I ordered 2 pieces of furniture on 28th August. I had an email on 14th September to say my furniture had been dispatched. It is now 29th September and I have still not received my furniture despite contacting Roseland furniture again. Very poor service and I will not be buying from them again. If I have not received it by the end of this week I will be requesting a chargeback.

I ordered a sideboard almost 4 weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered 5 days later. I received a text confirming delivery, arranged for somebody to wait in ALL day & it quite simply did not arrive. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I phoned Customer Services (they did not bother to reach out to me) & was told there was nothing they could do & that I was to await further instruction from them. I have still heard nothing. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company. They have had my money for quite sometime and have not delivered anything. The worst thing is the absolute lack of communication from them. They evidently do not care about their customers at all. i also paid an additional £25 for delivery - what a joke. Roseland - kindly contact me & let me know what is happening.

Not received it! Had to chase the sales team for any feedback on my order two weeks of ordering. Then received two emails on the same day telling me two different reasons why I hadn’t received it. First reason: returned by warehouse as it was damaged. 2nd reason: It was stuck at the warehouse in Coalville!! Will not be using them again unfortunately.

I recently ordered a consol table before purchasing I phoned and asked about assembly as I didn't want anything I had to put together myself after there customer services confirmed I only had to put the handles on I ordered one. Well when it came I had 2 boxes of wood and a bag of 50 or more screws, and some of the pieces were broke with nails sticking out. Very poor quality, unprofessional customer service. Just a box of rubbish!! Do not buy from Roaseland furniture. Spend a bit more and buy quality.

I was not happy with service. The was a delay, I wasn't kept up to date what was happening, I am disappointed in regards the customer service.

Dreadful. Chest of drawers arrived 2 weeks late and it was very damaged when it did arrive so sent it back. Nobody at the company cared. I made a formal complaint and still haven't had an acknowledgement of this let alone an apology

We found the items poorly made with odd bits of wood and of a poor finish also 1 driver to unload as we are both over 65 and I was out for collection my wife had to help him put on van not good.

Extremely poor quality! There is hardly any oak on it! Most it’s cheap timber and chipboard. My bookcase wouldn’t even stand straight as one leg is shorter about 1.5cm from the rest. I’m still waiting for refund. There are glue stains, gaps on connections and chipped timber. Absolutely waste of money and time.

Terrible service ordered a sideboard came damaged asked for exchange they took the damaged one and gave me the new side board that was actually worse then the first one so I thought I’d try exchange again for that one to be damaged again they arranges to pick it up, date and time to have no show and I waited in all day for them. So I complained they eventually picked it up this time I asked for refund to get email back saying They have received the side board but on there system we are missing two!!!! what isn’t my fault that the carrier has miss placed them... they said they will investigate and contact me I have had no contact so I’ve had to contact them again been a month and still heard nothing! Appalling service and still Havant received my refund and I’ve been dealing with this company since June ! Don’t order from this company your only going to get stress and disappointment and no money or side board. I have been very patient and didn’t want to write any review but I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional. By the looks of it they obviously don’t want to give me my money back.

Paid £175 for a bookshelf described as being made from solid wood. It was in fact made mostly of mdf and made in Vietnam. From a distance it looked ok but up close it was cheap. Sadly the one we received had been dropped on its end and w huge chunk of the top corner had fallen off. The packaging was inadequate but we did at least receive a quick no-quibble refund.
