Placed my order on the 14th of May and finally received it on the 26th June. No communication at all from courier company. Terrible customer service would never order anything ever again from Roseland Furniture.

I received a badly damaged London oak tall boy and have not had a replacement! I cannot contact anyone as there’s no one to answer the phones. I can only use email and I have to wait 48 hours for a response....I have been waiting three days and still not had a reply! I am being charged an extra £11 to get a replacement when it’s not my fault the item arrived damaged! I am really not happy at all!

The furniture was sub-standard, even at a modest price. Poorly constructed, shoddily painted and littered with flaws, even before it sustained damage in transit. Will never consider or recommend.

Tv stand arrived well packed and just what we wanted but with a dent in the front of the unit! Took some organising but a replacement on way.

I ordered a set of cross section lanterns and they were never delivered. Despite my numerous requests I still have not received them! I also ordered the Urban Chic Alcove Bookcase which once assembled not one of the shelves was straight, and I also ordered the Urban Chic Alcove Bookcase with Drawers which had substantial damage to one of the shelves. I emailed the Roseland Furniture straight away and was promised a replacement of the damages bookcases. However after a month I am still to receive my replacement items. They have taken away the damaged ones a week ago and I have not heard anything about the replacement order. They have had all my money and I have no items to show for it!! The lanterns have never been delivered and I have never even received an offer of a refund! Very poor customer service all along. In fact I just got lies upon lies to stall me and hide their shortcomings. I am extremely disappointed as I have paid them £919.85 and now have none of the ordered items, no idea of when I will receive them or even if I will be able to get all my money back. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

Very poor service. Was promised delivery by 15 the June now 20th and nothing. Consignment number not recognized and cannot speak to anyone

Ordered a table for delivery by 15th June still not received gave me a tracking number spoke to XDP they say have not got item, can only email Roseland which I do every day and still no information where my table is, Appalling service and no customer service at all to rectify will not be using again

Received the London chest of drawers and the drawers were a totally different colour the frame. Was not happy with this but they didn't want to replace it.

You need a new delivery company. MXL are useless and incapable of answering the phone, have wasted my time. I am still waiting for the delivery and them to contact me. I am very upset

Item arrived damaged & when I contacted Roseland I had to wait 48 hours for a response, I emailed them back within 2 minutes and then told I had to wait a further 48 hours for a response, it’s been longer than 48 hours and still no response! I’m currently stuck with a big damaged unit that’s barley holding itself together and no answers from Roseland. Phone lines are not working, can only contact via email which is disgraceful when Iv spent a lot of money on this item.

I still haven’t had one item yet, (allegedly due to courier issues) and despite the current situation the service has been even less than one star. I consistently requested accurate updates and basically got run around answers. I was then pretty much accused of receiving the cabinet and not mentioning it (that was the inference). It was only when I said I would be asking my bank to take back the money, that I got some appropriate clarification last week. I have been treated ok now but too late I’m afraid, I don’t think you have a credible business model there. The answer phone is being used a barrier to keep peeved customers at bay. I left my number by email on several occasions, merely to get proper info. No one called. Etc etc etc

Sent me a piece of furniture which I did not request. No ability to contact the company. Emails are returned every 48 hours. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

My order is now almost 2 weeks late and I have heard nothing from them, my emails on their 'contact us' page are being ignored. It's getting ridiculous, a so terrible customer service! Avoid!
