My furniture was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. The van had a crash, all ive had is a text asking if they can deliver the following Monday. I said no, then got an email that they booked monday anyway, and apparently left me a voicemail on my phone that doesnt have voicemail set up on. I phoned the driver for 2 days, no answer. I phoned roseland, who say they will sort it but then dont get back to me. I will be requesting a refund.

I have give you one star. If there was an option of zero star’s I would have chosen that. I find it strange that you are asking for a review of a product that I order a few weeks ago, that I was emailed a week ago saying that it has been dispatched to a courier company for delivery and I haven’t receive any further details of delivery date let alone have the good delivered. I’m not really impressed

Ordered 2 pieces of furniture and paid for both. Only 1 arrived and have called and emailed them. Still not resolved since Thursday last week. Unlikely to use them again or recommend

Absolute disaster and dont be fooled everyone. All went smoothly until the parcel arrived. Got it out the box and it was damaged (which is fine ish, these things happen). On closer inspection only the external parts of the wood had been sanded leaving you exposed to splinters... this is just a basic lack of care for customers safety. When I explained this all to Roseland, they offered a free replacement however, they could only give me a day, not a time slot for delivery. So I now have to use a days holiday and sit at home until the currier (hopefully) arrives all because they couldn't get it right first time.. When I pointed this out, they did nothing. No acknowledgement and no apology. Very poor Roseland the more you treat customers like this the more they will go to your quality competitors like Cotswold Co

Customer service, rubbish I had the coffee table which looked rather nice but after putting most of it together found that dowels were broken on part of the under shelf to the leg instead of taking it apart my husband said we'll get Mr. Davies up the road to sort it he's a carpenter also Mr. Davies pointed out the top of the table is not flat there is a ridge on the one side. Thought it wouldn't cost much but it cost us £20 can't grumble as he's self employed. Our own fault should have sent it back but thought I would let Roseland furniture know there poor shoddy work after uploading a photograph with a letter they didn't even reply so no apology & I have purchased items from them before with no problem. So it's a "NO" for customer service

Don't know about the furniture but the delivery service is abysmal Waited in for two no shows so cancelled the order by phone/email The next day without notification or permission they show up and persuaded an unknown neighbour to take in the goods. Now left with the serious problem of returning them ! XDP tracking is fictitious and no notification or delivery information received beyond the first one.

Disappointing. First sideboard arrived damaged and was returned. The same day replacement for the sideboard was not swapped and damaged sideboard only taken away. Informed may be next day it is delivered. Take a second day off work and product is not delivered due to shipping problems? Contacted daily for updates. Very polite on phone but unable to confirm delivery dates. Now awaiting update on if the sideboard has reached the depot...

I have been let down with regards to delivery on 3 occasions now and the staff were unhelpful. I’m hoping this is delivered today but doubtful

Corner cabinet ordered 19/11. I phoned am 10/12 Issa said out of stock will be in friday. I phoned am 17/12 jane said will arrive this pm. Phoned am 18/12 James said in stock ( hurrah) but as it is after 10 am cannot be sent till Monday 23/12 (no Thursday to Sunday delivery) phoned 28/12 to ask when I will get delivery. Yanks said delivery co. closed Xmas and could not tell me. As you are responsible for organising the delivery and charged me £30 for the privilege this delay is unacceptable. It is now 31/12 still no delivery. Marks out of ten - none. I will certainly never use you again and would not recommend you to anyone.

Not very happy with the product. Ordered a chest of drawers and it came chipped in 2 places with a cracked hole in the back. It took me a long time to get through to someone. Eventually they said someone MIGHT be out to collect it on the 23rd December. I stayed in...someone came to collect it but then said they didnt have room to.put it in the van!? Why come to collect it then? They said someone else would come that after on or the next....well it's 5.30 on Christmas eve. Nobody has been but one of has been in all day...not a good service. Not happy.

Absolutely awful service. I am still fuming having had only 4 out of 5 items delivered It was Roseland's fault. Had the order not been sitting idly in the third party courier's warehouse for 10 days the error could have been discovered. Instead we have hit the Christmas closedown and nothing can be done till after Christmas. They won't unwrap or take away the cardboard so checking the items has to wait . What a shower.
