Wardrobe arrived damaged I have to wait two weeks for it to be collected meaning I have to store it in my home, and then wait up until a a week after it is collected for a refund won’t ever purchase from Roseland again

Having a dispute with company and courier as my order was not delivered and the money has been taken from my account.

Damedged goods sent, after 1 week still waiting for the goods to be picked up for return, no communication from ROSELAND as to when this might happen. I still have their damaged goods and they still have my money. Would not deal with this company again.

I have placed an order which was due on 4/9/20 to date have still not received this!! Being told all sorts of different scenarios so not impressed.

Items not in stock - poor communication throughout entire process. Ultimately sent wrong items. No apologies at all.

Pleased with the furniture. As for getting all the furniture that was something else. All furniture was on order from the beginning of July but only got final item on 7th September. My order of a corner unit I had to wait for as it did not turn up with sideboard, was then told it wasn't coming as it got lost in transit could have another but would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks, so l ordered a different unit which came within the week and at the time I ordered the new unit I was told my TV unit would arrive at the beginning of September.At the end of August I got a message to say TV unit was on it's way (happy days). I then get another message to say sorry TV unit has been lost in transit WHAT.......how may peices of furniture do you actually loose, can understand one being lost but two from the same order UNBELIEVABLE, and told I had to what 6 to 8 weeks for another. I immediately got on the phone and spoke to Beky who agreed all the messing around I had was unacceptable. She apologised said she would look into it and try and find out what had happened to the TV unit, got a message later on the 4th September to say she was waiting to hear from the depot the next the I know is the delivery drivers turn up on my doorstep on 7th September with the TV unit. I really think we deserve some compensation for the amount of emails I have had to send and phone calls I have had to make to Uni and Becky to try and sort out my problems and find lost furniture. I know things are delayed because of COVID but you can't blame COVID for losing my furniture. Awaiting your reply Mr Pennington.

On 17/8/20 I ordered a corner unit (£197.94) using Amazon Pay. I also paid £35 for delivery costs via PayPal. This order has still not arrived. When contacted via email, as they were not taking phone calls, on 2/9/20, promised to dispatch item again, which was to arrive this week. Also promised to forward tracking details which I have not received. Unit has still not arrived at 4.20 pm 11/9/20. Sent emails today and yesterday still no replies. Rang customer services, asked to hold, held for 9 mins with no one answering.

Very disappointed that the tv unit had a large crack in the front which appeared to have happened during construction as the packaging was intact. Collection for return arranged but courier did not turn up. Still waiting almost a week later and finding it difficult to get information from either Roseland or the courier. Extremely frustrating.

i dont think you really want to know what i think about Roseland Furniture waited in again for my sideboard and XDP did not come again the first time they split the order why god knows you would think its good practice to get the 2 items delivered but not for that company i live in hope they bring it tomorrow

Bought two bedside tables and had to send them back. They were very poorly made. The doors did not stop and could pull out all the, the paint looked like it had been thrown on rather than using a brush and the back of the drawers were covered in excess dried glue.

When I placed my order, I received an email to say out of stock. I had to chase when I will receive my order. Next thing I know my neighbour called me to say i had the item on my drive way. I never received a call or email to say when it will be received so I could be in when the items were going to be delivered

I was very disappointed in the quality of the product I received as it had clearly not been checked before leaving with the sharp end of a screw sticking out in the centre of the cabinet at the front ,glue showing around the edge . I have been disappointed with the level of customer service they did offer to exchange within 8-10 weeks but I did have to chase this up after 13 weeks, I was then told it could be another 3 months. If the unit was not the perfect size and colour I would certainly not be keeping it . Disappointing service will not be purchasing again .

Ordered two units, received email to say my order was on its way, received email from delivery company stating day of delivery, booked day of work, my order did not arrive, changed days with colleague the next day, phoned delivery company to be told they did not have my items, phoned rose land to be told they only had one unit, what a total waste of time requested a refund which was promptly done.

The furniture was of good quality however delivery, communication and customer service was appalling. Wardrobe damaged on arrival. 2 man delivery to room didn’t happen, just left on front garden and waited 5 months for delivery. Would never order from Roseland again.

The piece of flat pack furniture arrived with multiple pieces of split wood. In addition to this, when constructing the piece those parts which had not been impacted by the splits did not join together smoothly at all and miss fitted. Certainly not what I would call high quality furniture, there are plenty of other good options out there for this price range, in future I will certainly avoid Roseland and suggest others do the same.

I can't remember the last time I experienced such poor customer service and a total absence of quality control. After various issues communicating with them to organise delivery, when the product arrived a week later than stated (a 3 door wardrobe). When it did arrive, not only was the exterior wet (which meant the back of the wardrobe section was sodden) but we were also provided the WRONG PARTS which has meant that - 5 weeks later - we are still without a wardrobe and our clothes are on the floor. I cannot state explicitly enough how much I would never recommend this company. It took them 3 days to even answer my complaint, despite my emailing and calling. Truly shocking. Separately, the following question allows me to only select one way that I communicated with the company. I did all three, repeatedly.
