Awful. Furniture arrived damaged, not only that, minus the damage the workmanship on them is terrible anyway. Paint faded in places, things not slotted in properly, raw wood showing, Such a mess. Now have to wait god knows how long for them to pick up all the boxes now cluttering my hall. Never ever received such bad products! AVOID!

I would love to say what a super chair etc but it still hasn’t turned up. Roseland say the courier has it and the courier says it hasn’t arrived for delivery yet. Would be grateful to know what’s happening and where the chair is.

Tracking showed delivered. It wasn't. Message two days later saying it would be delivered. Message received attempted delivery, no one home. Not true. We were home. Finally it was delivered on the 'third' attempt. The box said two men should carry it. Only one did. LITTLE WONDER IT WAS RECIEVED DAMAGED. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Item arrived damaged told replacement would arrive yesterday, heard nothing till 4:45 email from courier saying they would be here between 9-11pm! They never arrived 😡 still heard nothing despite emailing Roseland and the couriers. Very unhappy customer!

Sorry to say that this sale has been and still is a disaster. Daily emails for over a week telling me product will arrive "today" Now the delivery company cannot find our items. Calls made to Roseland and Tuffnells for updates and a request that they update me. No updates received. Paid out nearly £400 and have still not received goods. Money taken 10 days ago. Very disappointed Sorry I cannot review the products as requested because I do not have them! Customer service non existent

The furniture I ordered was delivered quickly. However, all of the three items were found to ge damaged when unpacked. Having notified Roseland, their response was prompt. I am awaiting the collection of the furniture and then a refund. I believe the quality of the furniture manufacture is below standard and will not have replacement items.

Order was delivered on time but this is as good as the review get....... Sent pictures of the quality of the purchased furniture as it was scratches and defects on the surface. Was told by Roseland customer services this is normal. Not sure how scratches is normal but there you go. So in conclusion, gave Roseland an opportunity to do the right thing but all I can tell you, the products are waiting for collection so full refund can be provided. Good luck to all who orders but not satisfactory interactions which has lead us to not recommend to family and friends.

This is extremely difficult to review as even though we paid an extra £15 for quick delivery we have not received it yet. After numerous emails and phone calls to you we are no further forward. Suggest you change your delivery company. Extremely disappointed! Ordered on Saturday 4 April, supposedly dispatched on Monday 6 April. Still waiting!!!!!!!!

If there was a 0, would have select 0. Packaging came soaking wet and mold growing on it. Once furniture opened, every piece had damage eg deep scratches. Worst was a big chunk out of the corner of chest of draws and just sprayed over. Not impressed at all. The company has offered to replace, but what happened to there quality control check. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yes purchased a wardrobe , paid for it , have not received it yet , but it maybe to do with the deliveries due to the Corona virus , so have not pushed but amused as to why I received the request for a review !

Not solid wood, light weight that did not fit together properly at all, photos show the horrific misaligned joining. Gaps in doors, no solid top which if it had been shown on photographs on website I would not have bought. Due to my circumstances I had to keep it with no time to dismantle and return. If I had seen this in a shop I would not have bought it. The website photos are not what you send out. So shocked at the shoddy workmanship I'm sending photos to friends to warn them. They even joked the cardboard boxes they come in are stronger than the furniture. As a live in carer who works constantly I don't have time to pack up and return the goods and can't afford to buy anything else so lesson learned. Never buy off internet before seeing the goods first. Sorry but the furniture is not as it is portrayed on the website.

Utterly terrible service. Having waited 4 weeks for an 'in stock' £400 oak cabinet delivered, only for it to arrive with a sizeable crack down the front and customer services have zero interest in support. Telephoned and told to email. Emailed and multiple points on the email completely ignored. Offered £30 to keep the product. Will be returning for a refund and purchasing from another company who maintain better quality control and at least show some degree of care for their customers. Would not recommend this company to anyone - avoid.
