I’m very unhappy regarding the delivery and condition of the bookcase. Both time the package was damaged and not handled with care. At the first delivery, the bookcase had major damages, here I’d like to thank Roseland for providing a new bookcase, though during delivery the package was again damaged. Luckily the bookcase had only a minor issue, back wall was missing 4 staples, which I could fix myself. Overall, I’m not happy by the overall service which I had expected to be much better. The new bookcase is nice though.

arrived 20 hrs after the time it was supposed to be here, no apology for being late, no notification it wasnt being delivered on the day. item damaged and poorly constructed. unfriendly customer service

Hasn’t arrived yet. Apparently item was lost. No tracking ID sent, customer service like talking to a robot.

Furniture damaged and split. Decided to fix it myself after reading several comments regarding the lack of response to complaints. Not worth the hassle. Avoid this company!!!!!!

The item I ordered arrived damaged. I have been waiting for the courier to collect it for several days and he still did not come up. Customer Service agents do not tell me what's happening and only tell me that he will come but he does not turn up. I have a damaged item at home and cannot get a refund because the collection is not taking place. Absolutely horrific experience.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, apparently the carrier lost my furniture, now apparently not in stock, having to constantly chase for updates. Pretty poor really, still waiting.

Never used this company before and was actually looking for bedroom furniture when I spotted the lantern as a Christmas present for a friend, it’s rubbish and had put me off looking for furniture.

Your service is a disgrace. Get a new carrier. I’m still waiting for a delivery date despite several phone calls and e-mails. I purchased the furniture from Roseland not MXL delivers so I would have expected Roseland to sort something out.

Your courier service is a shambles. They have attempted to deliver twice and failed. Please tell me when you are going to make a third attempt to deliver?

We recently received delivery of a Chester White wardrobe, it was without doubt the worst purchase that I have ever made on line from Roseland Furniture. I tried several times for 2 days after delivery to contact Roseland without success so reluctantly kept the item which had been substituted because the item we preferred was out of stock for 12 weeks. The wardrobe received had obviously been dropped before it had been packaged because a corner of the base had been damaged and then painted over. The actual top of the wardrobe was almost impossible to assemble because both side panels were warped, in addition the back panel had obviously been overpainted in a slightly different colour. We would certainly not recommend this product due to the very poor workmanship.

Ordered a sideboard last month . I was it was dispatched . Never received it or have been contacted . Can’t get through phone for refund . Very disappointed and worried !

I ordered a TV Corner Unit on 16th November to be delivered within 6 - 8 working days delivery. It is now 11th November, working 18 days later, and I am still waiting without any indication of when delivery will will be. I have been informed that the unit is with the courier service but that's it. Not very good service.

I ordered a tv table and had notification of delivery. It then didn’t arrive. I was kept on hold for a long time when I rang. I was told they had no control over the courier and to persevere (I had asked for delivery in my school holiday as a teacher). When I said that they would lose customers I was told ‘never mind’. Later on after my phone call I was then told that my delivery was lost and offered a refund! Expected delivery was then 13 weeks ago! I won’t bother now sadly.

Awful customer service. Two weeks after I paid and placed my order I asked where it was and it hadn’t even been dispatched! Apparently they didn’t even know so if I hadn’t asked how long would I have waited who knows. Very swift refund as requested so I’ll give them 1 star for that. I won’t be using them again. Such a shame.

I am very disappointed with my furniture firstly it took 18 working days to deliver not the 6-8 as advertised. The wood used in the units is poor quality and warped. This results in large gaps between the oak panels which are thin and not solid. The handles are not level, they are not designed to be placed against skirting all round they are poor quality and poor value for money.
