Terrible service, absolutely awful communication. I was told my item had shipped on 4th Feb to guarantee delivery before 14th Feb. I've chased customer services many times and their response has been slow and completely useless. It's now 25th Feb with no sign of my item, no communication from the courier (I still don't know who the courier is meant to be) and here I am again chasing it up. DO NOT BUY FROM ROSELAND UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF STRESS!!

I have bought a bed side table from Roseland. The furniture item has arrived damaged and with scufs on the top side. I have contacted the customer service and they offer me a £10 discount to keep the item as it was. This was a lack of respect towards the customer.

I placed an order on 24 January and the website stated delivery 6/8 working days. It’s now 23 February and still waiting for my goods. I’m unable to ring as there are not currently taking phone calls. I first emailed 1 February and was told in the delivery stage, email and text 9 February to say been dispatched, and receive tracking number by text. 16 Feb I email can someone give me an update as not received and tracking number not recognised, no response so email again on 18 Feb. On 20 Feb I get 2 email saying DPD not received goods so they will investigate, I then get another on the same day saying they have a delay in goods leaving them and will chase DPD, so again I email back asking can someone explain to me what’s happening and no response. Will I ever receive my goods I have paid for!!!!!!

Damaged items again don't think this company has any kind of quality control best left alone and choose another company.

Terrible, stay away spend your money elsewhere. Do not trust their delivery supplier because they will lie and say they delivered but they didn’t. So you are running around chasing to get an explanation. Missing pieces and when emailed regarding this, customer service completed ignored me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Still waiting for three out of four pieces of furniture to be delivered. With your phone lines out of action you haven’t responded to the numerous emails that we have been sending for the past ten days!!!! The only item we have received is the sideboard.

received the tv stand damaged beyond repair, sent an e mail with pictures and kept getting back the generic e mail, not acknowledging my e mail, but telling me to fill a form in to return as if nothing was wrong with the item, now have received another e mail telling me the courier will collect but no date

14 days after telling me that my order is on its way and no delivery you should have checked to see if delivery had been made before asking me to review as my opinion is VERY DISAPPOINTED

Have not received goods yet. Have phoned before and also phoned Tufnell who told me to ring uou again and when I do all I get is an automated message saying they are updating the system.

I purchased a nest of 3 tables which arrived damaged. Also they look cheap.not like solid wood but the damage is more like a vaneer. After a long wait and emails I arranged a return and refund option. However it was some time before I was informed of the 'pick up of the tables and despite the initial delivery being to my present address the pick up was arranged from my previous address( I have dealt with this company before but now moved) Needless to say I had to cancel the pick up to save dpd a wasted trip. Phone calls are hopeless jist mow to the company as supposedly updating the system and emails take ages to be answered. I am still.waiting for the tables to be picked up.and a subsequent refund. I won't be dealing with this firm.again.

product arrived damaged and I have had little success contacting anyone re collection and refund. Did eventually get an email for collection but no one arrived so still stuck with faulty product. Delivery tracking showing as ‘nothing to collect’ now requesting full refund ASAP as three weeks have now passed and not managed to speak to anyone!

Very poor quality, damaged when arrived, won't give refund till the item gets back to them, still no sign of the item being picked up, very badly made, would never make a purchase from this company again

Its not possible to give no stars and write a review so they get 1. Order placed 3 weeks ago for 4 items, TV stand turns up after 3 days. Its OK if looked at from a distance but plastic wood filler on one leg and wood treatment not covering all the wood visible at the drawer and shelf are less than satisfactory. I have kept it thinking it was too much hassle to return and would just repair it myself. However there is no sign of the remaining items. I get mostly automated responses to enquiries but have been told its delays due to Covid (others are getting their items if this site is to be believed) and it is delayed by the couriers - have checked with 2 myself and neither has my items. They are required in law to deliver in a reasonable time which is 30 days so have about a week to get my order to me. Anyone reading this take my advice and buy elsewhere as Roseland just don't do what their website claims.

My sideboard arrived with one door hangong off piece of support wood rattling around inside and very badly fitting drawers!!

Placed an order at the end of January which was due to be delivered within 7 days but haven't received it yet. The courier tracking site has not been updated since they collected the item. After speaking with Roseland Furniture they said they would contact the courier and provide an update but haven't heard back. Tried to call them and after waiting on line for over an hour nobody answered the phone. I finally received an email saying that they are still waiting for an update from the courier

After waiting over 3 months for furniture to arrive was disappointed to find it was made in Vietnam.Doors on all three items not aligned properly and a scratch on one cabinet delivery service very poor no arrival day given just a time slot on day they decided to deliver and then just left on door step not even allowing space for you to get out.Overall experience very poor.

Very Poor service. Having had to return 3 damaged units I am still waiting for a refund. Roseland does not respond to my mail or answer my calls. I do not recommend using this company.
