Although the furniture is absolutely fine, the delivery was awful. We paid extra for the express delivery and the furniture did not arrive as expected after I took time off work and lost wages. When it did arrive the following day we were under the impression that we had paid for the furniture to be unpacked and placed in a room of our choice. Apparently this wasn’t the case as the single delivery driver laughed at my wife (who had just come out of hospital) and told her he was not unpacking it and not even coming into our property and proceeded to leave it at the front door and then just drove off. Shocking service really and before you blame the delivery company then my contract is with you and not the delivery company and this is why I am leaving this feedback. Roseland furniture offered to refund the delivery charge but this has not yet happened, so buyers beware !!

Nice looking furniture just wish it had arrived as paid for and promised never use Yodel if you want to keep customers!!!

Delivery was terrible, 2 times delayed for a broken down van... then after arranging to be in after 5pm to receive it, it was delivered at 1.00pm with a neighbor 4 doors away and no way of carrying it. Also the packaging had damaged in permanent marker written on all four sites of the box, but was still dumped off. Not a happy customer!

I have not received my bookcase yet. I had a text on the 8th August to say it would be delivered between 12.20 and 2.20 but it didn't arrive. I have tried looking at the tracking info but it doesn't help. Could you please look into this for me. Thanks

Furniture ordered from Roseland end of March. Final item delivered in August to incorrect address in next village. Need I say anymore.

Hi Pat, I'm sorry that you feel like that, the dressing table set was a new item and production did take longer than anticipated which unfortunately meant delivery was later than expected and I do apologise for this. We were not aware there were any problems with the delivery though, if you'd like to get in touch and give us some more information we can look into this with the courier. 5 out if 5 for item being dispatched, but as I have not received the item yet or had any indication of when I will receive it the courier choice needs to be reviewed, as it lets the service and shopping experience with Roseland Furniture down for me.

Ordered another bookcase took day off work for delivery item never arrived after several emails was told yodel picked up item at 6am and had lost it by 12 more emails and calls now got to wait till Monday won’t be using again

Hi Ginnie I am sorry that the courier has misplaced your bookcase, this is very unusual and I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. I have just checked the tracking and can see it has now been delivered. I hope you're happy with it but do get in touch if there are any further issues.

Tv table arrived damaged, some of the interior packing was wet causing bubbling on the surface of stand also wood was split at the back. Customer service man very courteous but I had to repackage as best I could and am now awaiting collection, not sure where fault lies, possibly packaging?

Haven't as yet received our paid for order. Your delivery team MXL DELIVERS LTD. cannot be reached either by email, landline or mobile to arrange a delivery date and time. Can you sort this out? Order is: ZELAH OAK EXTRA LARGE SIDEBOARD £459.00.

Despite paying for express delivery Roseland failed to deliver within the agreed time slot and date. Your couriers failed to notify me that they were unable to deliver (as it transpired because they did not have room in their van for my bookcases). Your office was unable to guarantee that my items would be delivered the next day or the day afterwards. Refunding the express delivery charge did not begin to meet the cost to me of waiting in for a whole day. I was also unable to organise my books and this led to further delays in organising other rooms in my house (we have just moved in). It seems that the method of communications between your customers and you and your agent/courier and you is not fit for purpose. I have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. Your office say this can only be processed once they have heard from your couriers that the items have been returned. This is nothing to do with me and our contract. I never received the items so responsibility for their whereabouts is nothing to do with me either. Please refund me the full amount asap.

Hi ordered a WHITE tv unit, but the product is clearly not white more of a ivy cream and next to my other white furniture looks terrible. I asked for collection for my return scheduled today.. I have been waiting in all day just for no one to turn up. Excellent customer service congratulations

The rating is more about the delivery company than the furniture itself. My chest of drawers were due to arrive on Wednesday 31st August but on the morning of Tuesday 30th I received an email telling me that it would be delivered on Tuesday 30th between 11.30 and 1.30 while I was at work. I arrived home to find the delivery company had left my £220 chest of drawers in my back garden on a day that had rained consistently all day. The packaging was absolutely soaked through and I had to get the drawers inside which meant all the water that had settled on the packaging flooded my lounge. I rang Roseland to give feedback and spoke to someone called Joe who asked me to take some photos and email them over to an email address that he gave me. I took the photos loaded on to the email and sent it but it bounced back telling me the email address didn’t exist. I called the previous telephone number that I spoke to Joe on only to receive a voicemail saying the number was not in use, they had blocked me. I wouldn’t order anything from Roseland ever again and I would tell anyone who was thinking of buying some furniture from Roseland to stay away.

Have been a customer over past 12 months 1 good delivery 2 absolutely dire deliveries. I won’t be shopping here again. Such lovely furniture but way too stressful with delivery & goods broken, stressful returns process leaving me out of pocket. Such a shame. Interesting customer approach considering it’s repeat customers that keep family business alive!
