The product arrived in a filthy box with missing fastener and miss aligned door frame. We were told there was no replacement in stock and it would be 6 weeks before Noel stock came in. We agreed a discount and I sourced the fastener and straightened the door frame only to fund a split that would have been clear in manufacturing. This is not a great product with zero quality control and I would not recommend it.

Do not bother- bought a TV unit. Courier (XDP) failed to deliver on 3 occasions. It finally arrived a week late. The item was broken so it had to be returned. XDP were again supposed to collect the item over a week ago. Still to date the item is sitting in my hallway waiting for collection. Diabolical service all round.

We recently purchased small chichester bookcase that should have been ivory and turned out to be grey. I couldn't fault the quality of the item however the response from Roseland was that if they exchanged it we would get another grey one. I suggested they review their colours and photography as it its quite clear there are distinct differences in the images but the reality seems a little disconnected. Review above is reflective of the totally unacceptable customer service and a failure to acknowledge the problem.

We ordered 4 items and waited over 6 weeks for our order to be completed. 50% of it arrived damaged and had to be returned. Not the best quality furniture but we like the look of the London bookcases so kept them. We didn’t feel that the London nest of tables matched the bookcases very well and as these also arrived damaged we got a refund for these.

I actually rang the store before I ordered and was told both items are in stock and could be delivered in 6 to 8 days. Ordered on the 27th May got message that dispatched on the 2nd of June all good....But then nothing!!! started contacting them on the the 7th of June as no response from the delivery company this went on until the 15th of June when they still could not resolve the issue so I cancelled the order. And the attitude for the cancellation was they didn't care. I would avoid this company as they fail to deliver in the agreed time scale and they must have loads of customers anyway as cancelling a £800 plus order meant nothing to them...

We're still waiting on our delivery and have received zero communication. It should have arrived 10 days ago!

I can see that you are based in Scotland which can take a little longer for delivery. I have chased the delivery company for a delivery date and we will be in contact once they reply. I'm not happy as they knew I couldn't move till lockdown was finished & it'd be over 30days but they told me itd be fine as its exceptional circumstances but once moved & unpackaged goods, one item was damaged but they refused to do anything about it as it was over the 30days. Won't be using them again after this.

Hello, We do ask that items are checked when they are received I'm afraid. Having checked your order we can see that the items were received on the 2nd March, We had not been made aware within the stated time that there was an issue,. I was not at all happy with my purchase, it said it was solid wood, it definitely is NOT solid wood. It’s MDF, also when I messaged about the sideboard no one got back to me. Very disappointed

Out of stock at first, money taken, when back in stock shambolic delivery service, it took the 5th time of dates and times for item to arrive, 1st item damaged not a happy customer

I waited a week before receiving information from the delivery company. They notified me on the day, they would deliver between a 2 hour slot. It never came. Roseland said they would find out where it was. They didn't feed back, I had to ask. A further week later, I received another message from the delivery company, that I'd receive the item that day, within a 2 hour slot. Again, it didn't come. On both occasions, I moved arrangements around to ensure I was able to receive delivery. I requested a refund from Roseland and I am told they will refund me once they receive the order back!!! Not OK. Why should I have to wait for my money back. I have no furniture., my sons clothes are all over his bedroom floor.

Hello, I am sorry you feel this way, having looked at the emails we have corresponded with all emails being answered within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the issue was a warehouse error, these do happen sometimes I'm afraid. ( Human Error) We try to rectify as quickly as possible. The collection has been booked for the error item.

Absolutely shambolic service, beyond a joke!! Received a damaged chest of drawers, replacement was even worse so I cancelled the order. Four times I’ve been given dates for collection, didn’t turn up, no communication. Roseland emailed to say they would take responsibility if I left it outside for collection today..surprise surprise they haven’t collected it! AND THEY STILL WON’T REFUND, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Thank you for leaving your feedback Pamela. I can see that the website listing states 10 working days for delivery for that particular item. This excludes bank holidays and weekends. Therefore delivery should still be within the estimate given on the listing at the time of placing the order. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with your furniture it was all damaged on the corners bedside x 2 and a chest of drawers. It all had to go back as it was severely damaged I didn’t want to reorder.

The furniture was of a very poor quality but I have to say the customer service was amazing, arranged collection to send it back, and the refund was immediate. Can’t fault the company for the professional way they dealt with it.

Bought a dressing table set. On assembly, the brackets for the tilting mirror were clearly not correct, and so I contacted Roseland for support. I sent in photos to confirm what was wrong, and was told that the brackets would be sent out and I should receive them in 4-6 days. OK I thought, good service. I threw away the original packaging. The next day, I was emailed, telling me to contact Ben, and he would explain to me how the brackets could be used to set up the mirror. Clearly, a way of 'making do', rather than sending out the correct item in the first place. After 4 days of emails going back and forth, I eventually asked for a refund! Waiting for that now. I know it's not the end of the world, but a lot of time wasted and very poor customer service to have me running around after them to get it sorted when the error was theirs. Very reluctant to order from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement with how best to proceed to rectify this. The brackets were correct but were assembled incorrectly. We offered to call you to so that we could explain how they needed to be fitted but you instead wished to return the goods for a refund. You have asked for a review regarding furniture and service from your company. Unfortunately I find it impossible to review either as yet we have not received the furniture. However the matter is being addressed by your delivery company and to date we do not require any further assistance from yourselves. It does not help that your company issue delivery dates which you have no hope of fulfilling.
