The Blanket Box which I purchased was damaged in transit. I have been offered an exchange but have not yet received it. The damaged box has been collected. Roseland only let you know on the day of delivery which can make it difficult to plan. It would be useful to have a few days' notice. Hope to receive my replacement box soon.

No very impressed. I ordered a wardrobe on the 23rd July and it still hasn't arrived despite chasing it twice so ignore their delivery times

Undelivered as of yet. Wardrobe and chest of drawers Purchased on 23 July 2021 and as of yet 10 August 2021 I still have not received my goods I have contacted Rosedale multiple times to chase the courier who are not contactable by telephone, mobile or email. Still waiting

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry for the delay. I can see that a delivery date has now been booked by the couriers who have emailed you the information. The courier used for delivery are contactable via email but were having telephone lines installed into their new office, which is why we were unable to contact them via phone. Our experience has been very disappointing so far. We have only placed one order and the item arrived so badly damaged that it has to be returned. We are waiting to hear when the courier will arrive to collect it so that we can receive our refund. We also found it difficult to contact the delivery company to find out when the delivery would be. We would have preferred not to give a star rating until we find out how well and how quickly this return and refund will be handled.

Hello Rachel Potter, We apologise that the delivery has not met expectations as yet. The delivery for this item is with our 2 man service and this can take up to 10 working days from dispatch. The courier does contact the customer direct to arrange the delivery. We are experiencing a slight delay on some deliveries at present due to volume of freight . I am still waiting for a delivery and still have no idea when the delivery will be made due to random and unfulfilled messages from their courier (Tuffnells) Sadly I had significant purchases to make after this first tester order and I feel considerably let down and have no choice but to go elsewhere. The entire experience has been substandard,

My items arrived damaged and looked very poor quality. After what felt like a seemless returns policy with arranging with their courier to collect he damaged items for a refund, the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged and I am still waiting for collection! I’m chasing this everyday and seem to get same response, that the item is due for collection by the courier. I’ve emailed everyday, if not twice a day and my stress levels are very high! Ive asked for a manager to address my complaint and I still haven’t had a satisfactory response to even suggest that it has been escalated to a manager! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

prices you are charging in the last 2 weeks I have returned a sideboard and TV corner unit both damaged and poor quality I could have done without all this stress at my age You need up your game People want what they pay for Still waiting for my refund

Ordering was easy, we live locally and thought to try and support local business. However, the delivery was appalling in that the third party company they use failed to deliver on both allocated days (they missed the first one due to the driver exceeding driving time and the second time, after chasing, they advised that the item did not make it onto the van for that day). On calling Roseland many times, I was advised that they can only email the delivery company as they don't have phone lines working (several weeks of not working), so there was always a waiting period to hear back, on one occasion being told not to expect a reply that day. I have now cancelled the order and despite being promised confirmation of the refund yesterday, have not heard anything and have yet again, sent an email asking what has happened. Given that I live locally (within 1 mile), Roseland should have been a little more proactive in resolving the issue, by organising alternative delivery, and thereby ensuring positive customer experience and ongoing business, both from us and the local community. As it stands, I would not recommend them if you expect items to be delivered to you. We have purchased other, smaller items from them in the past and have always been pleased with the range and quality - this has really let them down.

This is something that we will look at with our logistics team to see if we can improve the delivery of the Sofa's locally. ORDERED TV STAND 16TH JULY. DELIVERY PROMISED 23RD JULY BETWEEN 11.45AM - 1.45PM. EMAIL AT 1.55 PM TO SAY DELIVERY HAD BEEN CANCELLED. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS ON 28TH JULY I HAD PHONE CALL TO SAY THE TV UNIT HAD BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT,AND COULD NOT SEND ME ANOTHER REPLACEMENT UNIT BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. I CANCELLED ORDER AND NOW AWAIT MY MONEY BACK.I WONDER HOW MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS THIS IS GOING TO TAKE.

Hello Andrew Crane. We have checked tis for you and unfortunately the courier had damaged the item in transit. Refunds are applied when the item has been returned to us. Once back we refund straight away, depending on the bank or credit card provider will depend on how long this takes to drop back to your account. kind regards Roseland

Poor overall experience. Chasing for updates and took 4 months to arrive damaged. Terrible quality furniture. Can’t argue with how well they handled my return and refund. Unfortunately I won’t be risking a return visit.

2 items have damaged back panels, price reasonable quality poor, unfortunately no time to send it back with being in the middle of a house move. courier used delivered absolutely rubbish one person on a small truck, when box clearly says 2 person required and no way to contact them to change delivery

Firstly had I known that I would not be given Atleast a days notice of delivery I would not of ordered. The item I received came damaged so I wanted to exchange it for a new one. They could not give me and date they would collect the damaged item or when the new one would be delivered as the couriers email you in the morning on the day which is ridiculous for big furniture. The replacement was then lost in the ware house I chased up the company several times and said they would get back to me but never did. The new item has now arrived and that’s damaged aswell. I now have the hassle of sending this one back aswell. Not happy with the service at all.

Unfortunately the couriers do not give us times or days at present and have not done so due to the current situations. Most of which are out of our control. Mostly due to sheer volume of freight since the start of the pandemic and the shortages incurred with available staff levels. Still waiting for delivery. Expected Saturday only to be notified during that day that delivery was cancelled. Then they sent a redelivery email during the following week to inform me that it’s was being delivered the next day - no time to plan. I cancelled it later that day. Never heard anything for over a week and when I contacted them they told me it was delivered 🤷🏻‍♂️ Now planned for next week but not on a day I requested. Poor.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. I can see that the couriers unfortunately had to cancel delivery on the Saturday as the driver was taken ill as explained by the delivery company. Unfortunately, with it being a Saturday, they were unable to find anybody to cover the delivery run at such short notice. I have looked at the couriers information and they state that delivery was attempted on Tuesday 20th July. I can see that they have marked this as attempted but that nobody was able to be at home to take delivery. I can see that they have now rearranged delivery for Tuesday 3rd August. Terrible quality - flimsy as anything; would fall over on my child with the touch of a finger. they say it’s solid wood but actually it’s the light kind of plywood you would use to build a child’s boat for a lake. Not sustainable either; made in Vietnam with this plywood that would mean the furniture would have to be thrown away in a few months. Not what it says on tin! The cost of shipping it from Vietnam and the carbon footprint plus poor quality at end of day, terrible and out of sync with today’s consumers. Customer service on return was great though.

The bedside table arrived in perfect packaging but the item was damaged due to the poor construction; the drawers didnt fit the frame and it was stamped in the back "inspected" they processed refund quickly when I contacted them but no apologies even for such poor quality. No trust to Roseland!
