Disgusting service. Would leave 0 if I could. Shoddy furniture. Broken before it came out the packaging. Awful customer service. Will NEVER use again

Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery of the bookcase I have purchased from you, and, I must admit am getting a little frustrated with the delay.

I placed my order 15days ago, the money was taken straight away, the item went to the Collection depot 5days later, 10days after that and still no news, I have sent a chaser email but still no idea of a delivery date. I understand things are delay due to COVID but I don't think there is any reason why a date can;t be given, even if it is weeks in advance.

Never again. Despite contacting you twice prior to ordering where you confirmed both times you would deliver not free but it would cost £35. I agreed placed my order then a bout a week later an email stating you wouldn't. No apology no refund. You then ignored my 5 emails asking you to call. I finally gave in and arranged a shipping company. Again no apology and no offer of refund of delivery costs which I had to finally request. I regret having ever contacted this shocking company and urge you not to waste a penny on them

Told on my delivery date that they arent delivering as the item is out of stock and i have to wait an unspecified amount of time to be contacted when it is in stock. Why sell items and book and confirm delivery for items you dont have??

Item arrived damaged. Box was intact, although it had been taped up several times, so I was a bit suspicious when I opened it and very disappointed at the damage

Absolutely dreadful experience! They firstly sent a damaged item and that was sent back and replaced and the replacement was also damaged! They clearly don't have any quality control in Vietnam where this particular item was made.:/ The second damaged item was sent back last week and they are now claiming they haven't received it. It's an absolute debacle. Avoid at all costs if you're looking for high quality furniture and quality customer service.

Furniture badly damaged and it was damaged before it was shipped where the damage is and customer service not very helpful still waiting for my refund and parcel to picked up was not worth the money

I ordered a tv stand and delivery was arranged for last Wednesday. The van arrived and the delivery men went to get the tv stand to find it wasn't on the van. Since then I have written various emails to Roseland furniture who keep telling the courier service will be in touch with to rearrange delivery. As yet nothing has happened. I tried ringing Roseland ,but at present they are not answering the phone. I am now at the point of asking for a refund and cancelling the order. I have had no explanation to what has happened. It is very unfair they can take my money and not offer a reasonable explanation . i would not recommend this company. It has been an absolute fiasco and still is!

Don't know where to start here but I'll give it a go. The item I ordered and received had numerous faults. It took weeks before Roseland Furniture arranged for the faulty item to be collected from a delivery firm, which also messed me about by giving incorrect pick up days and times. I did everything in my power to try and speed things up and did everything Roseland Furniture asked of me, like sending pictures of the faulty item, sending them pictures when it eventually got collected but still had to wait until this firm decided it was ready to give me a refund. I could go on but won't but I will never use this firm again or recommend it.

We were very disappointed with the wooden shelving unit - looks quite chunky oak shelves but they are quite thin with a thicker piece at the end that gives the impression of a sturdy shelf - the unit also arrived damaged - would not recommend

The furniture I received was like seconds didnt reflect what I paid for it so I returned it...the replacement was worse than the original, so i returned that too..i am now waiting for my refund

Not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones but we've had an extremely bad experience with Roseland that I thought it important to share my thoughts. We only ordered two items but we've had problems with both, quality very poor and so much so that we've returned the chest of draws and don't want a replacement. I appreciate things are difficult due to COVID-19 but I can't help but feel they've really hidden behind that fact and making contact with them is extremely difficult. One of the main issues is the courier company they use for delivery "XDP", in the past week they failed to arrive with a delivery when stated and then subsequently failed to make collections when stated. I think this was my biggest issue, it's one thing having quality issues but when you waste customers time it's extremely infuriating. On top of that wen they did deliver the chest draws they just dumped it on our doorstep. I've made a complaint with management but as yet I've not heard back from them. Its sad to say but honestly, use this company with caution.

A dreadful rip off using this company. Received the wrong colour of chest. Couriers supposed to turn up six times to return but have never arrived. I’ve been left with this chest and no refund. I see from the reviews that some people have lost a lot more money than me. They need to be reported to the proper authorities as they seem to running some kind of scam.
