the worst company I have dealt with in recent years.....the list of complaints is endless and the product that I viewed through the hole in the box was no sturdier than any of its much cheaper rivals...made from hard wood! What a total lie.... then they didn't pick it up as arranged and messed us about for over two days and then emails were utterly devoid of any apology...this company should not be trading...we werer aklso elft on the phone for more then twenty minutes whilst trying to sort out their incompetence...

Had order confirmation and confirming it was with courier. Had text and email from courier to say they had our order and that they would be in contact to arrange delivery. I arrived home from work one day to see furniture left in the rain at the side of our home, soaked. I had no prior email, text or phone call to let me know the delivery was to be made. This was a substantial order so I was understandably outraged. My partner contacted Roseland last week to complain and has heard nothing since. We have still not opened the packaging as it is still drying so have no idea if it is damaged. Either way, appalling service when spending that much money.

The furniture I receive cannot be faulted whereas the delivery service was awful. The items were supposed to be received on the Friday and didn’t. I then contacted them on the Saturday and they promised me without fail they would deliver it on the Sunday. And as expected it still didn’t arrive! It then arrived on Tuesday without any warning. I was planning on purchasing more items but this has really put me off because it’s such an unreliable service

Poor quality for price, gaps at side of drawers, poor workman ship. Wont be buying from this company again.

really disappointed with them my table had black marks on the back ,I simply asked for a discount but they needed a photo which I was unable to do ,so I painted over it myself.

Would put a 0 but no option to! Complete farce! Ordered, paid in full delivery arranged and then they cancelled on the day. Had to keep emailing and chasing up as delivery firm seems totally separate to company. Total waste of time. Have now cancelled order and company didn’t even seem bothered about that either!

Terrible. Sideboad received badly damaged, days taken off work to wait home for replacement to be delivered last Friday, nothing. Monday evening now and still nothing. Furious. Would not recommend.

Not impressed at all! When I placed my order online I was told that both items were in stock and could be delivered by 30th Oct. tel today as goods still not arrived. Promised I would receive an email fm Issa? But nothing received except the message asking if I was pleased with goods! I would like to know where my goods are please.

Had to send back this item on two occasions as they were both faulty when delivered. Cancelled the order which is a shame. Travis said he would ask someone to inspect 2nd item prior to dispatch but this wasn’t done.

Oak lamp table delivered damaged.Attempts to contact Roseland Furniture by phone, and e-mail unsuccessful. Very disappointed with this company and will advise friends to avoid purchasing unless I receive a replacement. Mr William Lee

Quality of finish on their products is poor. Shoddy. Drawers not square; widely varying gaps around drawers; Handle holes not drilled at 90 degrees so handles don't fit without re-drilling; Side panels made of MDF not properly rebated into the frame so that the MDF shows around the edge and on one cabinet the side panel hanging off completely, not having been put into the frame at all as far as I could tell. I boufht 4 bedisde cabinets of two designs. All three that I bothered to unpack were defective to varying degrees. The fourth I didn't even bother unpacking. If the products looked anything like the photos on their website they'd be great value. But they don't, so they aren't. Customer service was at best average - devastatingly average - getting them to take them back immediately was challenging.

I’m waiting on my third replacement for a bedside cabinet. Starting to get very frustrated with the lack of quality and cheaply made products now. If this third one doesn’t arrive soon I want a full refund.

I haven't received my furniture yet and asking to write a review prior to receipt sums up the quality of Roselands communication. My service from them has been poor. All very pleasant on the phone, but fail to act on their promises. If you message them by their website you are advised that they will contact you in 24 hrs. No they don't. I've had to ring and chase everything. Let's hope the furniture is great as their customer service is appalling.

Delivery time good, however if you get something damaged, don't expect a good service. One unit damaged, replacement sent to a different customer, with different name & different colour unit, next the replacement didn't get picked up, next had to argue to get any where, collection not collected, then the next time got it right. Had to take 3 days off work, and this was meant to be my wife's 30th wedding anniversary. I requested a call from a manager or higher, that didn't happen either. The service is very poor, considering spending over £1250. Look else where if I was you.

I decided to order from them given great reviews and the fact they deliver "to the door". Well, they actually don't. I contacted them to complain about my delivery dumped on the ground floor despite delivery address being floor 4 and they brazenly said that the driver would of (SIC!) done a risk assessment to see if it was safe for them to bring the item upstairs on a 1 man courier. Well, that's not what you guys advertise. When delivery details say - TO THE DOOR, I expect TO THE DOOR delivery. No more, no less. As for their customer service skills - mixed bag - before the delivery, they were great and helpful - as soon as I reported the issue - they would not give a monkey's. They will still get back to your emails but with no understanding and groundless excuses. Since I don't like being taken for a fool and since the Consumer Law is on my side, I will be reporting them further.

Whilst the overall quality of the furniture is good, the service is atrocious. We ordered two pieces with next day delivery (admittedly on a Sunday, so expecting a Tuesday delivery). However when we called on the Wednesday to ask where our pieces were, we were informed that the courier had lost one of the items and they were arranging another. Expect it tomorrow. they said. At the end of the next day we called again, having received nothing and having taken time off of work for the delivery, only to be told once again - tomorrow is the day. On Friday we were irate, and needed the furniture that weekend as we were picking up a rescue dog, so needed the items for storage of things that could be 'chewable'. We called again, only to find that the missing item had not been found nor a replacment sent yet, and they refused to deliver the one piece that wasn't lost without the other. In the end we drove to the courier's depot ourselves to collect the one piece they had, putting us out of pocket for fuel and time. The following Wednesday (remember, it was next day delivery, expected the Tuesday before!) a parcel was found on our doorstep at the end of the day, with no warning email or text about it's delivery. It was not hidden from view at all, and placed in such a way that it blocked our entire front door. My wife would not have been able to get into the house if I had not been there, as she was unable to move it herself. Glad to finally have everything we ordered, we happily opened the box to find the WRONG item. It took a further WEEK to get the right item delivered, and as of this moment the wrong piece is still taking up space in my house, with no sensible effort to collect it made. So what should have been 2 pieces delievered next day, became 1 piece collected ourselves 4 days late, 1 incorrect piece delivered poorly and left in my home for the last 3 weeks, and 1 piece delivered correctly 2 weeks late. I do not recommend.

Over priced, cheap materials, poor finish, badly put together furniture. Items were a disappointment made worse by the top lifting clean off one of the units due to poor workmanship. Exchange offered but out of stock! Left waiting! With a large unwanted box in our hall with no end date in sight!

I am sorry that your sideboard was damaged on arrival, we are hoping to have new stock later this week and will replace this one for you as soon as we can. No happy as half my order was badly damaged I can’t understand why they pack it like this. I’m dreading tomorrow unpacking my replacement items as I’m thinking they are going to be the same. Order furniture from house of oak at the same time amazing not a scratch or a dent

The Courier said 2 days running they could not find us so we never received the Sideboard. We stayed in for days waiting and nothing. We live in a popular area so no idea why they could not find us. Waiting for a refund. I would sack the Couriers as they are losing you business.
