The furniture was fine, no damage.However was left halfway up the drive Nobody rang the front door bell as I expected so I could move the car.I asked two of my neighbours to move the wrapped furniture indoors. I stayed in all day to receive it.I had

It is hard to review our items as half our order has still not yet arrived. When I contacted your online support team they were vague and could not help. I have had no response from the courier company and cannot get through to them on the phone. The whole reason we chose to order from Roseland was because we believed our items would arrive while we had holidays planned. 4 weeks later we are still waiting but have been fully charged. We will not be returning customers

I am so disappointed, I paid £150 each for 2 small bookcases which arrived very well packed but upside down ,they were not flatpacked so I expected reasonable quality not so ,poorly fitting joints and "made in Vietnam " stamped on the bottom ,moreover the shelves are not big enough for anything less than a small paperback .certainly very overpriced at least.

When the furniture arrived it was damaged, despite the packaging being fine. Also, the fit of some of the shelves was not good with sizeable gaps visible. It’s now been returned, but we’re still waiting for our refund.

The furniture arrived with no delivery tracking details shared in advance and was left outside the front door while we were out for the day. When we opened the packaging we found it was damaged with a big crack down the side. I have requested a full refund and will not be purchasing from Roseland Furniture again in the future.

The furniture was poor condition. It did not look like it did in the photographs. The wood was roughly cut and the paint was coming off the door handles. However I had a refund without any problems and customer services was excellent

We’ve purchased many items from Roseland in the past and have been nothing but pleased with everything. However, we recently purchased a set of drawers that arrived very damaged. I was offered a refund upon their return but I am yet to receive a collection date for the return over a week and a half later. Not a happy customer and unfortunately I won’t be recommending them nor purchasing any of their products again.

Do not buy from this company. A complete shambles. Not the quality I expected and very inefficient customer service dealing with problems. Ten items ordered 5 need replacing because of damage, missing parts and delivery of incorrect item. Very slow to respond and still waiting for any resolution to these issues. Cannot recommend and will not be using them again.

Furniture was a completely different colour (much lighter) to a previous purchase from the same range. Very disappointed that I've been charged for them to take it back when faulty goods should be free to return. Shame as with a little decent customer service I'd have considered purchasing other items in the future but now I'm a customer lost forever...

Damaged furniture house damaged during delivery no response to email very expensive for the poor quality that had been received and poor service as a key worker I really didn’t need the hassle of sorting out this mess !

Hard to rate at the moment as still awaiting delivery of items. Order placed 14th March & items in stock and dispatched for delivery. Today is 30th March and no idea when we will receive our wardrobes. It was supposed to be today but due to an error it is not happening. Delivery partner (MXL) not able to confirm new delivery date despite mistake being theirs. Very very poor service overall and terrible communication - only communication has been customer led so far.

I have only ever ordered 2 products from Roseland and both arrived damaged. In fact the replacement that was sent for the first item also arrived damaged. I will not be using them again.

Poor delivery company used. Description of item online was minimal not describing the materials used to make the item. For £256 you are expecting a quality hardwood item of furniture however what you get is a cheap Vietnamese mass produced item made out of “Oak Veneer” a cheap substitute to solid oak, a terribly painted PINE body a backing, drawers bottoms and shelf’s made of MDF! The item was damaged, dirty and paint had cracked and also there were areas which hadn’t actually been painted properly exposing the cheap pine. The realistic price of the item therefore is about £50 even if it was perfect condition. Returned the item and received a refund as had paid through PayPal. Was sent an email saying that attempts had been made to personally call me ( never had a missed call all day) to apologise for my experience and it’s not what was expected from their furniture. Sent an email back explaining that their website failed to provide a description of materials used in the item as it states “ The Farrow Painted range is simply extraordinary value for money, crafted with a quality oak and real oak veneer contrasting top”. There isn’t a single piece of hardwood in the unit. However I received a reply stating “ Whilst our furniture is manufacturaed in Vietnam, it is done so by hand, by skilled proffessionals from quality Solid Oak. As a result of this I have contacted trading standards as their staff don’t appear to know what it is they are selling and the “High Quality Oak and solid wood” products they think they are selling is not what is being delivered to customers.

Returning faulty goods was a difficult and lengthy process with generic emails. A very stressful experience and certainly not worth the money for poor quality furniture!

Just over two weeks since I ordered my goods and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. Can’t get to speak to anyone. I have been tracking my order via the courier app and it’s been out for delivery for the last two days and still no sign of it. I’m on the verge of starting a section 25 chargeback and giving up. My advice, give them a wide berth and order from somewhere else. Another disgruntled customer

Delivery was late. Had to chase through email because no telephone lines (which is shocking given everyone has had to adapt due to COVID and we are 12 months in). Delivery company were awful with driver refusing to lift table top off van due to weight "I don't get paid if I hurt my back!". I had to lift table myself! On opening discovered that the table was damaged and I'm still waiting for a collection and a refund. Will never use you again!
