we were very disappointed with the bench because one of the basket didnt fit, you send another basket which still didn't fit. So you then sent a complete new Brench. Which arrived today and is ok. Such a waste of our time packing it up again and your time sending out three different deliveres . I cannot fault your telephone assistance they were very helpful, in trying to resolve the problem.

Would never use these again. Shocking service from start to finish. Paid extra for Saturday delivery waiting in until 6.30pm, tried for 4 hours to reach them on the phone without success. No delivery and poor excuses. Would recommend to absolutely no one. Do you self a favour and go elsewhere. After seeing other review and speaking to other customers the non delivery on Saturday (despite paying for it) is a really regular thing. Roseland just moaned about the courier and how it wasnt their fault - er you employ them, not me and it is YOUR problem.

Dreadful customer service!!! Furniture was to arrive on Monday and after numerous conversations I eventually received all 3 pieces, 3 days later!!! I had to take days off work stuck in the house and on 2 of these days, the furniture did not arrive. I was lied too by the courier service and have never experienced anything like it. I can honestly say that I would never recommend this company because of the service I received which is a shame as the quality of furniture was good.

The furniture was ordered on line on 7 October '18 with £10 extra paid for express delivery to be made on 9 October. This did not happen. Roseland was phoned and it was agreed the furniture would be delivered on Monday 15 October '18 when someone would be at home to receive the goods. (the £10 was refunded). Again, it did not happen. Roseland was again phoned and we were told it would be delivered on Tuesday 16 October '18 although we said nobody would be at home after 3pm. We were told it was now marked as Express Service so it would hopefully be delivered early in the day. (Hopefully is a term used a lot by Roseland staff). Thus far, at 10am on the 16th, it has not been delivered. One can only live in hope. From my conversation with the Roseland staff member on the telephone it would appear that Roseland have no control whatsoever over their delivery partners. Roseland's delivery service is pathetic. I cannot review the TV stand as I am still waiting to receive it.

I ordered and paid for this chest of draws on the 30th of September 2018. I received a text from the delivery company stating that the chest would be delivered on the 6th of October. There was nothing on that text saying I had to reply to confirm the booking, despite waiting in all day for the delivery, the chest did not arrive. After several phone calls to Roseland and despite assurances from the delivery people. nothing has been delivered. Thursday 11th of October, order cancelled and received a full refund.

I've made the error of purchasing items from Oak furniture land. Their products although a little more expensive are far better quality. Yours are put in the shade completely. I am not at all impressed with the build quality or you product at all. The delivery company also very unhelpful.

would think twice before ordering again. First order placed went missing completely and never arrived. had to call to chase. reordered and they sent one grey and one cream bed side cabinet?? I ordered 2 grey. waiting for this to be swapped out. been told tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Also the delivery men are not allowed in your house to take to where you want it. they literally leave it at the door! delivery guy tild me he was not insured to come over the threshold so wouldn't buy anything big and heavy ...

Product never got through the door, courier swanned up on a timed delivery 6hrs late , needless to say no one was in, then battled to get refunded,a poor experience all round!

Very disappointed. This furniture is obviously not checked properly as the first one was delivered very damaged. The second one arrived equally badly damaged. We are now waiting for a third one. Although customer service try to be helpful I am very disappointed that it is not checked properly

Delivery came in late and there were no bolts or screws to assemble the dining table. Called office 2 days ago to report and i was told that it will be with me the next day or day after but nothing has arrived yet. Called office again and i was told that someone will call me back. Never wanted to give 1 star, however after the experience i had there was nothing else to give. Wont be making another purchase from this company again.

Chest of drawers was broken and bedside table had all marks on it plus had been over sanded and the top was wonky. Really poor quality furniture.

Ordered 2 small items from Roseland furniture one arrive no problem, but the other item was a nightmare to get delivered promised on one day, wife waited in all day No Delivery ! Stressed out emailing and ringing Roseland people did not seem to care much, only when i was going to cancel payment via visa did i get a definite delivery date. Not really into leaving bad feedback but honestly could not leave anything else. The furniture is not the best nor the worst, its made in Vietnam. Days off work and cancelled appointments due to the delivery service and could not care less attitude of staff ! Never Again will i use the company, I would rather go an pick it up from shops.......ABYSMAL.......... SERVICE

1 unit perfect the other one is awful, horrible grain, looks scratched and bashed and they won't check for one without. So be warned they do not check their items for damage etc.

Delivery service was rubbish my delivery was sent to the wrong depot no communication from the courier after I got in touch with Roseland to find out where it was I was then assured it would be delivered on a Monday so I arranged time off work the courier delivered it on the Saturday before when I was out and left it outside my house😡

I ordered a tv table and a coffee table. What arrived was two TV tables. Unfortunately I assumed that the contents of the cardboard packaging was as ordered and I failed to check the labelling. I extracted the first package's contents and disposed of the cardboard and wrappings. Opened the second package and disposed of the cardboard and wrappings. Then noticed that I had two identical units (TV stands).The situation was quickly rectified, the proper coffee table arrived and the delivery guy accepted the TV stand back with minimum protective wrapping. Could have done without the hassle at 79 years of age.

Sharon in their CS team was obnoxious and inept by expecting a customer to know that when ordered a small narrative saying ‘pre order’ meant it was out of stock for 3 weeks and now email or call after order to advise. She is mc Donald’s drive through standard. Also unit is in BM Stores (like Poundland) for £99! So also greedy as well as inept. Avoid as basically rubbish... probably go bust in a year or so.
