We haven’t received our ordered item yet as the delivery company made a mistake and delivered the wrong sideboard. No name on the packaging. We are waiting for it to be rectified. Poor rating based on this.

the corner unit i bought was damaged inside, they gave me a £40 refund, one unlucky customer.

Positive, the items seem to be good quality, but I haven't taken the wrapping of yet, but they seem very well packed, very heavy and I think they should be fine. Negative, the staff are rude, the call time to get through to anyone is ridiculous! The courier service is terrible, made even worse by the staff opening admitting the courier service is awful and that they have frequent problems. And yet they continue to use them? A very frustrating company. That are using COVID to make excuses for bad service and bargain on the fact you only order once from them. So they don't need to provide a good customer service as most customers are repeat.

I have used Roseland many times and purchased six pieces of furniture with no complaints. However, this time around it has been of very poor standard. I am now having to return this particular cabinet back, on the second occasion, due to it being badly damaged. Returning items is a lot of hassle and time consuming with emails flying back and forth and then having to hang on the telephone for some considerable time. I will give them one more chance and have reordered it again. If it is damaged again I will ask for a full refund. It's a shame, because they have been so efficient in the past and their furniture has been of high quality for the marketing price.

I am so disgusted and was looking forward to this email asking me to review. One, from the day I bought the console, I never received any email to update me about my order. I abruptly received a text from XDP telling me item would be delivered on that day 22/01/2021. I had to ask for permission from work as there was no one at home. They did not deliver. There was no number for me to call to make a rearrangement. The next day they came, they left my console outside, my neighbour came home and so it, she kindly picked it up for me as she was worried or will be stolen, vandalised or rained on. They had my number, why did they not call me???????? Rose land who I had bought the furniture from never sent me an email to let me know I should be expecting a delivery!!!!!!!! I am not a happy customer and will be pursuing this matter further. I will also put a review on your website and warn others of your stinking/filthy customer service

Pre-ordered a solid oak top nest of tables. These came back into stock mid January and were delivered fairly quickly. The large table found to be damaged with the oak veneer peeling off. Clearly these were not solid oak tops. Received no apologies and was simply told would be collected. Informed refund would be issued once collected. Then told refund would be issued when returned. Had to raise issue via PayPal as funny enough no refund after they received items back. Definitely a company to avoid.

Awful quality furniture it was delivered after two months cracked and now it's taking two weeks to collect the draw set. Which is large and no where to store the item.

Not happy. I ordered 2 items (sideboard and tv stand), the tv stand as yet has not been delivered. Whilst I am in contact with your customer services team by email, I haven't received a satisfactory response around where the missing item is, when it will be delivered and why it wasn't delivered with the other item. Could someone read this and act please?

How can i write a review when i haven't even received the item yet... ridiculous... recieved item haven't opened yet, couple of rate clowns working for your DXL delivery service. Came an hourout of delivery time, told us they couldn't take the item upstairs due to covid but yet still brought it into the living room, muddy shoes and boxes covering our carpet in dirt and both of the boxes are severely wet and damaged. Lets hope they are ok inside... Opened the first box, wood cracked currently arranging replacement this is the worst experience as a customer i have ever had in my life.

When ordering on the website, my items were in stock. Next day i received an email to say some was out of stock & would take a few weeks. After not being kept up to date & sending numerous emails only 3 items of my 5 items i ordered arrived! After numerous calls and emails to Roseland and the delivery company, no-one was sure why this happened (communication was horrendous & very stressful). The wardrobe I received was 2 different colours & the drawer part was damaged and had to be returned which took 2 weeks! Now the wardrobe was out of stock again! I received an email saying my items could be delivered (2 missing pieces and new wardrobe) tried arranging this (numerous emails to roseland & delivery company). Then received an email saying there had been a fire in the warehouse and my order had been wiped out. I requested a return of the 2 items I still had and received a FULL refund ( no compensation as i was now without any furniture as my old furniture had been given away). Would i recommend/buy here again? NO!

Waited 5/6wks for our TV stand £270 to arrive. Could not believe that something so poorly made as well as badly damaged was actually sent out. In all fairness Roseland after quite a few emails did refund the full money. Would we ever order anything from there again? Absolutely not!!

Very poor service waited nearly 2 months for furniture, 4 items came on 3 separate deliveries .One item damaged accepted a small gesture of good will because replacing item would have taken an age. We were looking to purchase more furniture but after are dealings with your company we will not even consider it .

very dissapoined. my sideboard was left out back garden when i opened it was smashed in two places right at the top. allthough they did pick it up and send my money back. within a couple of days was the only good thing. to come out of this.Regards eileen.

I cannot rate the furniture as I’m still waiting for my table to arrive! A wrong item was delivered and collected very fast! When I said I would cxl my ordered I was told despite being now out of stock!!! Had already been dispatched! That was nearly 2 weeks ago! I am very disappointed with the whole saga!!
