on the day of delivery which can make it difficult to plan. It would be useful to have a few days' notice. Hope to receive my replacement box soon.

No very impressed. I ordered a wardrobe on the 23rd July and it still hasn't arrived despite chasing it twice so ignore their delivery times

Undelivered as of yet. Wardrobe and chest of drawers Purchased on 23 July 2021 and as of yet 10 August 2021 I still have not received my goods I have contacted Rosedale multiple times to chase the courier who are not contactable by telephone, mobile or email. Still waiting

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry for the delay. I can see that a delivery date has now been booked by the couriers who have emailed you the information. The courier used for delivery are contactable via email but were having telephone lines installed into their new office, which is why we were unable to contact them via phone. Our experience has been very disappointing so far. We have only placed one order and the item arrived so badly damaged that it has to be returned. We are waiting to hear when the courier will arrive to collect it so that we can receive our refund. We also found it difficult to contact the delivery company to find out when the delivery would be. We would have preferred not to give a star rating until we find out how well and how quickly this return and refund will be handled.

Hello Rachel Potter, We apologise that the delivery has not met expectations as yet. The delivery for this item is with our 2 man service and this can take up to 10 working days from dispatch. The courier does contact the customer direct to arrange the delivery. We are experiencing a slight delay on some deliveries at present due to volume of freight . I am still waiting for a delivery and still have no idea when the delivery will be made due to random and unfulfilled messages from their courier (Tuffnells) Sadly I had significant purchases to make after this first tester order and I feel considerably let down and have no choice but to go elsewhere. The entire experience has been substandard,
