We ordered a Ladock television stand. As we unpacked it we noticed the side was pushed in and cracked, so it was replaced. The second one was even worse a piece broken off the front, which laid in the box, & the corner broken. This will be sent back & I want a refund or will take it further.

Cheap, very marked, chipped and battered. Asked for a refund still waiting for collection of the furniture over a week later! Very poor!

My TV stand has not been delivered. The tracking company says it has. However it has not. This is a very expensive purchase and getting in touch with the firm is very hard. I would like a refund or my TV stand delivered please.

The wardrobe we ordered could not fit together properly and as a result there is a 1cm gap at the back through which you can see daylight. The top section is too small to fit into the sides and front. The bag of screws was open and we were missing vital parts. Very poor and would not order from them again...made in Vietnam with poor quality check.

Have to say very disappointing to order online to say in stock and was given a date for it to be delivered as I’m still waiting after ordering it 3 weeks ago.

Order goods paid for them payment taken...3weeks on still waiting for goods...tried to phone only a recorded message telling you to email ..done that 11 times still no reply.. Not happy...

This is quite funny. You’ve asked for a review but the furniture has still not arrived. I have chased up and been told you have delays. Sounds like the delays are longer than you realise :-)

Shocking company, appalling customer service, not even worth one star but couldn't submit review without giving it one! Still awaiting refund & collection of a unit that was delivered nearly 2 wks ago, which on arrival was sub-standard & weighed 15kg less than the 26kg advertised on their website. Courier has failed to collect on 2 occasions despite sending email confirmation on each of the days. Roseland still have our money & refuse to answer when we will get it back. Only way to contact them at present is via email which they are extremely slow to respond to & only ever answer the questions they choose to.

You have asked me to review my order. But you still have not sent it. It been nearly 3 weeks since I was told I would be contacted by your delivery service and I have not heard anything. This dispite the fact I have chased your selves a week ago. Very disappointed with you as have had furniture from you before and it was great just you service is letting you and your customers down

This is quite possibly the worst product I have every received and the worst customer service I have ever received for a faulty product. We have been stuck with a bookcase for 3 weeks which arrived basically falling to pieces. For the second time the delivery company has not turned up to collect the bookcase for a refund, for which we have waited at home for and gone home from work to wait for. We have requested and not been given a refund for the bookcase which we feel is very poor service. We will not be buying from this company again.

Received my table and it’s cracked at the back and the side of the top is not attached and there’s another crack there. I’m so upset and disappointed to think something like this would be sent out to me. I’ve sent an email and awaiting a reply. Phone lines closed due to C19. Very distressed and upset.

Furniture in a right mess when received, 4 items out of 5 were badly damaged. The furniture was packed like this as the boxes were in perfect condition so no fault of the couriers. Roseland didn’t respond to my emails until I said I would go to Trading Standards!

I bought a dressing table set but when I sat on the stool 2 legs just sheared off as it’s design was so poor that the bolt did not go through far enough into the leg. I really bumped my head and it shook me up - I e-mailed photo graphs asking for a replacement that had been safety checked and as yet all I have had is an Automatic acknowledgement !!! Very disappointed as I have had other furniture in the same range and always praised up Roseland quality

Would not advise ordering from Roselands furniture. They are quick to send furniture out but if you have a problem their customer service is a shambles. Phone lines still closed, it takes 2 or 3 days to get a response. The response is sketchy and does not cover everything you asked. Still waiting for my refund.

Received a badly damaged item. The return process was long and difficult as all via email (no phone communication due to Covid-19 apparently). Item due to be collected 2 weeks after I received it (even though I notified Roseland Furntiure of the damage on the day that I received it) - still awaiting a refund.

I received my sideboard nearly 2 weeks ago, very badly scratched and marked. I emailed immediately and was responded to after a few days asking for my postcode. It has then taken a few more days to have an email asking for photos. There has been no apology at all from the company and i now have packaging to dispose of and will have to wait in for another delivery when I am eventually given a new date. I am very disappointed.
