Paint work is chipped and cracked in several places. The wardrobe took 3 hours to assemble despite needing "minimal assembly". Also, I expected a sturdy wooden frame, but instead the wood seems fragile and cheap looking.

When I wanted to place an order for this product in April, it was showing “Out of Stock” on your Website. I e-mailed you to asked when it would be back in stock and was told Mid-May and I could pay for it in advance and it will be shipped out as soon as it was in stock. I wasn’t happy to part with money not knowing when I would receive my order. I checked your Website again Mid-May and it was showing “2 x In Stock”, so I ordered and paid for it, in full. When I chased up my order a week later, I was told that it was NOT in stock and it hadn’t been in stock for a number of weeks. I felt very deceived. On top of this, every time I called you, there was never anyone to actually speak to. All my conversations were via e-mail with no immediate response, having to wait the following day or two for a reply from you. When I eventually received my order, it was damaged. I was disgusted and very anxious when I saw it. There is an indent on the painted wood at the bottom/front on the unit. There are other smaller indents on the pained wood on the front of the unit. It’s been hit or knocked with something. I don’t want to add further stress with the whole return policy and having to wait further weeks for a replacement, it's already been far too stressful. An offer of compensation would be appreciated.

Repeatedly told lies about delivery information. "Call you back shortly" was another lie. Must spend all their time interviewing liars as opposed to customer service which was non-existant

I can't review the furniture yet, due the fact that it arrived this morning and it was a one man delivery instead of the two men needed to place the chest of drawers I ordered into the upstairs bedroom. So it is in a box in my hallway until I can organise two people to move it for me. I am not happy.

Hi Marion, I'm sorry about any misunderstanding with delivery, this item is delivered by a single person to your property, we do have a 2 man service to any room but this would incur a surcharge on the item you've ordered.

Courier service is diabolical and Roseland customer service is very poor, I would never use this Company again 😡

Drawers arrived damaged, one item out of stock that was listed as in stock at time of ordering, rarely reply to emails, say that the damaged goods haven't been collected when they have, poor customer service.

I ordered this table as a gift for my mum's 60th birthday, the table was damaged and as the box was in perfect condition, I can only assume the table had been packed damaged. I contacted Roseland on a Sunday and I received a response within a couple of hours to inform me that replacement table would arrive on Tuesday. The table did arrive and the exchange took place and I raced to my parents to get the table set up ready for my mum to get home to surprise her and again, discovered that the legs were scuffed like a screw had been up against it. I contacted Roseland again and explained that the table was already late for my mums actual birthday so I put it up in the hope they could send me replacement legs and I am then told they cannot and would need to send me a replacement table!! They expect me to go and take down the table, repack it and lug it to work to make another exchange and there is no promise that this next table will be damaged! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I would advise you to stay well away, especially if you plan on buying it as a gift. The courier who came to make the exchange informed me that this is something he has to do a lot so I think that gives you an idea!

Terrible service. Had to wait ages for it to be in stock. Got told multiple times that I hadn’t placed an order even though the money had gone out of my account. Delivery never arrived when said.

Very disappointed with my service at Roseland Furniture. Was told the delivery of my initial 3 items would Be the 3rd of May. I called the day before to confirm the delivery and spoke to a customer service agent called Sharon and was absolutely appalled at the way I was spoken to. Sharon explained that none of my items would arrive until the 10th of May, even then when purchasing these items I was never told that my delivery would not be out until The 10th only for the wardrobe so was very shocked to hear that none of the items would arrive until the 10th. Sharon was very rude and extremely patronising. Did not understand the customers point of view at all and was the Least bit empathetic. I have work in retail for nearly 10 years and was disgusted to be spoken over by herself. After a long conversation in which I explained that when ordering the items I was told they would arrive on the 3rd and that I expected this to happen, the items were fast tracked for the Friday the 4th after many back and forths with the logistics team, who’s manager suggested that I refer to the terms and conditions when purchasing the items. Please someone enlighten me as to when I was referred to the T&Cs when placing my order???? Furthermore, during the conversation with Sharon and when placing my order I was told that my triple wardrobe would arrive today on the 10th of May. I have had no correspondence to say when my delivery would arrive and only today was I contacted by the courier service to be told my earlier delivery would be Monday the 14th! 4 days after then initial delivery date of the 10th. Please explain to me why my items are not arriving on the dates advertised when placing the orders? I chose to use a small family business for my purchases to support smaller companies but I would never use Roseland furniture again. I find this service disgracefully and absolutely appalled. THe wRdrobe was meant to be delivered on Saturday morning but after the allocated two hour slot I got a text saying it wasn’t going to be delivered because of a fault with the vehicle. I have not heard anything about when my order will be delivered.

Hello Suzanne, I'm sorry to hear your delivery has been delayed due to a vehicle issue; I believe the BH weekend has delayed the delivery firm contacting you to re-book. Really difficult to rate this purchase Quality of furniture 10/10 Communication 10/10 Speed of your despatch 10/10 Your Courier service XDP = Dreadful I was really pleased with your correspondence and was able to track the delivery on the XDP website.It came as promised on Monday,but only 2 of the 3 items where delivered.The driver told us to ring the depot,we rang up to find an automated service that had us on hold for 28 mins without even speaking to anyone.I then emailed them Monday and they told me it was at the depot and would be despatched shortly.So I went back to the tracking service on the website.Tuesday no delivery,tracking said at depot.Wednesday no delivery,tracking said system fail excemption.Thursday no delivery but at least an apology,but when I asked when I could expect delivery they just responded with "despatch are aware of our errors in this case".Finally Friday 10am third item delivered. If I was not a reasonable person and realise this was out of your hands I would ask for a refund,and this would definitely put me off purchasing anything from you in the future. So if I where you I would look for some sort of explanation before you loose anymore trade. This would be a shame because your part of the service and the quality of the furniture is excellent.

Poor customer service. Promised delivery slot on the afternoon of 8th December didn't happen. Still waiting for furniture that was ordered on the 27/11/17 despite being told it was on its way on the same day it was ordered. Obviously not true.
