Not really sure why you are sending me this when the product I ordered was promised for 30 May 2021 and yet I still do not have it or any information as to its whereabouts

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with your furniture it was all damaged on the corners bedside x 2 and a chest of drawers. It all had to go back as it was severely damaged I didn’t want to reorder.

The furniture was of a very poor quality but I have to say the customer service was amazing, arranged collection to send it back, and the refund was immediate. Can’t fault the company for the professional way they dealt with it.

Bought a dressing table set. On assembly, the brackets for the tilting mirror were clearly not correct, and so I contacted Roseland for support. I sent in photos to confirm what was wrong, and was told that the brackets would be sent out and I should receive them in 4-6 days. OK I thought, good service. I threw away the original packaging. The next day, I was emailed, telling me to contact Ben, and he would explain to me how the brackets could be used to set up the mirror. Clearly, a way of 'making do', rather than sending out the correct item in the first place. After 4 days of emails going back and forth, I eventually asked for a refund! Waiting for that now. I know it's not the end of the world, but a lot of time wasted and very poor customer service to have me running around after them to get it sorted when the error was theirs. Very reluctant to order from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement with how best to proceed to rectify this. The brackets were correct but were assembled incorrectly. We offered to call you to so that we could explain how they needed to be fitted but you instead wished to return the goods for a refund. You have asked for a review regarding furniture and service from your company. Unfortunately I find it impossible to review either as yet we have not received the furniture. However the matter is being addressed by your delivery company and to date we do not require any further assistance from yourselves. It does not help that your company issue delivery dates which you have no hope of fulfilling.

Dear Mrs K S Pluse, We aim to deliver within the 10 days from the dispatch of the item. We have looked at your delivery and this is due shortly. We ordered a coffee table on May 18 and still have not received delivery of the table. So we don't have a review to post at the moment.

Ordered a chest of drawers, the first one arrived and the leg was cracked and damaged so was returned and replaced. Second one arrived and had damage to the side and the paint was cracked. Both were packaged well so can only presume that both were sent damaged. Very dissapointed.

Purchased a chest of drawers. When the product arrived two knobs were missing. I contacted the customer services but three weeks on I still have not received them and the product looks incomplete. Terrible service.

The item you ordered was on the standard delivery service, this is a to the door service and unfortunately drivers are not permitted to enter a property as they are not insured to do so. The bookshelf arrived with 2 cracks and the flimsy back wasn't even attached correctly. Luckily I had some help unpacking it but, when sending it back, I had to repack it myself and I'm nearly 70. For what it is the price is exorbitant. VERY unhappy

Received an e mail saying that the delivery would be due within two hours but no previous notice given so I couldn’t be there However, the item was then left in the front garden saying it was in a safe place.the service also should have involved taking it to my preferred room and due to the bulky item I cannot now lift it on my own. Terrible service

The couriers certainly should not leave the goods without your permission to do so. We will be taking this up with them to avoid this happening in the future. The item that you ordered is sent on a 1-person delivery service which is reflected on the listing. We do offer a 2-person delivery service upgrade which is to the room of choice but this does incur a surcharge. Quick delivery - no still waiting 5 weeks after ordering for a delivery date, while Roseland argue with their delivery company. Poor customer service, certainly not putting the customer first

Two items we ordered both arrived damaged as well as there being clear signs of being cheaply/poorly made. Poor value for money. We’ve sent back for a refund. The person sent to collect the items said he takes a lot of Roseland furniture back due to damage!

Products on website looks wonderful however after purchase Roseland Furniture informing about stock not being available as well they are unable to specify delivery day. I made two separate purchases and one was almost a two month time to be delivered and second took almost five months! Both products was delivered with damage and missing parts. I am extremely disappointed as after first order I wanted to give them another chance perhaps another order proved consistent poor service :(
