I have only ever ordered 2 products from Roseland and both arrived damaged. In fact the replacement that was sent for the first item also arrived damaged. I will not be using them again.

Poor delivery company used. Description of item online was minimal not describing the materials used to make the item. For £256 you are expecting a quality hardwood item of furniture however what you get is a cheap Vietnamese mass produced item made out of “Oak Veneer” a cheap substitute to solid oak, a terribly painted PINE body a backing, drawers bottoms and shelf’s made of MDF! The item was damaged, dirty and paint had cracked and also there were areas which hadn’t actually been painted properly exposing the cheap pine. The realistic price of the item therefore is about £50 even if it was perfect condition. Returned the item and received a refund as had paid through PayPal. Was sent an email saying that attempts had been made to personally call me ( never had a missed call all day) to apologise for my experience and it’s not what was expected from their furniture. Sent an email back explaining that their website failed to provide a description of materials used in the item as it states “ The Farrow Painted range is simply extraordinary value for money, crafted with a quality oak and real oak veneer contrasting top”. There isn’t a single piece of hardwood in the unit. However I received a reply stating “ Whilst our furniture is manufacturaed in Vietnam, it is done so by hand, by skilled proffessionals from quality Solid Oak. As a result of this I have contacted trading standards as their staff don’t appear to know what it is they are selling and the “High Quality Oak and solid wood” products they think they are selling is not what is being delivered to customers.

Returning faulty goods was a difficult and lengthy process with generic emails. A very stressful experience and certainly not worth the money for poor quality furniture!

Just over two weeks since I ordered my goods and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. Can’t get to speak to anyone. I have been tracking my order via the courier app and it’s been out for delivery for the last two days and still no sign of it. I’m on the verge of starting a section 25 chargeback and giving up. My advice, give them a wide berth and order from somewhere else. Another disgruntled customer

Delivery was late. Had to chase through email because no telephone lines (which is shocking given everyone has had to adapt due to COVID and we are 12 months in). Delivery company were awful with driver refusing to lift table top off van due to weight "I don't get paid if I hurt my back!". I had to lift table myself! On opening discovered that the table was damaged and I'm still waiting for a collection and a refund. Will never use you again!

Absolutely shocking company iv been trying for weeks to return a damaged tv unit and still no further forward with it, to return an item you have to email them as there phones are not working for some strange reason and it takes them days to reply to 1 email so pray your item doesn't come destroyed like mine was!

The sideboard I ordered arrived unannounced, although I was told the courier would contact me with a delivery date. It was well packaged but when I removed said item from the package, there were a number of imperfections!! Paint drips, marks and dents in the wood.. I emailed customer service, the damaged item has been collected already and a new sideboard to be delivered, hopefully, as I have been informed they are out of stock and should be back in stock in 4 weeks time!!! Time will tell ....

Not the quality we were expecting for the price, much better quality furniture around, Stapled back board not solid oak , picture of item didn't reflect accurate colour. Stear clear from this if you want furniture worthy of the price.

Roseland furniture are the worst company I have ever had the bad luck to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a book case in February with the correct delivery address and on the confirmation email the delivery address was incorrect. I emailed instantly and tried to phone. Several days later, I had a rude email to say the address change could not have been their fault and that the delivery address can not be changed. I was then told they would have to wait for the courier company to deliver the bookcase back to them, cancel my order, send me a refund and then I could reorder. This was going to take approx 2 weeks. What actually happened was, they delivered the bookcase to the wrong address and because no one was in they left it with the neighbours builders. Due to building work going on in this house, they were not able to take it in so I had to pay £50 for a man and a van to collect that night. THIS HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Once opened, the bookcase was badly made, shelves are bowing and it does not stand up straight. I opted for an exchange because I do like the bookcase. The new bookcase is out for delivery today and again, WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE. I have asked on several occasions for someone to call me to resolve this matter and all I get are mainly rude and very unhelpful emails and I imagine I will have to wait days for a response about the bookcase going to the wrong address for the second time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought tv cabinet well packaged but when I got out of box it was filthy and damaged crack on door hinge dented cabinet and screw missing on door looked second hand not impressed must of been put in box like that still waiting on replacement told customer service and they said they could give me 35pounds off it if I wanted to keep it as if I would I would get that if I sold it for scrape

Goods never arrived. The response from ROSELAND in issuing a refund was swift but if you want to continue to do business in Scotland I STRONGLY suggest that you change your courier away from XPD

Bought what I thought was a well made quality piece of furniture, arrived damaged, scratches, dents poorly made . Was not worth £285. However they did refund upon request.

Furniture it’s self was lovely but arrived damaged the packaging was damaged and the side of the unit was badly scratched. we are still waiting for a response- I have sent pictures but not heard anything apart from a generic response.

I cant review my purchase . It still hasn't arrived ! 6weeks later . When I purchased it, it was in stock and to be delivered within 5 -10 days . I have complained but still you send me a email to review . What am I reviewing ! Your badly organised delivery or dispatch . Not impressed

This item of furniture was of very poor quality, however Roseland dealt with the issue promptly and arranged return and refund. The mark reflects the furniture and not the company’s customer service. This is a 5
