After placing order in November and no delivery update in December, no response to emails or phone calls resorted to PayPal for resolution. Finally in middle of January, PayPal returned money as no response from Roseland Furniture. In February informed that furniture on its way even though I had been refunded. Bad service, avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered two side units which never actually arrived but Roseland was quick to refund so can't knock them for that the 1 star is more aimed at the delivery company used which lost my order rather than the service from Roseland

The kitchen island is great! BUT ... ... the delivery process was abysmal. We knew that the delivery company would not bring the unit into the house, but it turned out to be ten times worse. Point 1. The van arrived promptly, but its tail lift did not work. The driver and I had to man-handle the crate down the the 4 foot drop. Point 2. The driver kindly helped pull the crate into our hall, but no further. My wife and I managed to haul it into our kitchen (including up a step). I am 72 and she is 67. Why don't you use a better courier? We would have been quite happy to have paid extra for a top notch firm.

Ordered three items, all three boxes arrived damp. On opening first box it was damaged on two pieces - massive split in wood on one of the legs and underneath the dressing table. After phoning Roseland support which seems to ring through twice then hang up on you? They could only send out replacement a week later, after booking leave from work again to stay in (as they only ever deliver on weekdays) no one turned up to pickup damaged item or deliver new. Speaking with them again today to try and resolve they are unable to provide solution other than to stay home on a weekday and pray someone arrives or leave damaged item outside and have refund. If I had the chance to undo ordering from Roseland i would, think twice before ordering anything online - if you live local then i guess it wouldn't be an issue.

Terrible experience. furniture large items delivered by one only. Both items were damaged I have images of the damaged goods. Not very helpful when Organising returns. No returns on a Saturday so had to lose time from work

I ordered two items which were supposed to be delivered over a week ago and after waiting in all day the delivery driver contacted me to say he couldn't get through a road as there had been an accident and his satnav wouldn't redirect. I was told to rearrange delivery myself and after leaving several messages delivery was arranged for before 1pm yesterday. Having waited in all morning I got a call from the delivery driver at 12.45 to say he was over an hour away and that he wouldn't get to me until later that afternoon and he hadn't got the message to deliver before 1pm. Having decided to cancel my order I rang Roseland who said they wouldn't wait for the goods to be returned by the carrier as it was not my fault and the refund would be made immediately. I have just had an email to say they will not be refunding my money until they receive the goods back from the carrier. I would never deal with this company again.

I ordered 4 items of furniture what was supposed to be in stock for immediate delivery. One week on I'm still waiting for my tv unit and had a email from Roseland furniture saying it should be out this week! Don't bother trying to contact them via telephone, no one ever answers and the phone gets disconnected!. Seriously worst service I've ever encountered on line!@@

This is the first time and last time I would buy from Roseland Furniture, I made my purchase of 2 wardrobes, bedstead, tall boy chest of drawers, bedside tables and TV stand in November 2018 as yet I am still to receive the wardrobes. Although Roseland have lent me a wardrobe, I have received no compensation or discount or been contacted by a senior manager. Customer service is poor to stay the least. My advice to any potential new customers Saturday clear and buy elsewhere!

Item left out side our home, I contacted the customer service and the lady was so rude and unhelpful. She said this is how their delivery service work, if I don’t want the item I can send it back . She was rude and rushed to cut the phone. One shelving unit is loose & one of the legs of Tv unit looks 2 pieces wood joints together. I will never recommend them to anyone

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the confusion, the standard delivery is for delivery to the doorway as the couriers are not insured to enter your property. We do state this on the delivery information page and we do offer a 2-man, to the room of choice, delivery upgrade service upon checkout. Quick to order and take money. Horrendous delivery service, failed to show up twice, tried calling Roseland direct 5 times and couldn’t get through. Probably won’t use again!!!

Ordered a small oak sideboard. First one did not turn up yet was marked as delivered. Second attempt at delivery four days later was successful but neither the doors or the drawers would open or shut on the sideboard as the wood was warped. Replacement offered for delivery on the Monday (today) and yet again no goods received but marked as delivered by the delivery company Tuffnels. So far am out of pocket by over £220, have no useable sideboard and have wasted two days sat in waiting for deliveries that failed to turn up and no apology for this fact. Appalling service will never use again.

Bought four items and one was very damaged and wood was wet and chipped right the way through cut my hand on it deep and have young children. Tried to contact them for 4 days and no answer.
