“I really don't know how the item I purchased (Cotswold Oak Corner tv Unit) got through any Quality Control inspection prior to being shipped. I can only assume that there weren't any checks in place. Will not purchase from this company again.”

“Ordered a grey bedside table ready assembled. However when unpacked there were 2 bits of damage, one being a indentation in the frame showing the wood through the grey and the second where the grey paint was coming away from the wood. The other mark was on the back of the table where the obviously sprayed grey paint was not completely covered and it was patchy. I was also surprised to see that it was made in Vietnam and not British. I was immediately offered a full refund, a replacement or keep the item with a part refund. However I was totally disenchanted with the product so decided to buy from someone else. I would like to add that my daughter, unbeknown to me at the time, had bought her lounge furniture from Roseland and was ver very happy with it. Hers was normal wood not coloured. Maybe that made the difference.”

“I bought this as it was already assembled. The drawer handles were however fitted inside out and the screws will not reach to fit them correctly.”

“Waited 6 month for one item and was told every two weeks it will be in two weeks ... some of the furniture I received was damage and got a very small return for all the inconvenience... so my advice is never use this company as they lie a lot”

“I paid for a Cornish White wardrobe on 20th November 2020 when was informed of 3 weeks delivery waiting time which should have been by calculation: 10th December 2020. Because of the Covid situation I gave to the Roseland discretion and waited until 22 December when eventually phoned them and was told by a staff member that the wardrobe was to be delivered on 23rd December in the afternoon. For this reason I changed the entire Christmas plans of my whole family in order to make myself available for the delivery on 23 December. The delivery never happened. Today is 31st December and I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. Disappointing.”

“very poor communication I have sent emails and also phoned ( no one answers the phone and only replied to my email when I threatened with legal action ) My order was placed early November 2020 and still have no delivery date 30th December 2020 would not purchase again”

“Just purchased a small Lanner sideboard to go with the rest of our Lanner furniture and the quality was really poor on this item it arrived with a leg out of line and unwaxed but site states they are lightly waxed but this definately is not looks completley dried out and different to any of our other Lanner furniture it does not even look like the same range, we were going to purchase the Lanner dining table and chairs but have been put off by this poor quality, tried so many times to contact Roseland by phone and no answer after several emails told this is how they are and will be £10 charge to send it back come on Roseland sort these quality issues and customer service out. Very dissapointed.”
