Not solid wood, light weight that did not fit together properly at all, photos show the horrific misaligned joining. Gaps in doors, no solid top which if it had been shown on photographs on website I would not have bought. Due to my circumstances I had to keep it with no time to dismantle and return. If I had seen this in a shop I would not have bought it. The website photos are not what you send out. So shocked at the shoddy workmanship I'm sending photos to friends to warn them. They even joked the cardboard boxes they come in are stronger than the furniture. As a live in carer who works constantly I don't have time to pack up and return the goods and can't afford to buy anything else so lesson learned. Never buy off internet before seeing the goods first. Sorry but the furniture is not as it is portrayed on the website.

Utterly terrible service. Having waited 4 weeks for an 'in stock' £400 oak cabinet delivered, only for it to arrive with a sizeable crack down the front and customer services have zero interest in support. Telephoned and told to email. Emailed and multiple points on the email completely ignored. Offered £30 to keep the product. Will be returning for a refund and purchasing from another company who maintain better quality control and at least show some degree of care for their customers. Would not recommend this company to anyone - avoid.

Avoid this product like Coronavirus. The product came with a crack on the base and back, the back was brown and not white as the picture, had a damp smell and looked like it had been painted by a young child. I appreciate rustic looking products, this is taking the mick. The pick up service from Tuffnells was appalling and did not pick up on the day I had arranged. Customer services did not pick up whilst waiting on the phone for 20 minutes.

Disappointed with our chest of drawers as they arrived broken and unable to be used. The courier was two days late and has yet to collect the broken drawers. The company themselves are efficient and good at responding to emails.

Oh dear me. Item arrived badly damaged and had clearly been packed damaged as there were no loose parts in the box. Due to an employee not being properly trained (told this by another employee) all the courier instructions were put in the wrong part of the system. Poor courier turned up several times and did not have our instructions as to where we had put the damaged item so it was not collected. I was told the item was cancelled and they sent a new one yesterday. I am now trying to get my money back as the service has been shambolic to say the least. I have used them before and been really happy. This is an ongoing dismal and disappointing experience. Refund please.

The cabinet was broken I was reimbursed £35 which was the cost of repair. The cabinet door still doesn’t close fully shut and I would have expected a 50%discount at least. I took a day off work sorting the problem out and because I had t realised t was broken imediatley the packaging had gone for recycling which meant I was responsible for packaging which would have been even more expensive.

Having agreed a delivery date when purchased, it was not fulfilled. I received an e-mail saying it had been passed to a carrier, who would be in touch. To date I have not received any further information or the goods ordered? I would prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund!!

POOR,DOES not give a dam about customers problems that your preferred courier have caused. If I do not a positive answer by Mid day Monday 24 th Feb I intend getting PAYPAL involved. 1 To suspend your account until I either get a FULL REFUND or 2 .a confirmed delivery day. No more ignoring the problem in the hope it will go away.

Box arrived in a very bad state. Full of holes and defects. It had clearly not been checked before it had been dispatched.

Process of ordering was ok but the parcel delivery company you use is appalling. I am afraid I would not order from Roseland Furniture with the current delivery company. Their tracking app was useless and it was impossible to contact them. They lied about an attempted delivery saying they left a calling card. They also only told me at 11.30am that they were going to deliver on that day. When I raced home to be a available for the delivery they did not show up. At 8.30 the next morning they lied about an attempted delivery with a card left. I got the parcel eventually more by luck. XDP Ltd - The Parcel and Freight Network is appalling.

Would never consider buying from Roseland again. We had a very bad experience of Roseland unfortunately. We ordered 2 wardrobes and both arrived damaged and the delivery of them damaged our house. We understand that accidents can happen but the customer service provided following this was awful. I was asked to evidence the damage caused to the house via photo and then told nothing could be done about it, repeatedly not called back when I was told I would be and no form of compensation was offered for the significant inconvenience. My husband and I spent days with our house full of broken wardrobes and cardboard boxes and hours and hours of time repacking the wardrobes to be taken away. I would not recommend this company.

Do not order from this company. My bed was damaged when delivered. The box was soaking wet. The water had soaked into the wood which had started to rot. When I told the company about it, they were not interested and I had to chase them constantly to sort it out. I got my refund through PayPal and didn’t hear from the company at all. Terrible.

Had to cancel order due to poor customer service from delivery company. Took 2 days off work for expected delivery and it never arrived on any of the days. Shocking service, unfortunately impacts on the company. Need a new delivery provider
