Took delivery of a sideboard but it was badly damaged in 2 places and had to be returned Disappointing because I really liked iy

Service was very good and prompt,but the quality of what we ordered is so poor,only had our tallboy for 2 weeks and the side wall has come away..shocking quality

Poor service all round. Will only communicate via email due to covid. Apparently phones don't work during covid. Promised to deliver in stock items promptly but despite emails confirming this items not delivered until 3rd out of stock item arrived with them. Mark on the largest chest of draws which they would not do anything about as it was faint. Was told via email to stop asking questions multiple times, I was responding to their emails which were coming from different people as the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. Would not recommend at all. Poor communications, broken promises, they do not value customers.

Drawers faulty, sent a picture and got no reply. All very small and not what I expected.

I ordered two items of furniture from you a nest of tables which came very quickly but were damaged and a tv cabinet which I have STILL not received. I have to say I would think very carefully before ordering from your company again.

How can I give an honest review of my purchase when I'm still waiting for delivery ,,,my wardrobe was ordered on 9th Aug it's now 24th what can I say?????

Extremely cross. I ordered my bedside tables 8th August and was told they would arrive in 5 working days. They never arrived. I then emailed customer support who assured me replacement items had been sent out in 3-4 working days. I have heard nothing until this email asking me to review. Very cross and hoping this will be put right soon.

Dreadful customer service. I had to wait rather along time for delivery and then the incorrect item was delivered. This took quite some chasing get collected and replaced. I had to do all of the chasing despite it not being my error. I had to pay the workman who came to assemble my wardrobe still but Roseland didn't seem to care about this and it was brushed over in their response emails. Instead they wanted to lay the blame at the couriers door which may have been valid but irrelevant to me as it was them who I had done business with. I do now have my wardrobe redelivered after having weeks of having my clothes on the floor and the bed and having lost £25 which I had to pay the workman. I even had to chase the courier service myself in the end!! Be very careful about ordering from this company. I certainly wont be again.

Furniture was damaged when it turned up, and we were quite disappointed with the general quality of the item compared to the images presented online. Still waiting for the item to be collected and returned (+7 days).

Disgusting service. Would leave 0 if I could. Shoddy furniture. Broken before it came out the packaging. Awful customer service. Will NEVER use again

Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery of the bookcase I have purchased from you, and, I must admit am getting a little frustrated with the delay.

I placed my order 15days ago, the money was taken straight away, the item went to the Collection depot 5days later, 10days after that and still no news, I have sent a chaser email but still no idea of a delivery date. I understand things are delay due to COVID but I don't think there is any reason why a date can;t be given, even if it is weeks in advance.

Never again. Despite contacting you twice prior to ordering where you confirmed both times you would deliver not free but it would cost £35. I agreed placed my order then a bout a week later an email stating you wouldn't. No apology no refund. You then ignored my 5 emails asking you to call. I finally gave in and arranged a shipping company. Again no apology and no offer of refund of delivery costs which I had to finally request. I regret having ever contacted this shocking company and urge you not to waste a penny on them

Told on my delivery date that they arent delivering as the item is out of stock and i have to wait an unspecified amount of time to be contacted when it is in stock. Why sell items and book and confirm delivery for items you dont have??

Item arrived damaged. Box was intact, although it had been taped up several times, so I was a bit suspicious when I opened it and very disappointed at the damage
