The colours that are shown on the website do NOT reflect the colour of the furniture. I bought the Mullion Grey and when it arrived it was a totally different colour to the one shown online. When I called, I was told it’s because of the background colour used has ‘drained the colour’ and ‘it does look more cream than grey’. As they only have one showroom, the online photos are crucial. The item came with a staple through the back which came through to the front. Very cheap feeling, but you get what you pay for.

My item has now been delayed 3 times and on no occasion has Roseland contacted me to advise of the delay. On the first two occasions I contacted Roseland myself to ask where my item was and only then was told there had been errors with the delivery. In the last correspondence i received from Roseland - after two delays - i was told the item would be with me on Saturday (though they could give no ballpark time of delivery). Today (Saturday) a third party emails me to say the item will be delivered on Monday. 3 delays and no effort on Roseland's part to pro-actively communicate.

Hi Rory I can only apologise for issues with your delivery our service on this occasion has fallen below what you should have expected and I am sorry. I paid £25 for Saturday delivery. I received no contact from Roseland or the delivery company so I contacted them. The TV stand never turned up. It was ‘lost’!! I could have a refund or wait 12 weeks for another one! Hugely disappointed. If I had not been so proactive, I doubt I would still have heard anything. I did get a prompt refund.

Very poor customer service once you placed your order no communication or whatsoever about delivery you have to chased them for your order and they will lie that they send you an email which they never did and one of the customer service said if I liked he can refund my money after waiting 2 weeks very bad experience for me

Hi Arike, I am sorry you feel like this. I can see that the courier spoke to you on the 10th June to book in delivery for this Friday and they sent an email to confirm this. 2 weeks after placing my order, I am still waiting for my cabinet to be delivered. I have phoned asking for further information as I am going on holiday shortly. I was assured that I would receive an update on progress - but no word from the manufacturers. Very poor service indeed avoid at all costs.

I purchased a tv unit in white & oak finish, to be delivered a couple of days later,, 3weeks later after No delivery notice or track this item, I wrote to them & they still did not give any info of delivery , so I phoned & the Lady on the phone said they would deliver ASAP, which next delivery would be 31 may, nearly a month late, still no delivery times though, put the day on calendar, & waited, on the 31st they texted me a time 8 to 11.30 am , it arrived after but it arrived, I will Not recommend Riverland , bad service & the telephonists don’t care either. When I heard that the warehouse was just outside Shrewsbury & it took so long to get here that is bad.

Very poor paid for item six weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. The phone numbers l was given, both mobile and land-line never get answered. I have left messages, but as of today 29.05.2019 no one has bothered to reply. If you won't deliver please refund my money.

I was very disappointed. Both bedside cabinets were faulty/ damaged. They should never have made it through quality control.

I ordered several items from the Farrow range which were all damaged or had been badly finished by the manufacturers. I was offered replacement furniture 3 times but all the items were still not of good quality.

The problem was not Roseland but the couriers DPD. When I ordered the furniture on Monday, it stated that I would receive it on Thursday, I took the day off work to await it's delivery, I thought it strange when it did not show on their website that the furniture was on the van. Needless to say it DID NOT up. Roseland were very helpful and got in touch with the couriers to find out what is happening I had to get time off work again, to wait for the delivery, it did come in a DPD van that seems strange and when the driver opened the back of the van, the tall boy had gone over but thank goodness it was well packed and did not come to any harm.

Don’t risk buying from Roseland furniture, they gave me the wrong delivery date, I had taken time off work, really inconvenient, when the items arrived they were badly defective, I emailed with pictures, no response, I called to be told they would be picked up on Monday, no collection, several calls later was told they would be collected Wednesday, still no collection, further emails sent, no response, very very disappointed

The 'service' provided by Roseland Furniture has been nothing short of appalling. I wouldn't recommend Roseland Furniture to my worst enemy. Numerous promises of delivery dates were missed which had required taking time off work. After the third promise of a delivery date not being fulfilled, and demanding a refund, Roseland Furniture were still suggesting that the items would be delivered! Ultimately, however, I got the requested refund and have spent my money elsewhere. DO NOT USE.

Unfortunately cannot give review as first cabinet was really badly damaged and replacement has not been delivered. Have been given time slots for delivery on Wed and Thurs but no show. Very annoyed customer. Would suggest you change your courier service as reviews about them are shocking.

I would write a review but haven’t received my furniture yet through a totally ridiculous delivery company who takes 3 weeks to deliver from Gloucester to Scotland apparently they only deliver to Scotland on a weds which is no use terrible service don’t think I will using rosewood again total joke

The products I have bought have always been delivered well wrapped and protected. The finish on the products has been very good and they make eye-catching additions to the furniture in the house.

Sadly the blanket box i ordered was damaged on the lid. Noticed it immediately and didn’t continue unwrapping the rest of the item. It is still here and I’m awaiting a replacement tomorrow

Very disappointed with the the TV cabinet, the back panel is made of very flimsy wood, rough around the edges at the front plus a mark on the top, something has been spilt, differently not in the wood. Also I thought I was supporting a British industry but the item was made in Vietnam.
