Excellent quality when the cost is considered against other furniture viewed. Really well packaged & delivered as promised.

Customer Service and delivery is apalling. If you pay the extra £25 for a quicker delivery this means a palette delivery so your furniture is left at the edge of your property or on the pavement. An ordinary delivery means no packing is removed and it is up to the discretion of the delivery men whether your furniture is placed in the room of your choice. Once you are given a delivery time you are supposed to be able to track the order but this doesnt work. I could go on but in the end felt it wise to cancel my order when it didnt turn up.!

I was let down 0n delivery.should have arrived on Tuesday .I waited in till 1 pm . No message from Roseland . Still in their wearhouse lack of communication. Very poorrrrrr.

Terrible customer and delivery service, the item wasn't dispatched until I intervened. They delivered on the wrong date and outside the time slot. The delivery people 'dumped' the 37kg wooden chest of draws in my yard!! When I complained and asked for compensation, the customer service was totally unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility. Will never buy anything from you again.

Wont order waited weeks and when I phoned to see where order was they said I should of received it clearly I hadn't, so they said they would respond. Delivery was even worse had to chase them up told delery would be Friday then get email saying del on a Monday following week time slot 14.00 17.00pm waited all afternoon then was told 17.00 to 20.00pm then was told 20.00 to 22.00pm. Such poor service I wouldn't use them again.

Quick to accept order for large hallway storage unit and advise dispatch- however when nothing from transport company advised ‘lost in transit’ and no more in stock!! How does such a large £200 item get lost in transit

I purchased the large grey and oak bookcase.. which I’ve had 2 replacements and both were damaged!! Although the customer service was absolutely fine but the quality and the delivery service was terrible! I’m getting my second bookcase collected for a refund and I will not be buying anything off here again.

Extremely poor service. Damaged goods arrived and courier wouldn't take them away (so now have to wait in another day for collection). Very short notice of delivery (only get email on the day). Waited in 3 different days for delivery. Twice not loaded by courier. Have bought from this company before but will never buy from them again.

Will let you know as awaiting a replacement drawer handle that had fallen off into the box on transport/delivery. The actual furniture is satisfactory however

I can’t comment on the product as I’m waiting for it to be unpacked. I would never order from Roseland Furniture again, due to the company they are using for deliveries. I want to put photos on here but it appears that is not possible. The worst case scenario of buying online - there are lots good companies out there, but not this one.

Ordered 2 but 1 bookscase was wonky and £40 to return kept it!! Also feet jagged so had to order foot pads to stop it scratching floor. Advertised as Cornish family company when actually mad in Vietnam.?

Disappointed as the back of product was cheap boarding and this was not shown in any photos. Was going to use it in the middle of the room but will have to find a space by the wall.

I have no complaint with the furniture, I have purchased quite a lot over the last 4 years, but experience I had this time with the delivery was totally unacceptable! No less than 3 delivery times given when no one turned up! I was so exasperated I rang and cancelled the order and asked for my money to be refunded - next day without any notice it arrived! I won’t be using you again!

Very disappointed that I’ve still not received my item ordered on 4/11, now due on the 20/11 despite lots of emails & phone calls chasing the delivery on my part. Poor customer care & communication and awful delivery company and service.

The tv unit I bought is very nice to look at I would have given 5 stars but the courier company they used XDP were completely useless and made angry they didn't even bother to tell me that they weren't going to deliver on the agreed date and then they tried to deliver the next day but again they didn't tell so I wasn't in then Roseland told them to re deliver it on the following Wednesday but no they tried for the third time the next day and thank god my neighbour was in and took it in for me. Not happy at all.

Unhappy. The mirror is damaged and when we request for exchange, the exchange is offered but delayed in delivery without informing us.
