Received my table and it’s cracked at the back and the side of the top is not attached and there’s another crack there. I’m so upset and disappointed to think something like this would be sent out to me. I’ve sent an email and awaiting a reply. Phone lines closed due to C19. Very distressed and upset.

Furniture in a right mess when received, 4 items out of 5 were badly damaged. The furniture was packed like this as the boxes were in perfect condition so no fault of the couriers. Roseland didn’t respond to my emails until I said I would go to Trading Standards!

I bought a dressing table set but when I sat on the stool 2 legs just sheared off as it’s design was so poor that the bolt did not go through far enough into the leg. I really bumped my head and it shook me up - I e-mailed photo graphs asking for a replacement that had been safety checked and as yet all I have had is an Automatic acknowledgement !!! Very disappointed as I have had other furniture in the same range and always praised up Roseland quality

Would not advise ordering from Roselands furniture. They are quick to send furniture out but if you have a problem their customer service is a shambles. Phone lines still closed, it takes 2 or 3 days to get a response. The response is sketchy and does not cover everything you asked. Still waiting for my refund.

Received a badly damaged item. The return process was long and difficult as all via email (no phone communication due to Covid-19 apparently). Item due to be collected 2 weeks after I received it (even though I notified Roseland Furntiure of the damage on the day that I received it) - still awaiting a refund.

I received my sideboard nearly 2 weeks ago, very badly scratched and marked. I emailed immediately and was responded to after a few days asking for my postcode. It has then taken a few more days to have an email asking for photos. There has been no apology at all from the company and i now have packaging to dispose of and will have to wait in for another delivery when I am eventually given a new date. I am very disappointed.

The first oak unit was delivered with a broken leg, this was collected after a week and we were told we would receive a replacement. It was been a week since the broken unit was collect and nearly 3 weeks since this company were told we wanted a replacement. We have had little contact from them. I will be sending yet another email to ask for a full refund as I’m fed up of waiting for a replacement unit. I could have grown an oak tree, and made the unit myself by now!! Very poor customer service. Will not use this company again.

If only we could! We haven’t received the ordered item as it has apparently gone astray. To date we have not been informed of a delivery date or who would be delivering, though the latest message said it would be here by the end of the week. Which week we wonder?

Very poor communications, despite repeated requests we received no reply until the 6 or more e nails were sent to eventually be told your carrier had lost the unit. Since then one reply from you to say do we want a refund or select another product we replied, guess what no reply.

We selected Roseland furniture for the short delivery time - coffee table dispatched on 29 June - it is now 13 July . . . Sent a query to Roseland a couple of days ago - still waiting . . . like the wait for the coffee table. Customer Service - Service?????

My goods have not arrived after 3 weeks since placing my order and have been in transit for the last 2 weeks. No phone numbers to contact either roseland of the delivery company just emails that don’t get answered

Still waiting on order that was placed over 2 weeks ago. Apparently my order had got lost in transit?!? It was for a birthday present for my daughter, still waiting! Mega disappointed.

Item showed up damaged, replacement was never delivered and it takes days and days to get any sort of response to an email. What should be a 5 minute conversation is taking weeks.

Very poor service. First order lost in transit, second one not received. No response to my emails. No delivery, no refund. Will have to pursue via PayPal dispute service. Would not recommend.

Ordered a large desk and a TV stand. Desk arrived damaged and waiting fir replacement 4 weeks later. Received notification that TV stand was in process of delivery 2 weeks ago, but nothing yet. Still waiting for reply to my email querying how long item will be in transit. Never had problems like this with other companies, Covid or not. 😱
