I am still waiting for my exchange item as the first one was delivered damaged so I can't at I am happy.

A first order successfully delivered was followed up by repeated deliveries of broken and unusable furniture. Accidents happen, but the logistics management at Roseland was not good when things went wrong. Collections of broken furniture without the replacement being brought, and then repeated emails and 'phone calls to arrange a replacement were a hassle. To add insult to injury I was given a discount of £20 for my troubles, only to find out that this discount was being given to all customers that made a repeat order. Very disappointing, and loads of hassle. I won't be ordering from Roseland again.

We have been waiting for furniture since July. Everything delivered so far has had some damage on it. We did get a bit of compensation but just couldn't wait any longer g or the larger items. Weare still waiting for most of our order and one minute are told its in stock and will be delivered and then this changes. Communication is not great and I don't feel like the company takes much responsibility or are that bothered about helping. Its just so frustrating. Hoping to get things soon but not holding my breath.

Sideboard damaged on arrival. Offered unrealistic discount for damage and I requested return. Still waiting on uplift after 2 weeks and yet it had arrived damaged a day after ordering. No reply to emails and no reply to phone and obviously no refund. Worst service ever.

We ordered a nest of tables on the 13th November. We received confirmation on the 17th of November that the order was out for delivery. We have still not received said tables and then we get an email asking to review how Roseland Furniture have done. I have tried telephoning several times asking for an update on the status of the delivery but could not get a reply. Is anyone there!!! Also sent an email and still waiting for a reply. Are you still in business!!! Can someone please give me a call on number submitted on order number 156547

Never will buy furniture from this company again. Never thought it would be such a trauma to buy 3 pieces of furniture

Poor service after a broken table was delivered. Poor exchange service and communications were not good. Was advised replacement table was still being processed even though it should have been delivered earlier in the week, it then arrived that day so clearly nobody really knows what's happening!

Its a shame the product was not matched by any semblance of service by Roseland. No communications at all regarding when deliver may be, no one answering telephone calls, no one replying to emails. Its like we take your money and then nothing............ The following question sums up the impossibility of communication with Roseland - you cant'!

Firstly I haven't received any furniture and I have to say your customer services were not very helpful I've paid alot of money for this and they couldn't tell me where my furniture was even though on the emails I received it said it had been dispatched and now I have to wait upto 12 weeks if I want to receive it which I find totally disgusting saying I've already paid and you cannot tell me what has happened.

we spotted this item online, wasnt available, some time later received an email to say it was available, paid for it to be told it wasnt available. 6 weeks later spotted online that it was in stock, rang Roseland who then confirmed they would send it. 10 days later it arrived, poorly made, broken and covered in paint that was dripped over our path and needed hosing down. We were offered £20 discount to keep the broken furniture, opted instead for an exchange that we are told will take a few more weeks. now we are asked for a review!

Unfortunately I’ve still not received my item. In fairness mostly to do with the incredibly useless XDB delivery agent they use!

I’m very unhappy regarding the delivery and condition of the bookcase. Both time the package was damaged and not handled with care. At the first delivery, the bookcase had major damages, here I’d like to thank Roseland for providing a new bookcase, though during delivery the package was again damaged. Luckily the bookcase had only a minor issue, back wall was missing 4 staples, which I could fix myself. Overall, I’m not happy by the overall service which I had expected to be much better. The new bookcase is nice though.

arrived 20 hrs after the time it was supposed to be here, no apology for being late, no notification it wasnt being delivered on the day. item damaged and poorly constructed. unfriendly customer service

Furniture damaged and split. Decided to fix it myself after reading several comments regarding the lack of response to complaints. Not worth the hassle. Avoid this company!!!!!!
