Shelves made of pine, not oak or oak veneer, not a good look!. No mention in description!! Roseland would not check other stock to see if we could exchange for one with oak or oak veneer shelves, as per description. Tried to phone to discuss, phone system being updated message for over a week!!! E mailed requesting a phone call to discuss, no one phones . On emails, no names ever given. Rubbish customer service. No ownership taken. Should get some money back but no one phones despite request. Decided to keep, only because we could not find an alternative to fill the space we have.

I can’t even give this one star. I order a unit and when it can it was cracked along one side , the drawer had a handle missing. I immediately contacted Roseland Furniture. Asked me for pictures , Why didn’t they believe me .?.it’s appalling service. They in fact then asked for more photos. Which we sent. Still no reply this was almost 2 weeks ago, I have a unit packaged up no idea what to do with it. I need a refund which is over £200 . Do not use this company as the after service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Spend over £700 with Roseland since January. Received bedside tables which had been on back order. Two weeks later still waiting on missing handle for one of the tables. Told by customer services I had to wait 10 days and it would only be sent 2nd class post. This really should be rectified as quickly as possible, regardless of the cost, which surely on an item as a little as a handle will only be a few pounds on royal mail 1st class. I won't be using Roseland again unfortunately and will not recommend them.

The tv cabinet I bought from Roseland furniture was literally built like a rabbit hutch, in fact I’ve had better made hutches! How you can describe this as solid oak I don’t know! Very disappointed and won’t be using this company ever again!

I’m so disappointed that I still haven’t received my furniture I only ordered it from you as I was told it would definitely be with me within 5/10 working days if in stock which it is in stock and it is now well over that time , not happy

Ordered a wardrobe. We were advised this had been sent to their hauliers, 2 weeks later the hauliers still haven’t received this. We are now trying to chase them to get our money back but are getting no communication. All very poor.

My order was returned to Roseland from the courier. I had to chase to find out what had happened as there was no contact from you or the courier. If the units were not being bought as a present, I would be requesting a refund. New units should have been dispatched but not had any confirmation. Find it v poor that Roseland nor the courier can give a delivery date. Very disappointed with the flimsy response from Roseland and will not be using their services again. Not a happy bunny.

Very poor quality furniture for the price paid. The bookcase that I ordered was £255 and I expected it to have at least some solid wood. It very cheap and nasty and I will not be ordering off Roseland again. Delivery was terrible taking over a month with a delivery charge of £30

Never got the bookshelf I ordered as unfortunately it had been sent via the delivery company XPD (google them and see how awful they are). They didn't turn up when they said they would then two days later sent me an email saying they had tried to deliver (it was a lie- we have CCTV) and I had to go on their app (which didn't work) and rearrange delivery. I decided that at this point life was too short and asked for a refund from Roseland (which I haven't got as yet...)

Arrived damaged and not as described. The damage was a manufacturing fault but the decided to send it anyway despite a quality control sticker on the back of it! This is NOT solid oak. The back is cheap and rough with unsightly nails visible all over it. The cabinet is extremely light and flimsy. Offered £20 for damage which was increased to £30 on me challenging and they refused to go higher.

Was initially happy with the ordering and speedy delivery. Upon opening the item purchased noticed some damage which must have been done prior to couriering. Emailed as was happy to save the hassle of sending back but to get a refund for what it would roughly cost for a French polisher to come out to rectify the issue. Offered £30 for a nearly £300 TV unit !! Told them to collect but had to wrap product back up ourselves dont know who has furniture wrapping materials in their home but certainly not us.

Yes I like the tv unit however, after receiving only 1 item and constantly chasing for the second, still not received nearly 2 months on! Poor customer service. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone! Awaiting response from emails! Wont buy again!

Appalling customer services! Would not recommend this company at all. I placed my order on the 3rd of Feb. Delivery time of goods is longer than what is stated (taking into consideration of covid restrictions) Absolutely no communication/update from Roseland. I have had to chase up every stage after placing my order for ETA of the order. Phone lines are now not open and replys to email need chasing as they don't seem to reply. On rare occasions they've replayed to my emails asking for an update. Frustrated with lack of communication, I requested a refund on the 10th of Feb only to receive a dispatch notification the very next day! Am now waiting for goods to be returned by THEIR delivery services (even though I hadn't received anything) before they issue a refund. I would have happily waited if I was kept informed and updated without having to chase them. Funnily they had no issues or delays in taking money for the goods. That seems to be working fine for them! Avoid

Delivered twice before spcified delivery address and I wasnt living at the property, then not delivered on specified date. Tracking stated delivered when it had not. Then unable to re deliver as had to re order items but they were out of stock so had to wait a month. 1 sideboard arrived damaged, another sideboard arrived without handles. Incorrectly charged for items and still awaiting a refund. Poor customer serivce takes ages to repsond to emails, unable to get through by phone and they wont call you back.
