“I'm not commenting about the product. However it wasn't as I thought it would be and would like to return the item. It is a headboard. I thought it would be sturdier. I've tried to start the return process and it's proving impossible. I'm hoping not to run out of time to return. If I eventually succeed I will be charged at least £20! I find this is unacceptable. Please HELP!!!”

“Delivery took longer than anticipated, online said 1-3 days took 5. One item was broken waiting for replacement which is another 3-5 days. Quality ok but you get what you pay for !”

“Delivery was very fast. It didn’t take us too long to put up the gazebo. Absolutely love it. We’ve had sunny days and rainy days and it has protected us through both. The only niggle are the eyelets which ideally could have been further out as there is some dripping through them when it rains and as we have a corner sofa in the garden obvious this gets wet having to be placed on the edge, although the brass rings which surround the eyelets does stop the rain from running straight in.”

“Have purchased numerous pieces from Roseland, all solid and hard wearing. No issues. Lovely. The wardrobe just purchased I hate to say is not so solid and was difficult to assemble. Had to get a replacement handle as well, as one did not even fit. Customer service sent a replacement through but for £700 it should have not been an issue. As an final note not too sure on the couriers used..... perhaps look for alternative as they weren't the best.”

“ordered 2 item over the past few months both arrived damaged. First item about 10 emails numerous phone calls and about 5 no show appointments for a return. same thing is currently happening again 10 days and still not picked up.”
