Appalling service. Wrong item sent and a logistical nightmare to get it returned. I have been told today that the item I ordered some weeks ago is no longer available. The whole experience has been disastrous and as a result I cannot under any circumstances recommend ordering goods from Roseland Furniture.

By far the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Had our furniture arrived undamaged I would have been more than happy with it. However 2 sets of drawers out of 5 items were badly damaged. Not delivered by 2 people as stated on website. Replacements were also damaged so I decided then I would prefer a refund for the whole set rather than accept £40 discount! Getting a refund proved very hard work and in the end I needed to use PayPal to do it for me. Getting through on the phone lines is a nightmare, after a 20 minute wait I got a recording saying the mail box was full and the line went dead. This was not once but every time. When I did eventually speak to someone neither Jamie or Dan called me back to update me on uplift or refund information. Email wasn't any better as I got a standard reply with no name or a direct contact. No one takes ownership when there is an issue. No doubt covid will be blamed but that's no excuse for such poor customer service! One very unhappy and dissatisfied customer.

The bookshelf is ok. The customer service from Roseland Furniture is appalling. Would never ever buy from this company again. If you ever have a problem then it's a nightmare. They don't read your emails properly. They advertise easy returns, that is not true. It took 6 weeks for them to finally sort out a return and then they sent two couriers out on the same day!

Furniture ordered and I was advised furniture was to be delivered during a one week period. At the end of the specified week I had heard nothing more and when I checked online with the tracking system there was no information.I emailed Roseland but received no reply. Subsequently I telephoned,staff were polite and apologetic but could not trace furniture. I telephoned again and was told that carrier had returned furniture to one of Roseland’s warehouses.Redelivery could not be initiated until goods had been checked and reentered in the system there would then be a six day delay before carrier would deliver so probably two week delay.Order cancelled and full refund issued.Would respectfully suggest that I could have been contacted by email to cnfirm delivery date.

There website says items are in stock when they’re not. Customer service is poor, they take 2 days to respond. Typically blame Covid and their delivery service for bad service. I won’t be using again.

I am not happy with the about the service from Roseland as I ordered two tallboy set of drawers and a chest of drawers .We have only received one chest of drawers and one tallboy. I have not received a email to say that another tallboy is being delivered. I have emailed to say that my order was not complete.

the delivery driver was very helpful it wasn't until I took the packing off that I noticed that they were not fit for purpose they've either not been assembled properly or have been damaged in transit I was very disappointed

I’m only giving you one star as there is not an option to press zero stars. Only the bottom of the wardrobe was delivered and that was severely damaged. The top then arrived at the same time as the bottom was collected. We then cancelled the order obviously and have had no apology or refund. Shocking service.

Unfortunately I am still waiting for the furniture to arrive. It took 3 weeks to arrive at the delivery company and due to difficulty liaising with them it will now be delivered next Monday which is complex for us and we have had to ask a neighbour to be available as we had no choice of delivery day. So due to the complexities having order the furniture in mid August and still not received it is unlikely that I will order anything else from Roseland.

I have recently placed two orders with you. My first order immediately went out of stock, without warning, meaning I then had to wait 3 weeks for it to come back. Then the delivery men turned up without any warning, when in the email it said I would be contact to arrange a suitable delivery slot. The delivery men were very rude, barely spoke to me and trod mud through the entire flat including my bedroom. Left the furniture in a sodden muddy box which stained the carpet and I was left to unpackage it which was hard to do when it was so heavy. Delivery standard was not at all as advertised. The second order also came without warning, which I was very disappointed about because I though maybe the first time was just a miscommunication. Luckily I was in. But this time the order, which was a bedside table, was broken as the back panel had snapped off as it was only attached with staples!! I'm so disappointed in this quality given the price! I will not be recommending this company.

I would love to review , but still not received my five items of furniture. Why are reviews being sent out before delivery ? would this be due to a very large back log of orders ?

I have placed an order for a bookcase at the end of july. I have not received any updates nor the furniture itself since then. I have no idea what is happening with my order because Roseland is not answering the phones. It is now 1st of October.

I bought a 4'ft bed solid wood bed. When it was assembled there was some screws missing. I tried to call your company several times without success.
