This company is terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Website lies about items being in stock that are not. Then uses the delivery company as the reason for poor communication and non-delivery. Ordered "in stock" items where after 32 days still not offered a delivery date. First delivery date didn't happen without being told. Was told after first day that goods had been despatched when they had clearly not been. After 30 days requested a refund and not heard anything back so filed a complaint with credit card company to get my money back. Beware using this company off the back of all these trust pilot reviews. They must be paying somebody to write bogus ones as they are the worst company I have ever dealt with!

We have had five items of Roseland Furniture and this would have been the sixth. Unfortunately the delivery company that Roseland use in our part of the world is XDP and they are an utter disgrace. A delivery date was sent and they proceeded to try and deliver a BBQ on the day, which we did not order - obviously easy to confuse a chest of draws with a BBQ. The driver said the order was with another driver but of course, you've guessed it, no other delivery was made that day. Then we discover that the item was marked as delivered when checking the XDP website with the item tracking details. To add insult to injury the follow up and resolution by Roseland has been a disaster with continual excuses that they cannot get their supplier, XDP, to respond but to be patient. So to draw a line under this debacle we have contacted PayPal (the method of payment) and made a complaint requesting cancellation of the order and a refund. If we do not get satisfaction we will start legal proceedings. As for future purchases from Roseland Furniture? Not a chance. If you do take a chance on making a purchase good luck but factor in the probability of a rogue delivery company and atrocious customer service.

I bought a bookcase from you charged me , didn’t deliver . No bookcase no money. You are ignoring my request for refund!!! So it’s big fat ‘0’ for your service! Never ever again- will not even look at your furniture and will warn other people!!!! Very disappointed customer

Actually NO STARS from me but wouldn't let me submit!...had an email requesting my feedback on their service before I've even received my goods?!.... currently seeking my money back. Awful service....bad choice.

Awful service not likely to order from you again. Keep getting told my order is on the way. Courier company you use is rubbish. You have had my money and not delivered.

Item arrived damaged and they are very slow at giving a refund and collecting the damaged goods. I will have to claim the money back from my credit card.

The Fawlty Towers of furniture suppliers. poor communications within the company and with customers. Their haulage company are as bad. I'd have gone for no stars but that doesn't appear to be an option available. Eventually they accepted the order was cancelled and refunded the money in full about a week later but the time I spent trying to get this was enormous. Now considering a claim through the County Court.

I have been asked to write a review for a piece of furniture that I have still not been able to use. Delivered on 1st June but on opening there was damage in three places. I have lost count of the number of emails, with differing information, I have received from Roseland. I am still waiting for them to collect the furniture and send me a replacement. Please get your act together, Roseland! It is a shame because I really like the tv unit, but refuse to keep the one they sent - which by the way had an 'Inspection passed' sticker behind the damage!

The delivery service used is an absolute joke, I can't actually review the furniture I ordered because I still haven't received it when it was supposed to arrive 5 days ago, tracking app is useless and they obviously don't care about customers because I've emailed many times with no response. Please change delivery service as it's clear I'm not the only one affected.

Review request came before the furniture arrived so unable to comment on Quality of furniture. But delivery service appalling over 10 days waiting still nothing and no communication.

3 items of lounge furniture were received. The coffee table was covered in mould and areas of wood were split and of a very poor quality. The nest of tables claimed to be solid wood on the top but was quite clearly laminate. There was also an element of bevel on the largest table and the whole set didn't match what was advertised. The drawers of the TV stand can't even hold a Blu Ray! Unable to get hold of anyone by phone and sent 3 x e-mails with photographs on the day of delivery - a week later and still no response. Very poor customer service.

I ordered 2 items and received an email on 26th to say items had been shipped. Delivery was supposed to be on 28th.I tracked the items and noticed it said only 1 assignment from the courier with a weight of 20k so decided to send you an email stating I was confused that only One item would turn up, I need not receive a reply. On the .29th One item arrived and was damaged in transit. I sent another email asking where the other item was and sent pictures on the damaged furniture. You replied on 31st stating that it had obviously been damaged in transit and the other piece of furniture had been lost in transit and you didn’t have anymore in stock, so you would pick up the damaged piece and give me a full refund on my response. I Replied on 31st to request the full refund. Then on 1st I received another email asking if I would like to keep the one item with a £25 discount. I had already requested a full refund the day before and it was no point me keeping it as I could not get the matching piece to go with it. These pieces of furniture were a birthday present and not only did they not turn up on time one was lost and one was damaged and more concerning I have not had a reply saying when you are giving me a full refund and when the item is being collected. I have been extremely disappointed with your service and the length of time that I’ve been waiting for my refund.

Ordered a dressing table white set and it’s missing 2 screws, one bolt is too misshaped to used. The mirror has a score in it. I’ve tried to call and recoded message to email directly only.. I’ve tried to email and still waiting a response. Very disappointed in quality & customer care. Left with furniture I can not assemble or use!

Absolutely horrendous. I am still waiting for my goods a month later and have had no response this week to my emails and messages. Totally disappointed in your service. Would advise all others to avoid buying from you.

Two separate purchases to date with this company and faulty items with both. First purchase and damaged item was quickly replaced with great customer service. On this basis, happy to buy from them, but after receiving another damaged item, which was then replaced by a further damaged item, I would not recommend this company. It appears there is a manufacturing fault with the product which clearly was not quality checked prior to dispatch. Additionally, the customer service has been terrible. Understand we are in difficult circumstances, but they have let themselves down in customer service. 23 days after purchase and I have no refund and no product.
