I ordered an online purchase Of one 2 draw side board The item turned up on time in the two hour window given by the delivery firm On arrival I was surprised by only one man trying to carry this item ? I helped him with it into the house It was well wrapped but I could feel the wrapping was wet and damp On opening the inner wrapping which was damp I could instantly notice large black areas to to top of the sideboard Also marks on the front style of the doors This was obviously not exceptable so I took some photos of theses areas and posted them to yourself together with a refund request The item was collected a few days later And I’m still waiting for my refund ? A day before your item came I had a delivery from NEXT what a difference two men carried the item in the house put protective covers over there shoes unwrapped the item Checked everything was ok even screwed the legs on for me So professional perhaps you could take a leaf out of there book I would not hesitate to use them again I could not say the same about yourselves Kind regards Jackie

The hall console was not as advertised. It was grey rather than brown. It did not appear to be wood- oak as advertised. The driver who delivered it damaged my drive. I tried many times to phone Roseland to discuss this but no reply. I did have response to emails but this was slow. Roseland agreed to collect and refund the full amount for the console but I have had no answer about my drive. I had to take a day off work and wait for the pick up - there was no time slot offered. Overall a poor service and poor product. Very disappointing for a company that describes itself as a Cornish family business.

Difficult to give a star rating as we haven't yet received our order! Hopefully it is on its way! Then we would happily write a review!!

Two pieces of furniture arrived damaged, terrible customer service. Appalled with the response from staff. Will definitely not be ordering from you again.

Very very disappointed Have ordered over 10 items with you, and every single one has been damaged Exchanging items is difficult as you only organise by email; and you have a 48 hour response time for all emails.

How can I review something that HAS NOT ARRIVED!!!! Despite calling the office twice I am given no reassurance when my item will turn up. I paid extra for 2 man delivery and this seems to have made the situation worse. Asking me to do a review just adds salt to the wound. Stop messing people around and get your deliveries sorted. Then perhaps I might have something that I can actually write a review about. Diabolical!!!!!

I am very disappointed with our purchase from Roseland furniture. Firstly, the delivery men trod mud all over our beige carpet in the lounge, which i have struggled to remove. Secondly, when we removed the outer packaging we noticed that on both units there's a big ink stamp, which says 'Flexiload Asia' For the price of the furniture, i just cannot believe that there is an ink stamp on the items. I feel really disappointed and wouldn't be able to recommend Roseland to anyone.

Cannot give a review because we are still awaiting delivery despite twice being promised a delivery that has not turned up, we are now going to cancel the order.

I am unable to review the furniture as as of posting i have still not recieved anything from you. I e mailed you and recieved an e mail saying you would resend. I picked wednesday as the delivery day as i was offered a choice but as yet have not had anything back, so at the moment can only offer one star, you took the payment immediately but are not so quick at supplying the goods.

Star rating 0 I will never use is company again, it took 6 weeks for my units to arrive than sent cream instead off white,I needed to send photos because the lady on the phone ask do I no the difference between white and cream still waiting for the white units to b sent 3 weeks later and still haven’t got them now 9 weeks.. Never ever again will I use this company I don’t think anyone no’s wot their doing. Trudy owen

My delivery was yesterday-both items faulty. I have spent ages trying to get through. The phone was finally answered by someone who thought I was someone else and cut me off. I now can’t get through again. Shocking customer service

Paid extra for sat delivery which didn’t arrive and no communication. Rose land refunded the extra delivery charge but were not helpful in helping me getting a further delivery slot to suit. They said out of their control as they have nothing to do with the delivery, very disappointing service and wouldn’t buy from them again.

The chest of drawers arrived completely battared, filthy dirty and all the protective foam hanging off. Needless to say it was severely damaged when I opened it. They did pick it up within a couple of days but I a still waiting for a refund. It has cost me two days off work.

Very poor quality. Not solid oak and gaps in all joints. Additionally hands were corrided and green.

Ordered a console table which was just over £200. The pictures looked good and reviews were good. They are a UK company and we thought they were supplying UK made products. The product was made offshore and the build quality was a DISGRACE. Very poorly manufactured, poor and weak joints, big gaps between joints and total RUBBISH. We have since bought one from Oak Furniture Land for the same price which is excellent.
