I am not impressed with your customer service. No one had responded to my emails. My order consisted of two items but only one was delivered by the delivery company as the other was not put on the van. I am still chasing the same

The drawers have gaps each side, the top has a uneven dent in it , and the colour has slightly light colour to the rest , I didn’t realise till my partner disposed of the package and put it in our bedroom , so I’m not really happy

Dent and marks to paintwork. Order returned. Next one sent out with same defect. I don’t think the items are even being quality checked before being sent out. Still awaiting collection of faulty order. Very disappointing

I would never buy from these people again was messed around loads and my item came damaged to and was hard getting a new delivery date then waited in all day never arrived did in the end but never again

The furniture is great. However they took payment before telling me the items were out of stock. I decided to wait for delivery anyway as I had spent ages searching for two matching items of the required size. One item arrived within the 12 weeks they said. The other arrived nearly 5 months after ordering and payment. When I emailed to chase the item I got no apology for the huge delay.

Orders over 2 weeks ago and was expecting 2-3 days delivery. Nothing arrived as yet, apparently courier ‘lost’ my item. Have now requested a refund and am opening a case with PayPal if refund is not issued by close of business Friday

I was told to expect a delivery date with days; it's weeks later and I still don't have one. I contacted the company and was told it would be a few days, even though it had already been some time at this point, and even that was over a week ago now.

We ordered a bookshelf over 3 weeks ago. We were given a delivery date of 26th June. Today is 30th June and we still have not received these goods. On enquiring about it, we received a standard reply saying due to the pandemic we have to wait!. We have already waited 3 weeks. This is not the kind of service I had expected from Roseland!

Did not receive item customer service terrible 5 days and I have still not received refund for item not delivered can reply to some emails quickly but not emails about refund

Nice looking unit but finish was terribly - knife or sharp object along one draw, not painted all over, white spots and more. Currently waiting a replacement.

Three items arrived quickly. However, one item was completely smashed, although packaging showed no sign of damage. All of the furniture was of exceptionally poor quality and has all been returned for refunds. Would not order again.

Ordered and paid for a TV cabinet on 12/6/20. It’s now 30/6 and still no sign of a delivery date.

The unit was broken when I opened the box. I guess it had been dropped during transit as one man brought it to my door nearly on his knees. A return is meant to have been processed and collection arranged. 2 weeks later the unit is waiting to be collected still. I can’t maneuver around my house and I am disabled

After a hassle with delivery my bookcase has eventually arrived ... but is damaged with a crack in the wood and the back of unit coming off!!.... so disappointed as it is exactly what I want in the space... hopefully a discussion about a replacement will not be as bad as getting it in first place...COVID not an excuse now not to answer a phone .... look forward to speaking to someone soon

Furniture arrived ina very badly damaged condition Customer service is an absolute joke, couriers supposed to collect the furniture twice now only not to turn up and no message saying they wouldn’t come

We chose your furniture because it was solid wood and and not flat packed. It was bought for a Fathers day present The delivery firm you used could or did not deliver when they were supposed to and we could not contact them they just did not answer their phone We were very disappointed and frustrated because we wanted the item for a present, you left us with no option but to cancel We are still waiting for a refund from you

I am unable to review the products as I still haven’t received them despite being told a few weeks ago that the order placed in March was ‘ready to ship’. An update would be helpful.

Do not gamble on throwing your money away by ordering anything from this Company! Extremely frustrated to have paid a lot of money for something we cannot use. There is no way to contact Roseland to resolve any issues - nobody answering the telephone and no response to Email address quoted on answerphone message. I have sent several emails and still had no response. So concerned now that I have been scammed and will never see my money again and be left with a large box of flatpack furniture that is of no use and which I will need to pay to dispose of. The item we were supplied with is impossible to put together as parts do not match. Don't know what else to do to contact these people but will be continuing to try and find a way to get recompense via other routes. Marketing states 'no flatpacks' but major part of the wardrobe we purchased is totally flatpack. Side piece of wardrobe is warped so 2 of the 4 bolt holes will not match up and entire wardrobe side will not meet into back section.
