Ordered a dressing table white set and it’s missing 2 screws, one bolt is too misshaped to used. The mirror has a score in it. I’ve tried to call and recoded message to email directly only.. I’ve tried to email and still waiting a response. Very disappointed in quality & customer care. Left with furniture I can not assemble or use!

Absolutely horrendous. I am still waiting for my goods a month later and have had no response this week to my emails and messages. Totally disappointed in your service. Would advise all others to avoid buying from you.

This has been a dreadful experience The goods arrived damaged and I still have had no reply for return I no longer want this furniture.

Two separate purchases to date with this company and faulty items with both. First purchase and damaged item was quickly replaced with great customer service. On this basis, happy to buy from them, but after receiving another damaged item, which was then replaced by a further damaged item, I would not recommend this company. It appears there is a manufacturing fault with the product which clearly was not quality checked prior to dispatch. Additionally, the customer service has been terrible. Understand we are in difficult circumstances, but they have let themselves down in customer service. 23 days after purchase and I have no refund and no product.

Unfortunately I am unable to review the furniture that I recently ordered and paid for because at the time of writing to you I have only received the nest of tables. I was told by the delivery person that the corner tv stand was being delivered on a different vehicle but could not give any idea on a delivery time. This was on Tuesday morning and as I write to you the TV stand has still not been delivered. I am very disappointed in the service to date and would appreciate that the none delivery be investigated immediately. I await your response. John Cotgreave.

Item was of poor quality with what looks like filler on the back of the drawer. Two cracks in the base plinth. Poor door fitting and also damage from being dropped.

I made an order for a piece of furniture 8 days ago and it has still not been received. Very disappointing. When/if the order arrives I will then review the actual order, until then, very disappointed

Poor quality product delivered. Collection arranged for 6 days later and then wasn’t collected as agreed. Really poor, I will never purchase from you again

Received my cupboard and there was a hole in the side. Very disappointed but accidents happen. I think I would have sent it back anyway if it was not damaged, the side is mad of a thin green ply wood. Cupboard is quite flimsy and definitely not worth the money. Can't quite understand the 5 star reviews?? Will not buy from this company again.

One corner chuffed. Not the best joints underneath bottom. Bottom internal joinery wood not finished off. Also probably my mistake for assuming drawers would be slightly larger. I have experience of having watched professional carpenters handcraft thirty thousand pounds worth of quality furniture for me on site in Asia.

My item is damaged and the quality of the backboard stapling is awful! I have tried calling twice-each time on hold for at least 25mins and still not through to anyone. I have now emailed my upset and disappointment and I’m waiting for a reply. I would like my money refunded as this item is damaged and not worth £198!

The furniture we ordered arrived very damaged with holes in the back and a cracked drawer. I have emailed and rang Roseland about this, with no response as yet and unfortunately for them this request for a review came before they have had a chance to rectify these issues. When this issue is resolved I will edit this review.

I bought a tv table which we are delighted with, have now ordered a coffee table it's a week since the order on the 2day it said it was in transit not heard anything since can't trick it does not work, tried phoning and emailing nobody replies to either of them,

Ordered 2 bedside cabinets. One was terribly damaged the other was imperfect. Roseland’s reponse was to wait until stock arrives possibly at the beginning of June. They blame Covid 19! Sorry but you cannot blame a virus for not checking your stock before you send them out. If the stock had been checked then we wouldn’t be having the issues of returns. I have ordered a sideboard previous to this which was also imperfect. I will be returning for a refund. Shame because I planned to order again from here but never again!
