Really disappointed that you reduced the item price by a third the day after delivery, not even a day, or half a day, feels like sharp practice to me, definitely not the way to build a continuing customer base. Disappointed Dennis 😤

Item arrived damaged. Very hard to get a response from Roseland, eventually offered a £20.00 partial refund, would have like to return the table for a non damaged one, but would have cost me around £70.00 to return it. Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the item received.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have been absolutely appalling with customer service. They use delivery companies that leave hundreds of pounds worth of furniture with a weight of 54kg over 80m up the road at a random house. When I eventually received the item it was damaged and then tell me I am unable to get a refund unless I organise my own courier service to get the item delivered back to them. Constantly having different people on the phone telling you completely different things and overall being utterly unhelpful I am left with a complete damaged item and currently unable to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I have ordered 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers. Everything arrived after few days of scheduled delivery date, basically I have wasted half day at home waiting. Chest of drawers was poor quality, some of the drawers were not even in a rails. I phoned customer services for exchange and they said yes however they will not collect on Saturday (I said I am not wasting another day from work), they also said that the driver will not help repacking the old one (I live alone). I have asked for refund for such an amount but they said the maximum they can pay is below my expectations which at the end I have accepted as I could not be bothered to deal with this case any more. From my experience I would consider buying from this supplier.

I’ll have to give 1 star as ordered a table and waited for a week to be delivered ( still not here), payed express delivery also Rang to see where the table was it had been lost in transit Now expected tom

Ordered my item online. After waiting a few days for my item to arrive I contacted Roseland. I was told the ite. Would be delivered on Friday or Monday. I have taken 2 days ofc work to take recejpt of the item but it has not shown up. I emailed customer services to find oht where my delivery was? I have been advised that my item has been lost in transit! They then advised that a replacement would be despatched that will take another 2 days to be delivered. They would not overnight the item to me which is a pain as I have a day off tomorrow. I now have to take a 3rd day off work to take delivery. Very little in the way of a apology. Not impressed!

Bought the telephone table looks good but quality of wood used v poor. Had holes in it and back of the furniture piece of wood chipped. Complained via email been 3 days no response, telephone contact made but no success, too busy to receive call and gets disconnected. Now I have to call the bank and cancel the payment unfortunately. Not all rosy as described on the website.

On 29 October we were told our furniture was on its way. It is now 9 November and we have heard nothing from delivery company and no furniture has arrived. Appalling service. Would never use again. By the way where is our furniture we have paid for.

For my first order, I was informed the stock would take 3 months to arrive and even then there were no guarantees.

Ordered the Roseland Oak Large Larder Unit. We were given a delivery date which wasn't adhered to which made us have a day of work waiting in for no reason. When the unit arrived, the shelves were missing and it had obviously been knocked or dropped prior to dispatch as one of the doors did not fit, indeed the hinges were actually bent on that door with one of the screw heads sheared off. We reported the faults and offered compensation which wasn't enough as we had to employ our joiner on another day as the parts were not sent out same day. We are still waiting for the compensation or any comment on it. Lastly, the QA sticker on the back of the unit said it had been manufactured in 2012 so I can only presume you were trying to get rid of old stock. V POOR

Ordered a bedside table and chest of draws. Payment was successful and transaction was easy. Both the pieces of furniture came with tracking information by XDP. The bedside table came when it was meant to, but didn’t have any updated tracking information on the chest of draws. Checked on the XDP website to find that the pieces of furniture had been put in split deliveries. So I proceeded to ring up Roseland Furniture and ask where my chest of draws is. They then proceeded to tell me that my chest of draws will be out to me the following day. The next day came around and I checked on line for updated tracking information and still nothing. So I proceeded to ring up again to ask where exactly it is and was greeted very rudely. The lady that answered the phone to me said that items can track as latest as 11am (baring in mind the bedside table tracked at 5am). So I waited patiently checking to see if it was going to update. And yet it still didn’t. So the following day, I proceeded to ring up and ask where my item was and was told that it is in transit and should be with me the next working day (but again I still had no tracking information). The lady proceeded to tell me that she would ring the couriers and ask them to do a warehouse search to double check it is out for delivery and would ring me back within the next half an hour. But I did not receive an email or a phone call regarding this. The next day (I had taken this day off work as wanted answers to where my item was, and if it was coming I would be in to receive it), I rang uk again to ask where the item was, and was greeted very abruptly again! The lady on the end of the phone didn’t apologise, but said that she was off yesterday and wasn’t able to do anything about it! (So the day before I had spoken to someone else that was going to sort it for me). But she proceeded to tell me that my chest of draws had been lost, and will send out another with a different courier. Which I agreed too, and she had mentioned that she will push it for next day delivery (which would have been a Saturday delivery), I was very thankful for at the time! Saturday came around and I had received nothing regarding delivery on my second chest of draws, but again waited patiently. Later on that evening I had received a email to say it would be out for delivery on the 5th Nov. Which I wasn’t best pleased with, but I did wait in for it. As today comes around I had no tracking information what so ever regarding this product. But my chest of draws did sure enough turn up with Tuffnells. I answered the door and the delivery driver asked me if I could help him get the chest of draws off the back of the truck!! What would have happened if someone with chronic back pain was home? What also happened to the second delivery driver? But again I helped him down with it as I was so desperate for my long awaited furniture! As I received my furniture I had noticed that the box was very ripped but I remained hopeful that it was still intact! To my disgust I opened it and noticed that the top was split, so I opened it a bit more only to notice that the back wasn’t stapled in properly and the chest of draws is actually coming apart! So I rang up and complained, asked for a refund and sent pictures over for evidence. I will NOT be shopping with Roseland Furniture again. I have never been greeted by such poor customer service by very rude staff. I am now waiting for my issues to be addressed by email and will be waiting for a refund!!

I am very unhappy with this product. I bought the Farrow Grey Coffee Table to compliment the Daymer Grey Console Table that I had already purchased from Roseland Furniture - which was of superb quality. The Farrow Grey Coffee Table however is not! The paint is chipped on the bottom shelf and the quality of the wood is not of the same quality as the Daymer Grey Console Table. Also I would describe the table as "flat packed' and not "minimal assembly" as described on Roseland Furniture's website! I have had to pay someone to put the table together for me which has incurred an extra cost. I spoke to Roseland Customer Services who said that the Farrow Coffee Table used to be delivered fully assembled but for some reason Roseland Furniture are now sending out an inferior product which has to be assembled! Roseland Customer Services are in the process of sending me some paint which will hopefully match the paint on my coffee table - but I am very unhappy with a product that does not arrive in perfect condition, especially as it is brand new! If I cannot live with the coffee table after the paint has been touched up, I will be donating the table to charity, but to be honest I am so surprised with the quality of the Farrow coffee table compared to the Daymer Console Table - it is like they come from two different companies. I hope that Roseland Furniture take this feedback on board and look at their quality control. The design of the coffee table is very nice and the wood and veneer on top of the table is good but the wood underneath is of inferior quality and the fact that the paint was chipped at all, shows that the product is of poor quality. I am so very disappointed with this product and hope that Roseland Furniture take this on board..

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would be giving this company. We ordered 4 pieces of furniture, 3 out of 4 pieces were damaged. This resulted in having to stay in for a courier once again to collect the damaged items and exchange. Guess what, I opened two out of 3 boxes and items were damaged once again. I never bothered with the 3rd box. Once again, we had to wait in for the day for the courier to come again. Roseland now know the items have been collected but are refusing to refund us until the items get back to their warehouse some time next week. Appalling quality, appalling company. Avoid, their customer service is shocking!

Delivery company in skelmersdale messed up our delivery on Monday (I received a text to say they had called and nobody was in when in fact they hadn’t called and they had forgotten to load the item for delivery that day; next day I received a text to say delivery would be 1.45 to 3.45 and after 2 phone calls it arrived at 5.30). Then when I opened one of the two boxes it was the wrong item delivered ! I had already opened and ripped the box so had to tape back together ready for the next delivery and pick up on Monday. All in all really bad experience.

Only have given 1 star as you can't give any lower. This company has been nothing but trouble the customer service is awful, I have purchased 2 bedside drawers and from the first delivery there has been nothing but misscomunication and lies. I have exchanged 1 set of drawers and receiving yet another badly broken set. I would not recommend to any one.

After having three failed delivery dates and many unsuccessful phone calls, I used my daughter's phone and got through to customer service! Funny that! Was my phone number noted because I was always told to call back as staff were too busy to deal with me. I have requested a refund and awaiting it with bated breath!

Not used to dealing with people who only have one brain cell, what a complete joke the whole operation is, from the start. The blind leading the blind,clueless, incompetent halfwits. I cancelled my order as they didn’t have a clue about anything. I WOULD NEVER SHOP WITH THESE JOKERS.

Placed order on 23/9 costing over £1100, received dispatched email on 25/9, still no sign of it 7 days later, after a week of unhelpful emails and calls, finally after 7 days I received voicemail telling me the delivery company has lost my order! So once again dispatched on 2/10 with the promise it would be here by 5/10, after many calls to Roseland, again, to find out where my order is, I was told the delivery van had broken down on the way up to Scotland, at this point my patience wearing very thin. Finally after many calls and emails to Roseland and their delivery company my order finally appeared on the 10/10. The furniture is ok, the wardrobe doors were not aligned but I received a partial refund for this as I was not prepared to deal with this company any longer, The customer service is appalling, every call ended the same way, saying they would get the delivery company to contact me, which never happened, I asked several times for a manager to contact me regarding all of the problems with such an expensive order, No manager ever contacted me. Once they have your money they literally don't care, blaming everything on the couriers. This is by far the worst and most stressful experience I've had with online shopping and will NEVER order from here again.
