Ordered a sideboard last month . I was it was dispatched . Never received it or have been contacted . Can’t get through phone for refund . Very disappointed and worried !

I ordered a TV Corner Unit on 16th November to be delivered within 6 - 8 working days delivery. It is now 11th November, working 18 days later, and I am still waiting without any indication of when delivery will will be. I have been informed that the unit is with the courier service but that's it. Not very good service.

I ordered a tv table and had notification of delivery. It then didn’t arrive. I was kept on hold for a long time when I rang. I was told they had no control over the courier and to persevere (I had asked for delivery in my school holiday as a teacher). When I said that they would lose customers I was told ‘never mind’. Later on after my phone call I was then told that my delivery was lost and offered a refund! Expected delivery was then 13 weeks ago! I won’t bother now sadly.

Awful customer service. Two weeks after I paid and placed my order I asked where it was and it hadn’t even been dispatched! Apparently they didn’t even know so if I hadn’t asked how long would I have waited who knows. Very swift refund as requested so I’ll give them 1 star for that. I won’t be using them again. Such a shame.

I am very disappointed with my furniture firstly it took 18 working days to deliver not the 6-8 as advertised. The wood used in the units is poor quality and warped. This results in large gaps between the oak panels which are thin and not solid. The handles are not level, they are not designed to be placed against skirting all round they are poor quality and poor value for money.

Furniture never arrived despite being despatched from the supplier within a few days of order. Waited over 3 weeks and then requested a refund which was quickly given. Disappointing as item was just what I wanted.

Shambles, avoid. 10 day delivery took 2 months. Communication poor. Wrong furniture delivered, this wasn't communicated in the office despite courier and me contacting them. When asked when correct furniture would b delivered was i told to look for it in my garden-it was a large sideboard! Was at the stage of involving MasterCard to recover funds. Never again.

Unfortunately, our experience has been very poor... we've had 2 of the same item delivered twice now and both times they've been damaged and filthy. Trying to get hold of someone to organise the collection and re-delivery has been VERY difficult. We're hoping we'll be 3rd time lucky when the replacement item arrives but we've still not had the damaged items collected yet - this has been going on for almost 3 weeks so far.

Ordered furniture 15/9/20 told on 21/10/ furniture on its way.3/11 told still waiting for sideboard to arrive from manufacturer.Not good enough.If it does not arrive within a week will cancel order.

Spent an absolutely fortune on some wardrobes that aren't anything like the colour advertised - then advised that I have to pay a return fee - what a joke!

Extremely poor service and communication from Roseland Furniture. We ordered and paid for a sideboard which never turned up. After over a week of hearing absolutely nothing I contacted the company and they informed me after a further two days that this item would not be received as was ‘lost in transit’, yet they did not have the decency to let me know beforehand. Instead, I had to contact them to find out what was going on. Very disappointed.

Didn't hear a thing after placing my order and had to contact Roseland for an update. 2 phone numbers didnt work to had to email and then had to question then answer for further clarification. Furniture still not arrived

The item arrived damaged, with the side of the chest of drawers split right across. A drawer was also jammed inside the unit and I still cannot get it out, so the lower drawer is unusable. The item was delivered several hours outside of the allocated delivery slot, and was dumped upside down outside my property. Generally really poor service and clearly not a very well made piece.
