My bedside tables were broken delivery the quality was not as described I’ve tried time and time again to contact them with no success, item not as described. In discussion with my credit card company

Our furniture was allegedly shipped 2 weeks ago but still it hasn’t been delivered. Roseland won’t take any responsibility for the lack of delivery. We have paid for the wooden CD tower and appear to be the only losers.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. They never answer emails or phone and are impossible t get hold of. When they finally reply the information they give you is incorrect. waited 6 weeks for 6 day delivery and then it never arrived. The offered a Full refund but will not acknowledge my acceptance.

I ordered two items of furniture. The first order I have no idea when it will arrive. I have tracking number but TNT say that number doesn't exist! The second item I was aware was out of stock when ordered do am hoping I will get an update on this in the next couple of weeks However, given my experience with the first item I am quite worried now.

Can’t review has still haven’t received my furniture. As for service communication as been poor and no information when I will receive my bookcase.

Yes, I ordered Ivory from your website but I received grey. I was told that the code on the packaging 5310 was that of Ivory . That was incorrect. I believe you have advertised the colour Ivory under false pretences and it’s not actually available so disappointed that I didn’t receive what I had ordered . The colour Dimpse 277 is the colour you go by for Ivory and it is very much grey. You also don’t advise your customers of “Farrow and Ball colour chart so that customers can see what they are purchasing. The furniture is however beautifully made but I was unhappy with not getting my choice of colour Regards Mrs Watkins

I am still waiting on a call back about my furniture delivery. I have been in contact a couple of times about it. I won't buy anything again and dont think I would recommend Roseland

A first order successfully delivered was followed up by repeated deliveries of broken and unusable furniture. Accidents happen, but the logistics management at Roseland was not good when things went wrong. Collections of broken furniture without the replacement being brought, and then repeated emails and 'phone calls to arrange a replacement were a hassle. To add insult to injury I was given a discount of £20 for my troubles, only to find out that this discount was being given to all customers that made a repeat order. Very disappointing, and loads of hassle. I won't be ordering from Roseland again.

We have been waiting for furniture since July. Everything delivered so far has had some damage on it. We did get a bit of compensation but just couldn't wait any longer g or the larger items. Weare still waiting for most of our order and one minute are told its in stock and will be delivered and then this changes. Communication is not great and I don't feel like the company takes much responsibility or are that bothered about helping. Its just so frustrating. Hoping to get things soon but not holding my breath.

Sideboard damaged on arrival. Offered unrealistic discount for damage and I requested return. Still waiting on uplift after 2 weeks and yet it had arrived damaged a day after ordering. No reply to emails and no reply to phone and obviously no refund. Worst service ever.

We ordered a nest of tables on the 13th November. We received confirmation on the 17th of November that the order was out for delivery. We have still not received said tables and then we get an email asking to review how Roseland Furniture have done. I have tried telephoning several times asking for an update on the status of the delivery but could not get a reply. Is anyone there!!! Also sent an email and still waiting for a reply. Are you still in business!!! Can someone please give me a call on number submitted on order number 156547

Never will buy furniture from this company again. Never thought it would be such a trauma to buy 3 pieces of furniture
