I waited for over a week to hear when it was going to be delivered but l had to find out my self it had been lost not happy with you at all thank goodness at last it finally cam today

Both bedside tables were damaged. Emailed a few times to try and resolve, not heard anything back. We wanted a few more bits from here but as the customer service is non existent, were not bothering. Chances are it’ll turn up damaged.

Ordered bookcase. Wasted two days waiting in for couriers who give no slots, forgot to put on lorry etc. Item was then delivered severely damaged, wood splintered, back hanging off etc. Roseland offered £50 off (a £300 item) and no more. Since damage was so bad that was plainly unfair (I offered 50% but they refused). Now back to waiting for couriers to collect. Just shoddy all round. Ordered bookcase. After being messed around by the delivery firm , I have asked for a refund. I have phone both Roseland furniture and delivery people, but still no joy, every time I send an email, it goes undelivered.

As I wasn't going to be at the delivery property for a week I checked the delivery timescales noted on the web site with customer services and having had confirmation that they were correct I placed my order with delivery in 8-10 working days which meant delivery would be between 1 and 3 days after arriving. To my surprise the carrier company delivered within 3 days and left the furniture outside my front door and the driver sent me a SMS to advise me of this even though the instructions were no safe place. I contacted the driver and he went back and collected the furniture. In the end the furniture was finally delivered after 10 working days

You want me to write a review. I haven’t received my order. You don’t respond to emails. You don’t have anyone answering your phones. Your tracking can’t find my order. I’ve cancelled the order and I’ve been in contact with my credit card company to get a refund. Your customer services is a disgrace

I ordered bedroom furniture which was advertised as in stock & therefore immediately available. I was advised that the furniture had been "shipped" over two weeks ago but I have had no communication advising a delivery or delivery date. Whilst I appreciate that COVID issues may have affected their operations I cannot appreciate that delivery should still not be arranged 4 weeks after ordering in stock items.

I cannot write a review as, sadly, I still haven’t received the item, the delivery side of your business has let you and me down. I have had the item scheduled for delivery twice now, first time their driver turned up 2.5 hours late and as my time slot was scheduled between 18:00 - 21:00 they simply stopped at 21:00 but failed to let Me, the customer know. The re-scheduled delivery was supposed to happen yesterday 13/10 but their driver rang in sick so I’m afraid I still haven’t even seen my item to review!!! As you can imagine I am not best pleased.

Appalling service. Wrong item sent and a logistical nightmare to get it returned. I have been told today that the item I ordered some weeks ago is no longer available. The whole experience has been disastrous and as a result I cannot under any circumstances recommend ordering goods from Roseland Furniture.

By far the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Had our furniture arrived undamaged I would have been more than happy with it. However 2 sets of drawers out of 5 items were badly damaged. Not delivered by 2 people as stated on website. Replacements were also damaged so I decided then I would prefer a refund for the whole set rather than accept £40 discount! Getting a refund proved very hard work and in the end I needed to use PayPal to do it for me. Getting through on the phone lines is a nightmare, after a 20 minute wait I got a recording saying the mail box was full and the line went dead. This was not once but every time. When I did eventually speak to someone neither Jamie or Dan called me back to update me on uplift or refund information. Email wasn't any better as I got a standard reply with no name or a direct contact. No one takes ownership when there is an issue. No doubt covid will be blamed but that's no excuse for such poor customer service! One very unhappy and dissatisfied customer.

The bookshelf is ok. The customer service from Roseland Furniture is appalling. Would never ever buy from this company again. If you ever have a problem then it's a nightmare. They don't read your emails properly. They advertise easy returns, that is not true. It took 6 weeks for them to finally sort out a return and then they sent two couriers out on the same day!

Furniture ordered and I was advised furniture was to be delivered during a one week period. At the end of the specified week I had heard nothing more and when I checked online with the tracking system there was no information.I emailed Roseland but received no reply. Subsequently I telephoned,staff were polite and apologetic but could not trace furniture. I telephoned again and was told that carrier had returned furniture to one of Roseland’s warehouses.Redelivery could not be initiated until goods had been checked and reentered in the system there would then be a six day delay before carrier would deliver so probably two week delay.Order cancelled and full refund issued.Would respectfully suggest that I could have been contacted by email to cnfirm delivery date.
