I would be only too pleased to write a review on my furniture if I ever receive it I know Yodel have a bad name but this even surpasses them u have my money therefore it is up to u to sort this out

We received the item we ordered on time but unfortunately it was damaged. (Split hinge). We complain to Roseland and they said they would pickup the item and replace it. The second item we received was also damaged in the same place ( split hinge). I can understand the first item being damaged as unfortunate but receiving the second item also damaged as inadequate. I assume the items were shipped from Vietnam and not checked your end when despatched. I have since received a total refund, but would be reluctant to purchase any product from you ever again.

I order a blanket box which is very nice and I’m pleased with in too. I’m not pleased with my delivery which I feel has taken away my trust in your service. I contacted your company to see where my delivery was to be told three days later it was in my shed. No note to say where it was. Your person took a photo of the box and my shed too. How do I know he or she didn’t spend time in it. The delivery person opened a closed gate went into my back garden without permission and opened my shed without asking. The funny thing is why didn’t he come to the shop next door or the hair dressers or garage . Your delivery person entered my back garden without permission and I was there to. I’m very upset . I have not yet checked my contents of my shed to see if anything has been taken

We sent email to advise we were unhappy with quality and they were no interested, were only offered a return which we will be accepting.

Item delivered 3 times each time with damage First delivery I had paid extra for Saturday delivery and it never showed up ( courier did not even call to notify me ) Will not be using this company again. Customer service team were very apologetic and this is in my opinion the only good thing about the company.

Hello, and sorry to hear of the trouble that you experienced with your delivery. We do have to put our trust in the couriers delivering when we ask them to, and whilst the large majority of the time they do this without any issues occurring, on the odd occasion they can get things wrong, unfortunately and frustratingly. If you do wish to order from us again in the future, please contact the Customer Service Team directly and we can look at any potential alternative courier services, for you. Best regards

Failed to deliver lost orders promise delivery date failed completely dissatisfied with the company. Would never use them again this is the first negative review I have ever done.

Very disappointed, tried ringing over 50times and so everyone knows there number does not work only answer machine saying dealing with other customers which is rubbish I have handles missing on my sideboard

Took 5 weeks for my order to arrive !!! Had to chase up what and when it was arriving as no emails at first. Bit of wadrobe chipped of in our hand when assemling with no force !!. Will not be ordering again. Ps I have never written a bad review in my life .

I can see from your records that it was a wardrobe with a 3-4 weeks delivery lead time and that it was out of stock at the point of ordering, please accept our apologies for the email informing you of this not reaching you. The chest of drawers I ordered & paid extra to arrive on a Saturday, actually arrived on a Wednesday, no explanation given. When unpacked we discovered the drawers were very badly made, one divider between two drawers was at an angle, there were several visible dowels and big gaps between drawers and main chest. Oh and there was a dent on the top front edge, most likely made by the delivery man who dumped the chest upside down despite the big labels saying 'this way up'. Needless to say we returned the chest and got our money back.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - ORDERED 10/02 - THEN REPEATEDLY REQUESTED DELIVERY DATE AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR DETAILS FROM COURIER - FINALLY TOLD BY ROSELAND 19/02 ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK - IMMEDAITELY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND RECEIVED PAYPAL CREDIT SAME DAY WHICH WAS THE ONLY EFFICIENT PART OF THE PROCESS

Great service. .. Packed fantasticly Can't fault the purchase however both sideboards left on doorstep. .. VERY DISSAPOINTED. .also not in the time they said they would deliver... Sideboards fantastic..5 out of 5.. Delivery 0 out of 5.

After placing order in November and no delivery update in December, no response to emails or phone calls resorted to PayPal for resolution. Finally in middle of January, PayPal returned money as no response from Roseland Furniture. In February informed that furniture on its way even though I had been refunded. Bad service, avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered two side units which never actually arrived but Roseland was quick to refund so can't knock them for that the 1 star is more aimed at the delivery company used which lost my order rather than the service from Roseland

The kitchen island is great! BUT ... ... the delivery process was abysmal. We knew that the delivery company would not bring the unit into the house, but it turned out to be ten times worse. Point 1. The van arrived promptly, but its tail lift did not work. The driver and I had to man-handle the crate down the the 4 foot drop. Point 2. The driver kindly helped pull the crate into our hall, but no further. My wife and I managed to haul it into our kitchen (including up a step). I am 72 and she is 67. Why don't you use a better courier? We would have been quite happy to have paid extra for a top notch firm.

Ordered three items, all three boxes arrived damp. On opening first box it was damaged on two pieces - massive split in wood on one of the legs and underneath the dressing table. After phoning Roseland support which seems to ring through twice then hang up on you? They could only send out replacement a week later, after booking leave from work again to stay in (as they only ever deliver on weekdays) no one turned up to pickup damaged item or deliver new. Speaking with them again today to try and resolve they are unable to provide solution other than to stay home on a weekday and pray someone arrives or leave damaged item outside and have refund. If I had the chance to undo ordering from Roseland i would, think twice before ordering anything online - if you live local then i guess it wouldn't be an issue.
