Spectacular delivery 5*, however both sides of the item were badly damaged and item returned. An arduous task repacking furniture. Have received notification of a prompt repayment, but no word of explanation or apology from Roseland, which is really disappointing.......where has customer service gone? This will be my first and last attempt at ordering furniture online. J Cotter

Arrived with a mark from a biro pen on the top of drawers. Disappointed and couldn’t face returning hassle to do anything about it. Would have been a much different review without this.

I would really love to leave a review but I guess I should wait until the goods have actually been delivered. Still, its only been a eight week since i fully paid for the product at over £600 so I guess I should be a little more patient. If and when I do actually receive the larder then I will gladly leave a review, congratulating Roseland on their extremely speedy review processs. Well done!

Paid extra for quick delivery. One item delivered but I am still waiting ten days later for the second item but haven't heard anything from them

Your courier YODAL attempted delivered with giving much notice, didn’t turn up on the rearranged date, and I still don’t have my table, and no number to call the courier on. Would seriously think twice before buying from a company that uses such a poor coury

Further on from the review I gave, yesterday, when I explained that after two deliveries of the coffee table I had ordered, both were damaged, and I was waiting for the third to be delivered, well after waiting all day for it to be delivered , it hasn’t turned up. I have phoned the company and they have said it was arranged for Monday delivery and not Friday as Roseland told me. Something is seriously wrong with communication at this company

Adding my voice to those who have already commented on the terrible delivery service (paid extra to have delivery on a certain day in my case, didn't arrive, then dumped in front garden in full view is street days later along with several other issues) and the 'customer service' received following. All well and good having a nice product but, for me at least, a company stands or falls on its customer service and this is where decisions are made as to recommending to others or using again yourself. This is genuinely the single worst experience I have had with ordering anything online and I order a lot. Never again.

I would love to write a review but unfortunately I am still awaiting news of when it will be delivered. They contacted me two days ago and told me it was to be delivered Monday 16th - the only day no one can be at home. Now they say I have to wait to see when they next have a delivery in my area. I am not a happy bunny!

Communication was minimal. I was informed delievery 3-5 days (so the website states) well mine was over 2 weeks. The delievery firm had my goods on the Monday but I wasn’t informed and didnt get a call until the Friday. 5 days wasted. Contacted Roseland and not even an apology. The wardrobe then arrived damaged. I had a call from a delievery firm explaining my new one would be delievered on the Friday. I took the day off work as this is now 4 weeks later and I’m getting pretty desperate for my wardrobe. I had a call at 1pm stating it was never delivered to the delivery company and wouldn’t be delievered until the following week. Problem after problem. The furniture is okay. Not amazing. I wouldn’t shop here again.

bookcase was just what I wanted , but arrived damaged. Rang Rose land and another one was sent out. Very good in exchange and was very apologetic This was when the problems started, as XDP failed to turn up 2 days on the trot, as they said they could not find my address, how did they deliver the first one! Still waiting.

Not impressed. Fir the second time the product we ordered has got to go back as damaged. This will be the third product and if this is damaged as well then I will have to go else where as in the middle of a house build and needed the product for storage ASAP.

Website states delivery 3-7 working days came on the 8th day. Delivery missed 2 hour slot by 30 mins. I had to chase for a delivery date as after a week i'd not heard when it would be delivered which made me wonder whether they got the order in the first place.

3 failed attempts to deliver via “48 hour courier” and a week later still waiting despite 2 promise delivery dates Customer services who are more interested in a poor review of their courier than the overall service for which they are responsible. Has to be our WORST experience ever with online purchasing. Hoping against hope of a quick refund - will definitely not be visiting their ‘online stores’ ever again - Caveat Emptor!!
