Despite paying for express delivery Roseland failed to deliver within the agreed time slot and date. Your couriers failed to notify me that they were unable to deliver (as it transpired because they did not have room in their van for my bookcases). Your office was unable to guarantee that my items would be delivered the next day or the day afterwards. Refunding the express delivery charge did not begin to meet the cost to me of waiting in for a whole day. I was also unable to organise my books and this led to further delays in organising other rooms in my house (we have just moved in). It seems that the method of communications between your customers and you and your agent/courier and you is not fit for purpose. I have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. Your office say this can only be processed once they have heard from your couriers that the items have been returned. This is nothing to do with me and our contract. I never received the items so responsibility for their whereabouts is nothing to do with me either. Please refund me the full amount asap.

You are asking for a review for the items still not delivered. I have been chasing up for the delivery and really frustrating. never again.

Hi ordered a WHITE tv unit, but the product is clearly not white more of a ivy cream and next to my other white furniture looks terrible. I asked for collection for my return scheduled today.. I have been waiting in all day just for no one to turn up. Excellent customer service congratulations

The rating is more about the delivery company than the furniture itself. My chest of drawers were due to arrive on Wednesday 31st August but on the morning of Tuesday 30th I received an email telling me that it would be delivered on Tuesday 30th between 11.30 and 1.30 while I was at work. I arrived home to find the delivery company had left my £220 chest of drawers in my back garden on a day that had rained consistently all day. The packaging was absolutely soaked through and I had to get the drawers inside which meant all the water that had settled on the packaging flooded my lounge. I rang Roseland to give feedback and spoke to someone called Joe who asked me to take some photos and email them over to an email address that he gave me. I took the photos loaded on to the email and sent it but it bounced back telling me the email address didn’t exist. I called the previous telephone number that I spoke to Joe on only to receive a voicemail saying the number was not in use, they had blocked me. I wouldn’t order anything from Roseland ever again and I would tell anyone who was thinking of buying some furniture from Roseland to stay away.

Have been a customer over past 12 months 1 good delivery 2 absolutely dire deliveries. I won’t be shopping here again. Such lovely furniture but way too stressful with delivery & goods broken, stressful returns process leaving me out of pocket. Such a shame. Interesting customer approach considering it’s repeat customers that keep family business alive!

Very dissapointed, I placed my first order with Roseland which was an oak tv cabinet and received the incorrect item. They did come and replace it, however I have opened it and it is not fit for purposes as the holes drilled at the back for the wires are in the wrong place meaning I can't connect my DVD player and sky box. I have just contacted Roseland now and awaiting a response

Paid extra £25 for a Saturday delivery. But was never delivered. Don’t understand why a such a unreliable delivery service was chosen. I don’t mind pay extra. But want a reliable service. Unlikely to ever choose Roseland again. Trying to take time of work for delivery, has caused a lot of issues, something Roseland doesn’t understand.

I ordered an item on express delivery18th July and waited eight days for a delivery and Am Still Waiting. Time is 17.30 pm 26th July. Office closed!!!! I was promised a definite delivery today between 3 and 5pm!!!! Not avery reliable company.Even the review is rubbish!!

Not good at all. First item was damaged badly, the replacement has some sort of stains on the top panel, only to be told that’s the grain of the wood. However this is wrong as we have the 1 st cupboard that was sent and the top panel on that is fine! Also the delivery guy wasn’t allowed to take the damaged 1 when replacing it so were now stuck with it in the hallway till Friday as that’s the only day someone is in in the week. Very very poor. Only good thing was the replies to me emails.

Appalling customer service waited 5 months after payment for furniture to be delivered. Was told would be compensated for this but no further contact made.

Did not deliver when requested even though this was given in writing and item was damaged. I was happy to accept a 50% refund for the item to save the hassle of returning as it was now out of stock however was only offered 25% so it was returned. Currently awaiting full refund.

Well it's been 6 weeks since I ordered the item and it still hasn't arrived and I've now been told the courier has lost the item. Let's hope I'll have it in another 6 weeks.

I placed an order for a nest of coffee tables on May 1st 2019, and was told they were out of stock and would take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery, which was fine. I heard nothing else from Roseland Furniture. 10 weeks later I contacted them to ask about my delivery and was told it would be delivered mid-August... that`s 15 weeks. A message or call from Roseland Furniture letting me know this would have been appreciated, so I think they should look at their level of customer service. I cancelled the order.

We would only provide approximate dates in case of a delay in manufacture, however, I will raise the issue of customer contact with regards to updates for our customers. Lovely quality furniture, but absolutely appalling service. Waited over 12 weeks for delivery only to be told one item has been discontinued.

Regrettably our suppliers did not let us know in advance of this amendment to our order of this range, and we were therefore unable to let you know. I still don’t have my furniture! Communication from Roseland is very poor and the delivery company communication is even worse! What a shambles these companies are. I only hope that my furniture does arrive eventually as it’s supposedly coming next week. Not good that I’ve been waiting 3 months with nothing to show for it. Think twice before using this company.

Received my tall draws last Wednesday 3rd July after making a special trip home for the delivery. When I opened the package that evening I found that all the front was damaged, could of been done in transit. I think the item should of been unpacked with or by the courier to show its condition and its know got to be exchanged after making a email complaint. I have still had to spend my time to email to sort it and have got to spend more time waiting for the item to be exchanged by taking time off work to receive the next delivery that's a cost I feel I should not have to find. I feel that some compensation should be offered for this not just a sorry email

Ordered a sideboard and nest of tables, the sideboard came damaged arranged for it to be collected and a new one delivered. Waited in all day and nobody showed up, rung to find out what was going on and it had been changed but nobody informed me or asked if that day was okay. 2nd sideboard also came faulty (handles were wonky and not level) reported this and they didn't seem to care just offered me discount which wasn't even 20% which would of been acceptable given all the messing around and 2 faulty units. Wouldn't recommend this company!

Pay for what you get One off the cabinets had to holes in the top was damaged couldn’t be bothered to send back pictures are decifing
