Very poor quality, damaged when arrived, won't give refund till the item gets back to them, still no sign of the item being picked up, very badly made, would never make a purchase from this company again

Its not possible to give no stars and write a review so they get 1. Order placed 3 weeks ago for 4 items, TV stand turns up after 3 days. Its OK if looked at from a distance but plastic wood filler on one leg and wood treatment not covering all the wood visible at the drawer and shelf are less than satisfactory. I have kept it thinking it was too much hassle to return and would just repair it myself. However there is no sign of the remaining items. I get mostly automated responses to enquiries but have been told its delays due to Covid (others are getting their items if this site is to be believed) and it is delayed by the couriers - have checked with 2 myself and neither has my items. They are required in law to deliver in a reasonable time which is 30 days so have about a week to get my order to me. Anyone reading this take my advice and buy elsewhere as Roseland just don't do what their website claims.

My sideboard arrived with one door hangong off piece of support wood rattling around inside and very badly fitting drawers!!

Placed an order at the end of January which was due to be delivered within 7 days but haven't received it yet. The courier tracking site has not been updated since they collected the item. After speaking with Roseland Furniture they said they would contact the courier and provide an update but haven't heard back. Tried to call them and after waiting on line for over an hour nobody answered the phone. I finally received an email saying that they are still waiting for an update from the courier

After waiting over 3 months for furniture to arrive was disappointed to find it was made in Vietnam.Doors on all three items not aligned properly and a scratch on one cabinet delivery service very poor no arrival day given just a time slot on day they decided to deliver and then just left on door step not even allowing space for you to get out.Overall experience very poor.

Very Poor service. Having had to return 3 damaged units I am still waiting for a refund. Roseland does not respond to my mail or answer my calls. I do not recommend using this company.

Having purchased 2 chest of drawers in January, only 1 turned up. I was expecting the 2nd to arrive shortly after but had to email and ring. No one replied to the email and I waited 30mins for someone to answer. I was told they had delivered only 1 in error and that the 2nd would be sent out. This was in January. Over a week went by and the drawers hadn't arrived. I emailed and had no reply. I then rang early February and waited over 30mins again. I was told they were out of stock from 1st Feb...even though I'd rung through previously back in January, and they wouldn't be in stock until March. Had I have known I wouldn't have got 2 together I may not have ordered. The service has been poor, communication has been poor and I would not recommend or order from Roseland again. I don't understand how I was told the 2nd one was being delivered to then being out of stock. Not a great service at all

I received my item quite quickly but it wasn’t what I had ordered I have emailed with all the details asked for and not heard anything for several days

We ordered a desk that didn't arrive despite delivery notifications. After assurances that it was definitely about to arrive, but didn't, further investigation revealed that it had got damaged in transit and so was returned to the company. We ordered a replacement 10 days ago and haven't heard anything since. This company sadly seems to be having some problems fulfilling their orders.

We haven’t received our ordered item yet as the delivery company made a mistake and delivered the wrong sideboard. No name on the packaging. We are waiting for it to be rectified. Poor rating based on this.

Positive, the items seem to be good quality, but I haven't taken the wrapping of yet, but they seem very well packed, very heavy and I think they should be fine. Negative, the staff are rude, the call time to get through to anyone is ridiculous! The courier service is terrible, made even worse by the staff opening admitting the courier service is awful and that they have frequent problems. And yet they continue to use them? A very frustrating company. That are using COVID to make excuses for bad service and bargain on the fact you only order once from them. So they don't need to provide a good customer service as most customers are repeat.

I have used Roseland many times and purchased six pieces of furniture with no complaints. However, this time around it has been of very poor standard. I am now having to return this particular cabinet back, on the second occasion, due to it being badly damaged. Returning items is a lot of hassle and time consuming with emails flying back and forth and then having to hang on the telephone for some considerable time. I will give them one more chance and have reordered it again. If it is damaged again I will ask for a full refund. It's a shame, because they have been so efficient in the past and their furniture has been of high quality for the marketing price.

I am so disgusted and was looking forward to this email asking me to review. One, from the day I bought the console, I never received any email to update me about my order. I abruptly received a text from XDP telling me item would be delivered on that day 22/01/2021. I had to ask for permission from work as there was no one at home. They did not deliver. There was no number for me to call to make a rearrangement. The next day they came, they left my console outside, my neighbour came home and so it, she kindly picked it up for me as she was worried or will be stolen, vandalised or rained on. They had my number, why did they not call me???????? Rose land who I had bought the furniture from never sent me an email to let me know I should be expecting a delivery!!!!!!!! I am not a happy customer and will be pursuing this matter further. I will also put a review on your website and warn others of your stinking/filthy customer service

Pre-ordered a solid oak top nest of tables. These came back into stock mid January and were delivered fairly quickly. The large table found to be damaged with the oak veneer peeling off. Clearly these were not solid oak tops. Received no apologies and was simply told would be collected. Informed refund would be issued once collected. Then told refund would be issued when returned. Had to raise issue via PayPal as funny enough no refund after they received items back. Definitely a company to avoid.
